    The transformer of my locality has been damaged for the fifth time today, for which I have complained about 4 times to increase the capacity from 25kv to 63kv or more, but no result has come and my complaint has been resolved by saying that the capacity has been increased. While nothing like this has happened and junior engineer Jagdeesh Verma lies that it will be increased after inspection tomorrow while he does not do anything like this. Sir please solve my problem and take appropriate action on Junior Engineer Jagdish Verma.

        Dear sir,
        I am from Bhaisahi bazar, Hata, Kushinagar, 274203,
        Our area's transformer has failured three times and the transformer doesn't lasts for a day.
        It was the third day and the third transformer.
        The transformer is not able to bear the load because there are more than 60 homes in my area and the transformer is only 25KV. So, please resolve this problem and help us to setup 63KV transformer in our area.

          I am writing this complaint to express my extreme frustration and anger over the deplorable conduct of a group of individuals who visited my village on 20/07/2023 to conduct electricity meter readings. These individuals did not disclose their identity or designation, making it difficult to ascertain their association with the electricity authority. However, it is imperative to address the events that unfolded during their visit, which resulted in the unjust and unwarranted disruption of my electricity supply.

          During their visit to my residence, these individuals performed the meter reading and initially informed me that approximately ₹550 was due for the current billing cycle. However, when I brought to their attention that no one had come for regular meter readings before, they inexplicably performed the meter reading again and shockingly claimed that I now owe an exorbitant amount of approximately ₹9, 500. To my shock, they then proceeded to demand ₹5, 000 in cash, under the pretence that this amount would prevent them from disconnecting my electricity supply. This demand was nothing short of extortion and abuse of power.

          When I firmly refused to succumb to their illegal and unethical request, reiterating my commitment to pay the outstanding amount through the official payment channels, they callously retaliated by cutting off the supply of electricity to my home. This vindictive act was executed despite my consistent and timely payments of the electricity bills.

          Let me be clear - I have always diligently paid my electricity bills on time, religiously adhering to the amounts specified in the bills received. I have never defaulted or delayed a single payment. Despite this, your meter readers' callousness and lack of professionalism have resulted in this unjust financial burden being thrust upon me.

          I refuse to accept that this drastic increase in the bill is the result of an accurate meter reading. It is evident that the fault lies entirely on the part o[censored]PPCL and not on the part of the consumer. Why should I suffer the consequences of your employees' ineptitude? This is an outrageous display of inefficiency and disregard for customer satisfaction.

          I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this disturbing incident, and I seek swift and appropriate action against those responsible for engaging in such reprehensible conduct. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by these individuals reflects poorly on the reputation o[censored]PPCL.

          I insist on the immediate restoration of my electricity supply, along with a transparent and fair resolution to the outstanding billing issue. I refuse to be further victimized for the misconduct of these individuals.

          I expect an urgent response from your end, addressing my concerns and providing an assurance that corrective measures will be taken to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

          Failure to address this matter promptly and satisfactorily will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint to higher authorities and seek legal remedies to uphold my rights as a consumer.

          I demand justice and a swift resolution to this distressing situation.

            Its been more than 3 years since electricity meter was installed at my Village house. I have been receiving bills without any meter reading person visiting. Every time the bill is sent without proper reading. Current utilisation is less than 200 unit (as we dont stay there and is being used only when someone visits villages) but till date I have received bill with 799 units. Have paid of the bills till feb 2023 with all extra late payment and was told this will be adjusted by the meter reading person but again getting the bill in the same manner.

            No person is ready to fix the problem but just avoiding the issue being lazy hatching their office chair.

            They want me to send the video get them a letter do everything at their office which is also not sure which one.

            Absolutely irresponsible and pathetic way to deal with the consumer. This is also the reason why people are not paying the electricity bills.

                              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the pending installation of a prepaid meter by the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd (UPPCL). Despite fulfilling all necessary requirements, including the submission of documentation and payment of fees, there has been an unexplained delay in providing the meter for my newly purchased flat located at B- 908, Tower B, 9th Floor, Mehak jeevan Housing Society, Khasra Number[protected], NH 58, Morta, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh- 201017

                              It has come to my attention through UPPCL officials that there is currently a shortage of prepaid meters in stock, and it may take an estimated duration of 3-4 months for the meter to be installed. This situation has caused significant distress and inconvenience for my family and me.

                              I would like to highlight that the registry process for the aforementioned flat has been successfully completed. However, due to the non-installation of the meter, the builder is refusing to hand over possession of the flat. Furthermore, the builder has also denied carrying out any interior work in the said flat until the meter is installed. As a result, we are unable to move into our property despite having made substantial rent payments and having the property legally registered in our name.

                              This delay has caused a multitude of issues and hardships at our end, disrupting our lives and impeding our ability to utilize the property we rightfully own. We have patiently followed the required procedures, submitted all necessary documents, and made the required payments. It is deeply disheartening that, despite our compliance and cooperation, UPPCL has been unable to provide the prepaid meter promptly.

                              I kindly request your immediate attention and intervention in this matter. The early resolution of this issue is o[censored]tmost importance to us. I urge you to take the following actions:

                              Expedite the installation of the prepaid meter for my flat, bearing application number [protected].
                              Ensure effective communication between UPPCL and the builder to facilitate the possession of the flat and allow interior work to proceed.
                              I believe that UPPCL, as a responsible organization, values customer satisfaction and strives to address grievances promptly. I trust that you will acknowledge the urgency and seriousness of this matter, and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.

                              I would appreciate your timely response and a detailed action plan to resolve this matter. Kindly provide me with a reference number for this grievance for future correspondence. I look forward to a swift resolution and a positive outcome.

                              Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. I hope for your cooperation and prompt resolution.

                                Neither I am a resident o[censored]ttar Pradesh nor I have registered my phone number in uppcl.
                                I am holding the above phone number from last 4 years and I think uppcl has not updated the data in the system.
                                As a responsible citizen i found this irritating receiving message every now and then.
                                So I request you to remove my phone number, so that I cannot bear any problems in future and there should not be any confusion.

                                  Sir, I am Dr. Rajesh Rana, consultant in Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Yoga, Acupuncture since 2005. I am inspired by P. M Sir, Mr Narendra Modiji & C. M Sir, Mr. Yogi Adityanath ji keen interest in Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Yoga, Acupuncture etc.
                                  Because of their inspiration, I have opened an unique centre ( Satvik Dev Aarogya Dham) in Hirnoti village, Tehsil Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr. It is a centre very close to nature where one can get Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Panchkarma, yoga, Physiotherapy and all other traditional and advanced treatment under one roof along with old age home.
                                  But unfortunately UPPCL is continuously torturing me since 5 months. At first they told me to submit only Rs 55000 as estimated cost for connection. Then they sent me message to submit Rs 88000 for the same. Even after submission they are not giving me connection for over a month. They have sent me estimated cost of 16 KW transformer for connection of 4 KW. How is this possible? How can they sent me estimated cost of 16 KW transformer for 4 KW connection. This is blunder. I got tired to call their all officers, but I think corruption is in their root. I am giving employment to 50 staff and my staff and patients are living without light. This is black spot on name o[censored]PPCL. And, other blunder is name of scheme is JHAT PHAT CONNECTION. My Application number is [protected].
                                  UPPCL is defaming name of most honest C.M in India, Mr Aditya Nath Yogi ji.

                                    We are facing load shedding for the past few days at night and afternoon times...causing disruption in electronic devices i.e led tv and laptop adapters etc...also this is without the AC load. Fans, Fridge and Washing machine want appropriate vottage to perform effectively.

                                    I live in in Vasundhara Sec 1, having 6 kV phase meter even though we are not getting the half of the output from the power supply.

                                    Please requesting to take action on this matter if the transformer is of less operational unit or wattage is provided less at the station itself.

                                    These are the heavy times of hot strings and heat waves. Please, I am just requesting to provide appropriate wattage for to operate even fans at good speed with enough power to capacitors. I hope that's not too much to ask for.

                                      I am a resident of launga khera telibagh lucknow and there is more frequent power cuts and regular voltage fluctuations and this is so ridiculous in summers I want to submit my points as

                                      1. Extreme low voltage.
                                      2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
                                      3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, tv or ac.
