My home electricity connection No is [protected] when going to self bill generation option system error message is showing please solve this problem....

13-14 hours out of 24 hours maximum time light.
And light time between only cut off light and blinked
This month are important and exam can be start
That are many types of problem create

I am a resident of launga khera telibagh lucknow and there is more frequent power cuts and regular voltage fluctuations and this is so ridiculous in summers I want to submit my points as

1. Extreme low voltage.
2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate...

I paid 680 rupees electricity bill through UPPCL site. My payment is deducted but bill is not paid I paid electricity bill at 31/05/2023 and today is 10/06/23. My bill is not paid yet. I did not receive this payment back. I paid this amount through SBI Credit card. I connected with SBI Credit card Team they are saying amount is deducted from SBI card so we need to connect with UPPCL team when I tried their number...

Since long time we are requesting with our UPPCL team to change transformer due to low voltage but till now no body has taken any action .Due to low voltage public are suffering too much .Only we are getting 140 v-160 v which is very very low to run any equipment ....

On 27.12.22 I submitted online my request for shifting of electric meter. the web system provided me a requisite Memo with SR No. [protected] with direction to deliver it to J.E. for obtaining estimate.
