I had purchased a v guard stabilizer model no-vm 300 on 16.05.2016 for my washing machine/microwave/treadmill with 3 years’ warranty. From the beginning the stabilizer is faulty.

in the end of 2012 and the Water Heater has failed working within a

We have purchased the stabilizer from above manufacturer for an AC. The incoming voltage available in my place more than 240 volts. The purpose of providing stabilizer to get the safest voltage 220 to 230volts as per Indian standard to safe guard the equipment connected through this stabilizer. But V guard company says all stabilizer bucking system work only when touches 250 v input. How they are making and sold against our Indian standards....

Still no phone call from the customer care team has come nor had the service engineer visited. V-guard states that within 24-48 hours they will get in touch but it is 72 hours still no service...
