I had purchased a v guard stabilizer model no-vm 300 on 16.05.2016 for my washing machine/microwave/treadmill with 3 years’ warranty. From the beginning the stabilizer is faulty.
I had facing the following problems with this stabilizer-
When the input voltage is 150v-160v then i only receive output of 160v-164v. As a result i am unable to use the washing machine/microwave/treadmill because minimum voltage require for these appliances is not below 200volt.
As per the features of vm300 (Which is written in the packet of vm300/official website of v guard/warranty card) it is appropriate for washing machine/microwave/treadmill and can be use from input of 150v. But local service centre at durgapur inform me through phone that if voltage is 150v then the output will be 160v. Due to this faulty vm 300 stabilizer i am unable to use my washing machine/ microwave/ treadmill as the output voltage is only around 160v this is totally a misselling of a product, unfair trade practice.
I had lodged several complain to v guard. But without any solution of my complaint service request no[protected]Dt.02.08.2016) &[protected]Dt.04.08.2016), is closed. I got call from durgapur v guard service centre and they told me that they cannot do anything for this problem. Then i again email to v guard head office at kochi, kerala. Then i got a phone call from mr. Sudhakar (Ph no-[protected]) an engineer of v guard kolkata office and he told me that the stabilizer not work when the voltage is 150v-190v, it only increase 2% voltage so they decided to change it with vwr 400 and i have to again pay (Rs.3000.00) for the new stabilizer. It is very much disappointing, totally deficiency of service & unfair trade practice.

We bought this water heater 4 years ago and it has leaked inside. Spoke to an electrician and he informed it is completely rusted inside due to the leak.

    Respected Sir / Madam,

    I have purchased an Electric Water Heater - V-Guard Make through
    V-Guard's Authorized Dealer of Vadodara - M/s. Geetanjali Engineers
    in the end of 2012 and the Water Heater has failed working within a
    short span of time. In 2015 its Coil failed and we got the same replaced
    through their Authorized Dealer, M/s. Geetanjali by paying Rs. 800/-
    Cash. Geetanjali had given 1 year warranty for the replaced part.coil.
    However the replaced coil also failed within the Warranty Period. From this it is apparent that the product and the replaced item are of substandard quality. Now, inspite of giving warranty, both Company and Dealer are
    escaping from their responsibility of repairing the same free of cost. The complete details of correspondence I have had with the Dealer and the
    Company are given below for your kind information. Kindly help.

    This has reference to your SMS & E-mail of date regarding
    Service Request No.:[protected].

    In this connection please note that I have been in corres-
    pondence with your Authorized Dealer of Vadodara - M/s. Geetanjali
    Engineers and M/s. V-Guard Industries Ahmedabad/Cochin Offices, for
    repairs of my Electric Water Heater, free of cost, as the Product
    failed within a short span and also the repaired part - Coil supplied
    and installed by your Authorized Dealer, Geetanjali, with warranty
    period of 1 year, also failed within the warranty period. A copy
    of the entire correspondence is reproduced below for your kind
    information and doing needful.

    Please note that your Service Engineer/Technician, who visited
    our Residence today, as per your instruction, has not attended
    the complaint saying that it would be on chargeable basis. As
    I have not lodged the Service Request and you had sent the person
    to repair the same, free of cost, on the basis of the below mentioned
    facts that the product supplied by your dealer is a substandard quality
    and the product and also the replaced coil failed within a short span of
    time, during the warranty period.

    It seems that you have not read my reply properly as you have
    repeated your earlier reply without any change. I repeat that
    your contention of out of warranty cannot be accepted as the
    complaint was lodged with you and you have sent your Plumber,
    Mr. Shailesh to our House and replaced the Coil. The Slip/bill was
    given by him only against cash payment of Rs. 800/-. The
    warranty of 1 year is very clearly written on the same. If it
    was attended by some unauthorized person then you could run away
    from your responsibility of repairing the heater. But here the case
    is totally different as we have not called/allowed anyone else to
    touch/attend/repair the Heater except you.

    As the product itself has failed two times within a short span of
    time and hence you are once again requested to repair the same, free
    of cost, without further loss of time as the Company Officials
    say that it is your responsibility to repair the same as you have
    attended the fault by replacing the coil.

    For your ready reference, I reproduce the reply sent by me against
    your earlier E-mail.

    I once again request you to kindly attend the problem and solve the
    same amicably failing which I will have no other alternative but to
    approach higher authorities. I think you will not compel me to initiate
    a legal action which is unpleasant to you as well as to me.

    with you and Water Heater was repaired and the bill was given by you only

    through your Plumber Mr. Shailesh and hence your doubt of overwriting does

    not hold any water. Please remember that the entire world is going/moving on Trust and for such a silly matter, I need not tell a lie to you. In case
    still you have any doubt, I shall produce the original copy of bill and you may
    clear the same with your Plumber as I have not made/done any correction
    on your bill.

    I do agree with your contention that everybody is spending money for purchase

    of Water Heater. However, please note that HERE I HAVE SPENT HUGE MONEY

    FOR A SUBSTANDARD QUALITY PRODUCT AS IT HAS FAILED WITHIN A SHORT SPAN OF PURCHASE AND FURTHERMORE THE REPLACED ITEM HAS ALSO FAILED DURING WARRANTY PERIOD, WHICH IS UNUSUAL.

    On the captioned subject, I would like to inform you that, in good faith, I
    purchased a V-Guard Make Water Heater having capacity of 3 Ltrs from your Authorized Dealers in Vadodara - M/s. Geetanjali Engineers, Vide Cash Memo No. 283, dated 18/11/2012, for Rs. 3455/-. The related papers such as Invoice, Guarantee Card, Payment Receipt etc. are enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Upto 2015 it was working properly. Then it was started giving trouble as water was not getting hot. Accordingly Geetanjali was contacted and requested to attend the complaint. They informed that the Coil should be replaced. Accordingly by paying cash of Rs. 800/- on 1/10/2015 I got the Coil replaced. The coil has a warranty of 1 year. Please refer to the attached payment receipt.

    Now, the Heater has again started giving trouble as when we switch on the
    Heater, immediately smoke starts coming out from the heater and the water is also not getting hot. After repairs, we have operated it hardly for 5 months as the summer had started and it is still hot season here.

    As I am very unhappy with the performance of the product, you are requested to get the same repaired, free of cost, as it is under warranty period and also I have spent a total of nearly Rs. 5000/- for this product, at the earliest.

    Please let me know the action taken by you in this regard at your earliest
    convenience.

      We have purchased the stabilizer from above manufacturer for an AC. The incoming voltage available in my place more than 240 volts. The purpose of providing stabilizer to get the safest voltage 220 to 230volts as per Indian standard to safe guard the equipment connected through this stabilizer. But V guard company says all stabilizer bucking system work only when touches 250 v input. How they are making and sold against our Indian standards. Please look in to this and guide us what action initate

        After got, it was damage then, I did complaint to customer care, I re sent it on your Chandigarh where house address via blue dart I also spent money on courier fare
        But still I have not get money in my bank account
        I did Call to customer care adviser 5 to 6 time but they didn't solve my problem I have need of money so please refund my money as soon as possible I'm worry about that...

          I had purchased a V Guard Solar Water Heater from Global Trade Links, Thodupuzha on 17/01/2013. Scanned copies of the Bill and Visiting card of the Techician who installed the Solar Water Heater attached.
          At the time of purchase I was informed that I was eligible for a Subsidy amount of around Rs. 4000/- and odd from the concerned Ministry of the Central Government on submission of necessary documents by the Dealer to the concerned...

          We have a v-guard inverter (Du 800 plus). It is not working now. It is showing red lights on the buttons named backup, overload and low battery. I made a complaint on[protected].
          Our complaint has not yet been responded to although there was a message saying that our issue would be addressed in 48 hours. Our complaint is that your customer service is poor. We have a broken inverter in our home which should have been fixed by your servicemen by 48 hours. But your company has not yet fulfilled its responsibility to check and repair our machine.

            Since the time i purchase it, its not working properly.

              Sir I complained to V guard regarding stabilizer not working on 30th April 2016 and today is 4th May 2016. Still no phone call from the customer care team has come nor had the service engineer visited. V-guard states that within 24-48 hours they will get in touch but it is 72 hours still no service...

              Please ask V-guard technical team to visit my home in Lucknow.

                Purchased reliance 525 plann([protected]) on 29 Jul 2008. Even after 24 hrs of purchase this connection is not activated. While puchasing we were informed that it will get activated with in 2 to 5 Hrs. No body both at local level as well at *333 is not able to give a satisfactory answer.I am totaly desatisfied by the dealing of these people.They are in deed tarnishing the image of reliance. As a result I am going to surrender my all the (04 Nos ) of connections tomarrow and will not advice my business collegues .

                  I have applied for VGaurd IPO through Sharekhan online system for 85 shares @ Rs 80/- and I paid Rs 6800/- ( Rupees Six thousand Eight Hundred only) on 20.02.2008. But So far I have not received any information either regarding the allotment of the shares or regarding the refund of the money paid.

                  I have purchased v guard ups SESTO Dx 600 VI[protected] BUT BACKUP of bettery is very low from the date of purchase kindly rectify my problem

                  I purchased Pebble 15ltrs water heater on 13th July 14. This is 4th time issue with the heater. every time the servicer will come & do something & for that time being it will work. I never expected v-guard is such a bad company.Please help
