I have purchased 1 no. V guard monobloc pump bearing sl. No. Cbag 40422 type revo-h90 on 08.04.2017 from ganesh electricals & hardwares, no.3 bazaar street, periapalayam, uthukottai taluk, tiruvallur district – 601102.

The pump is under warranty period for 18 months from the date of purchase.

The pump is not functioning from yesterday.

I am sharing personal experience about this productS. I invested around 70.000 amount on V- Guard Product on[protected] for my New home furnishing .1. Solar Water Heater WIN HOT 200LTR, 2.DIGITAL SINEWAVE UPS SMART 1500 3. BATTERY UPS VT 12V 160, 4. INDUCTION COOK TOP, 5 CEILING FANS, from Dealer Shree Enterprises Shimoga - for solar water Heater fixing same day V-Guard Distributor M/S Tejas Marketing sent Technician to our home and its fixed, In the initial stage it is working fine, in a Period of three months Solar Tank is Sinked and Solar Tubes are bursted, and glass peaces are scattered throughout my hose Taras, I really disapointed with this quality and your R& D Team, how come with in 90 days the Tank is sinked and why such a low quality material used for manufacturing this tanks and not even Temperature resit product, same day called call center and booked complaint, after second day service Person is visited and he given report it will be fixed with replacing solar Tank & Pipes and the cost to be born by us. let me know with in a warranty period for rectifying such a bad quality Product why should I invest, I decided and called and informed dealer take out of all V-guard Product from my home .decided I never recommend any body in my family and Friends for this product .

I keep on trying to call the customer care for fix it but those people is not responding. Now you can imagine how can I give a positive review about this product. All I can say I had a very bad experience about this product.

My stabilizer is not working properly. While the input light is showing up, the output light is not showing properly. The stabilizer is being used for our refrigerator. There seems to be some problem with the stabilizer. The light inside the refrigerator does not work because of the stabilizer and the refrigerator is getting affected.

Kindly rectify the same asap.

Dear concern, the water heater, that i purchased on 9th november 2016, is not working from last few days. I have tried to register the complaint through phone but could not get the lines. So please look into the matter and make the arrangements to resolve the problem as early as possible. Thanks.

I have complaint about my water heater as on 14th nov 2017, the sr[protected] is registered but till date my issue has not resolved. Please take this on priority and resolve the issue. I have made the same complaint 7-8 times previously but no concrete solution received from technical end. This complaint was made several times for the same problem auto cut of power in water heater. I have requested for replacement of my water heater as the existing water heater has problem. Can you look my previous complaints made for the same problem. Please resolve the issue at your earliest.

Sir mene v guard tubular battery 2016 me kharidi thi uski 3 yrs guarantee thi ab usme problem as gai h uska back up 10 minutes rah gaya mene company me complaint ki to unka technician service k liye aaya technician ne use check karke report di ki uska 1 cell kharab ho gaya or replacement k liye bola mene distributor or company se sampark kiya to unhone bill or guarantee card k liye bola mene unhealthy bill de diya janki guarantee card shop keeper ne mujhe sell k time nahi diya or company ka bamanwas ka v guard ka distributor ab dukan nahi karta h to mene company me sampark kiya to vo bole ki bina guarantee card battery repalace nahi hogi

This is very unfortunate where i have to run behind for after sales service of v guard mixer purchased few months back.

Complaint no.[protected] registered with customer care. It is not acceptable that company representatives who visit the site suggest not to buy products online, when the country is moving towards digital economy. The company representatives mentioned of visiting again with the part in a couple of days and were informed of providing the invoice on their next visit.

After many days i receive a message saying that we are not able to provide any invoice copy or willing to opt for paid service the complaint is closed. When the product is under warranty why should i opt for paid service, it's not even six months, secondly there was no conversation regarding paid service. If the company cannot identify the fault rectify it and provide service it can be clearly stated rather than playing the blame game.

Recently i have purchased v-guard 10l pebble geyser, they have mentioned installation is free for this product, which actually made me to select this product over others by paying extra cost. When the installation guy came he charged rs.730. Says if everything is ready they will just unzip the product and mount it. For drilling and clamping he charged money. I have registered complaint with v-guard, their customer support is very harsh and says the samething.

Sir, in our home water heater got repaired two months back. Then we filled a complaint and issues in near by store we bought. They said as only a small coil got fused we can easily repair it but two gone no one came for work and not even a single phone call is also done. I'm fully depressed and going to petition about your company and management work of your company. Please take some quick issue

Today i have bought one 10 litre water springhot plus from your dealer pittappillil agencies edappally and billed rs.7200. Same day the same product is available thru amazone online @rs.5950.
The mrp in the packing cover is 7950 which is permitting the dealers to sell the product at exhorbitant price. So its understood that you are giving this product to dealers with a wide margin and exploiting customers.
If you are marking the genuine mrp, it will help customers

I purchased a vsps h-100 v-gaurd motor on 4th september 2017, from prakash hardware bearing invoice no. 2534.
& the malfunctioned after 6 days. Service engineer visited house & informed warranty is void due to rain water entry.

The motor is fitted in a well protected location & possibility of water entry due to rain not possible

Water entry was due to faulty methods of servicing, that was when the service engineer removed the water pipe leading to overhead tank after removing the fastening bolts when the water flowed from the pipe,

I am facing lot of agony in lifting the water manually from the sump to first floor.

In view of the above, request a free replacement of the motor at the earliest

What i understand is they were happy selling dead products. Now the since the product sold, they might be behind another customer to sell their products.

I am very disappointed about v guard, i have purchased a inverter on march 2017, after few month my inverter is not working, i have complain regariding this on[protected] on 7 august and my complain no [protected] but still no one reached at my home, very poor services, i recommend to every one don't purchase v gurad never in your life.

I am registering a complaint in v-guard customer care on dated[protected] at 02:03:27 pm for low speed of v-guard high speed fan and found a message "your sr[protected]" is registered and assigned to nearest service center and will be resolved within 48 hrs. But on[protected] at 12:02 pm, my complaint is not resolved by v-guard. No phone call, no assistance. On 30-may 2017, i am drop a complaint through email to [protected]@vguard.in and [protected]@vguard.in. No response for company end.
But promise is complaint resolve within 48 hours. But complaint no sr[protected] is not resolved after 120 hours. My experience is very bad for v-guard product

I booked a complaint for solar water heater one month back.After 10 days I got a call from your person in Madurai Mr.Rathinavel Mobile number [protected]. He came to my place and told me that TRV and VRV are to be replaced. Today 15.4.17 your representative in Madurai Mr.Sreenivasan mobile number [protected] came and repaced TRV & VRV and collected Rs.2000/- from me and did not give any receipt.Your spare is either very costly or Mr.sreenivasan is cheating the customers in the name of Vguard by collecting huge amount for small spares.Today night I got a message it says "As you are not interested for our paid services your Sr no.[protected] has been cancelled".THIS IS REAL CHEATING BY VGUARD.

[protected] and your Closure Code: 5856 i would like to bring it to your notice that, its 4th day since i lodged the complaint and so far nobody shown interest to call back and enquire about the compliant atleast.
But when i tried to call and enquire with your service center "Siddaganga Services - 110835" Hassan, i experienced loose talks from the irresposible lady by name Ms.Kavya who received my call.

When i said "Your website assures within 24 hours V guard service man will contact me and now its 48th hour and nobody contacted me since i lodged complaint..!!"

She blindly said "your UPS board has big technical issue so we are waitting for new board from main branch which will take one week time..!!!"

Strange part is, How come she came to know about the problem of the Inverter when no service engineer come and tested it personaly..!!

When i raised the same question she said we cant send service engineer till Saturday". Is this the kind of service i am getting from a well known reputed company V-gaurd..!!?

Now to whom i have to contact to raise the issue against these people.?

I had purchased 200 ltrs solar water - domestic from m/s. 3 cone marketing services (Of v guard). On 12.5.2014 i made a complaint to the above dealer regarding the non functioning of the above 200 ltrs. Solar water heater. However till today no action has been taken so far. Although their technical staff has come and insepct the above, i am sorry to say that till today i am not getting the required support from them. It seem the dealer has give the defective 200 ltrs solar water heater.
May i request you to look into the above and see that the above 200 ltrs solar water heater - domester is put in working condition. Also request you to give the reply for the above at my email address on [protected]@gmail.com.

I have purchased pebble 10 water heater from white mart Meppadi Wayanad on 09/09/2016.I installed it one week after with the help of a local plumber.The product is hardly giving 5 litres of hot water and the intensity of hot is low.Immediately I informed the dealer about the complaint.I asked them to replace the product.They replied me that they will send a service person.The service person came and measured the temperature.It was showing 55 degree and less than 5 l water.He told me to talk to the dealer about replacing.I am fed up of the product.Please do necessary.I am not interested for claiming warranty of only one day used product.Also 10 l capacity and 5 litre hot water delivery is cheating

Purchased 2 Water geysers on 28th Dec 2015 from V-guard considering its a good brand. Its 8 months and already the water geyser had defects 4 times, Each time we had asked to replace the geysers, but your team repairs it saying its under warranty and next month I again face some or the other issue. V-Guard is the most fraud and worst products I have ever seen. I will recommend all my friends/relatives, never to go with V-guard. Today, again one of the geyser not working, as soon as we switch it on, the electricity of whole flat goes off. Request to please send your technicians and take away the geysers forever. Worst and pathetic service. Even the technicians who visited last time said that V-guard launched this geyser and it flopped, and its impacting multiple customers. Its 5th time in 8 months am facing the issue, though in warranty of 24 months.
