This company based in Chennai and only the sales reps who contact you to take their services speaks in normal tone, others do not even understand your language or requirements. They will call you 10 times a day until you opt for their services but once you opted for services, they will call you once a day if you missed the call or if they call you during your busy hours, even after so many emails or requests you will not be contacted the time you ask for. These people are untolerable and best part is you wouldn't get a service you paid for and they don't even tell you that the advance you paid towards services will be non refundable

I am one of VakilSearch customers.
I have paid full money for start a private limited on November 2018.
On the date of 16/04/2019 vakilsearch sent me a eReceipt of INC-20-A vide SRN H51710994.

Noted that INC20A for is very important for a company. But till now I have not receive any certificate for INC20-A.
Now my bank needs INC-20A Certificate for company KYC purpose.
When I call to Vakilsearch they do not pick my phone.

I call them multiple time then I started email them but they also do not response my email.
I call them nearly 20 time in last 7 days and email them nearly 10 times but they do not response me.
I email to their all support team, Neetu Yadav - (Company Secretary) Chief, Nethravathi N (Customer Support Officer), Rajesh Subramanian (VP- Head Of Operations) and also Hrishikesh Datar - (Founder and CEO) but they do not reply or call me.

I got some ticket number via message. those are 1737052, 1740679, 1742994.

If they do not help me then I do not able to submit INC20-A certificate to my bank. And if my bank not do my KYC then my business is not able to run.

Never get any service from Vakilsearch.
They want only money.
After taking your money, they sleep and do not response to your call or email.

No one is responding from their team. Even the Customer Service mail is not responsive

I had made a successful payment for trademark registration but vakilsearch didn't received, i checked with my bank they said the transaction is success full . So please do something. I attached the payment receipt.

This is regarding the cancellation of all the services from Vakilsearch. Multiple times I had raised the request to cancel the subscription for GST, RoC and Accounting (which is going to will renew on 18/11/2020). I also requested to provide NOC to file my GST from other CA professional. But I am not getting any positive responses from the Company. Unable to reach through phone directly not they respond to my mails. Many times I tried to contact through whatsapp too but no use.
None of the team is taking the responsibility to resolve these issues. Hence escalated to CEO also for immediate action, but still no response.

After Strong follow-up and longer communication, we received a soft copy of ISO 9001 ON 19TH June 2020. Due to delayed response, we have processed other certificates from a different organization due to our urgency. As per mail communication, we asked to return the balance amount from the advance payment

We are waiting for the reverse payment of INR 30, 631 in the last 3-4 months. No proper communication from the Vakilsearch team.
Even we not yet received ISO 9001 original certificate hardcopy.

Worst service is ever seen in a professional forum. we wasted our money any huge lot of energy.

One of the worst and unprofessional service by the their staff ... i did a blunder by incorporating my Pvt ltd company and ISO, IEC, MSME, GST, Trademark Registration.

for the payment part they followed up very well, and after the payment they did not even care to update the status .. every document they give after 20 to 30 days of submission ... the worst part is we cannot call them as their number dosent get connect.

now i am really suffering with the completion of the process.

I have taken their service for company registration and gst. But found their service very pathetic. Till date struggling to get esic. Even reached out for another service provider for gst certification. As they were very slow and non cooperative.

My dsc are also stuck up with them. Requested them so my time time to courier it to me. But evey time they copy past reply.

Company is cheating with customers they are asking cheap prices for registration than they use your digital signatures and blackmail for auditor appointment and ask 20000 auditor appoint form is for 300 rupees many of customers are facing problems by this scam fraudulent company, please take necessary actions

Ticket number 1303042 was created for incorporation of the llp, during the first week of may'20 and i uploaded all the necessary documents by 7th may'20 and it's been three months the process is yet to be completed.

The package for llp incorporation included, creation of din numbers for the partners, llp incorporation, creation of pan and tan, gst registration and bank account creation, however on completion of 3 months, vakilsearch team is yet to complete the llp incorporation process.

This delay has a major impact on the company strategy, go live plan and losing early to the market. This delay in incorporation process is costing us a lot in terms of money. This has created major bottlenecks in defining workflows for our application.

The most disappointing fact is that vakilsearch team never calls back, it's been more than a month since i have requested for a call back and none of the representatives have called back so far, nor their representatives respond to the whatsapp messages.

I have not received any mails from your team and they keep stating they have mailed.

They are bunch of fraudsters eating up the money of innocent people, they all will soon face the consequences,

They have cheated so many innocent people till now. But now i will let them know the power.

Vakilsearch's employee (Mr. Clinton) asked for the payment have asked for the payment for mandatory compliances for my private limited company and never delivered the service... I tried contacting them again and again but they never reply...

Also it is over a month they are not able to get my gst registration done... All payment has been taken, but their team is not competent enough to do anything.

Whenever some random person calls in atleast 3 to 4 weeks and sometimes even more than that and that too after doing so many frustrated mails, he/she behave completely clueless about the situation and at the end unable to solve the issue and even understand...

Never go for the services, they will loot all the money and will never ever respond.

By the way i am not worried about my 30000 inr, you all big fraudsters and professional beggars eat all of that money, you and each of your's family might need that beg due to this lockdown situation, so equally divide that 30000 inr and feed yourself and your family... But i can bet you on my life you fraudsters!!! This 30000 inr is going to be very hard to digest for each one of you...

I am going to do each and everything lawfully and show you that legal is not that simple, as you think it is...

Just wait and watch, i have already lodged the official complaint against each employee who looted me especially that clinton, and the entire support department of vakilsearch...

I will love to spend over a lakh of rupees more if i have to but i will definitely teach you fraudsters a lesson...

We are a small online company, we registered our company in the month of january 2020 with the help of vakilsearch.
While registering the company we received excellent support and service from your officer ms surekha. And because of her prompt and brilliant customer service experience with decided to go ahead and register for account and taxes too.
Everything is ok but we are quite disappointed with the service and response of the team when we want to contact them on phone calls.
For each task we struggle a lot to get in touch with the team. There is no dedicated officer whom we can talk as they have provided a common landline no which is impossible to get through.
We do understand that team must be big and very busy but they should understand the situation of customers too. As they promised while registering.
We have quite a few issues which we want to discuss and we want it to be heard over the ph call.
Can you please provide us contact number of the person who can take decision and solve our problems.

I had unfortunately chosen to go with vakilsearch in order to register my pvt ltd. Company and for the complete compliance package. They asked me to deposit rs. 3000 in order to get the process started and i went ahead and did so. Straight out the bat the registration agent assigned to me was incompetent and could not answer basic answers related to company structure, authorized vs paid up capital etc. He then connected me with the vakilsearch cs team who did not only have no knowledge on the topic but went ahead and gave me wrong information.

The basic question was what is authorised capital and how will future investments affect it. Their cs team tells me we will have to increase the authorized amount to the amount of the investment. When i checked with an external reputed cs he laughed it off and said the authorized capital is only the face value and the rest of the investment happens as a "share premium".

After this huge red signal i no longer wanted to be associated with them so politely asked them to refund me the amount and wanted to go with another company for this task. Here comes the worst part: they are refusing the refund the deposit. This is straight out fraudulent behaviour. That is the reason i will post this on every public forum so people are aware of this scam of a company and go with some other service other than them. I will continue doing this until i get back my refund.

We hired vakilsearch services in march-2019 end for registration of charitable trust.
Initially they confirm that trust will be registered in 3 days and when i instited to cross check, they confirm by 9-april it will be done. First instance of timeline change
Initial part payment was released to proceed.
To start with they communicated that trust will be registered by 19-april-2019. Second instance of timeline change
After 2 weeks of getting payment, they changes the registration to 10-may-2019 stating that some kind of training is happening at charity commissioner office. Surprisingly the were not aware of this in advance. Third instance of timeline change
From their nightmare started for us. From 10-may, they changed date to 28-may-2019 stating that 4 weeks notice must be served at charity commissioner office. All of sudden this clause came which was no-where communicated. Fourth instance of timeline change
They people called me and confirmed with 150% gaurentee (Call recording available with me) that trust will be registered by 28-may-2019.
On 17-may-2019, they again called and said that trust will be registered by 14-june-2019 as charity commissioner has been transferred so he will not be signing any document. We have to wait for new charity commissioner and we'll try to push him to get that done by 14-june 2019. Fifth instance of timeline change
On 10-june-2019, i had been told that we have to again serve 3 week notice under new charity commissioner (Not sure why new charity commissioner is not accepting previous served notice) and trust will be registered by 29-june-2019. Sixth instance of timeline change.
After registeration of trust, they people kept my trust registration certificate and demanding for remaining money to release.

This clearly shows their money greediness and they don't care about their customer and never stand to their words.

From 3 days of process to 3 months and it felt like nowhere land. They changed date 6 times saying that they don't have any control on government process. Does this means, if we hire them then work can be done in 3 days or may be 3 years or 30 years?

Why should i pay them for deficiency in services? Are they not liable to compensate?

We almost loose 2 big project because of their negligence, fake commitment, promise, immature process and employees, unprofessionalism.

We hired vakilsearch, they hired local ca and ca hired local lawyer for this work.

Vs claim to register a trust for us but once you pay them, they make you do all the run arounds.

Initially they committed 3 days to form trust. Upon forcing, date changed to 19th of next month with written promise.
In 1st week, they told that some training is scheduled at charity commissioner officer thinking that customer is fool and will never come to know that court is actually close for a month. (They think they are smart).

Again new date promised that registration will be done by 10-may and now surprised us stating it may take more as charity commissioner office staff will review documents once they upload and then will give appointment.

These greedy buggers simply trap customers and once trapped with 1st payment, they feel like king of goons.
A deed was shared with full of spelling mistakes by lawyer which simply resemble that intern lawyer is making deed (Who even doesn't know basic english) and that deed wasn't even reviewed by vs associate.

Chairman is written as chariman & so many things. And they charge 7k for so-called professional fees.

No one has dare to give proper justification. Worst part is that "attention" & nodal officer "himani sabarwal" is also wasteful source of escalation. They hardly listen you or respond you that why they don't have any alternate contact.

They promise but never fulfill.

My business is completely ruined by these people.

This company is bogus and full of cheater. A case will be register on them under sec. 420 & cheating.

If they do such thing with returning customer, then think of what worst can happen with your dream business idea & plan being 1st customer to them.

If you want peace of mind, never ever hire them.
