I paid Rs. 1144 through payumoney on 14/4/2016 for sole proprietorship registration, due to some reason I cancelled my order and asked to vakilseach for refund my money, also sent many emails to vakilsearch for cancel my order but I did get any response from Vakil Search. My ticket id is #375371 - Vakilsearch.com please check this issue and refund my money as soon possible.

Vakil search is a pathetic company to work with, it better to hire a local CA, there services are poor then the Government office, atleast in govt. we pay and get our file moved, Here I want to refer some name with whom I am working :-
1) Shalini :- Do not understand what client is saying, and just stick to the word, sorry.

Problem:-
1) They do not have good team to understand the client concern, like in my case I want to file a subsidary company with 2 Indian directors only, some times they send me the wrong documentation and say we have filed the same with 3 directors and create a to much back and forth.

2) I have started my request under above mentioned ticket in both of Dec 2016 and is still struggle to get the same completed from them. -- Reason -- they are not clear of documents as multiple persons are handling one case and there is no co-ordination between them.

3)I have repeated mentioned Greeta and Shalini please get me know the all documents in one go, which are to be required from Parent company, but either they are deaf or they don't understand emails, they are repeated asking for the same in a week or so.

4) Employees are laymen in terms of knowledge, they don't know for which needs Apostle and which needs Notarization.

5) One of employee who is handle my ticket and called me sir, you need to get your documents notarized from Singapore, I said why, then she said that your company and you are based in Singapore and I was shocked since I belong from India (Delhi) and the parent company is in Canada.-- These employee will definitely make Vakil search a star.

A) -- Based on our discussion with VakilSearch, we were told that either one " Apostle or Notarization" is required based on the Parent company location, In our case Canada is the parent company and Notarization process is available in Canada.

--Last Call discussion.

1) For Canada as a Country, which is required Apostle or Notarization? if Apostle, please share some reference mentioned by Govt. of India.
2) Does the all documents mentioned in above mailer actually requires a Apostle like Address proof etc? Please share some reference for this as well.
3) All the documents that has been requested has been submitted to Vakilsearch apart from By laws, would like know why the incorporation of company is still pending and by when it is expected to be complete as my request has been started from the month of December.
4) Any direct number to have discussion with Head of Department.

Please consider above an urgent issues.

Further to our discussion today, please sent me the screenshot of the government website which states parent company notarized by laws are needed.
Due to our past experience of requiring unnecessary documents from us we will provide by laws only after receiving clear government document.

If you can provide us today, we can provide required information this week.

Ticket number 72355 i applied for trademark from them after a month they every thing is been you can use TM on your brand. they also mention in quote that if eny objection is raised by govt we will repreasent your case with any fee. Now my trademark status is objected they are asking for more 5 to 7 thousand rupees Ticket number . a complete thug. Is any thing i can do in this case ?...

My ticket number 345855, we started the registration process on feb 2016 month, and till today date i.E 14th april 2016, my company is still not registered. Every time i call them they give some or other reason. Till the time full payment was not made everything was smooth, once the full payment is made they dont even bother to look back into this issue. Service is pathetic, i would not recommend this company for registration. I want to go with refund my complete amount.

I have applied for vat/cst/tin Registration on vakilsearch on 26 Feb 2016
and i paid Rs.15790, but before payment i asked two things 1st is i want my vat/cst/tin on my residential address they told we will give you i told 2/3 times they told we will give you, earlier we are not giving but from last 5 months we are giving.
Second question i asked when i will get vat/cst/tin they told in 20 days Today on 5 April, 40 days over still i have not got.

And i got call from tax Department they are telling we are not giving vat/cst/tin on residential address, i contacted vakilsearch they told me we are trying to get your vat, from last 1 month they are saying this same line, And i am asking for refund from last 15 days they are not refunding my money also.

I want my money as soon as possible.

They have only knowledge of lying to get money.

I had applied for a trademark registration, with them in 2014, after which i called them a month later, they said all the formalities were completed and i could start using the TM symbol.
After that i have not received a single correspondence from them, about anything. I now called them up in 2016, they reply by saying the government has raised an objection in oct, 2015... which i was not informed at all, and then tell me to cough up another 5k + service tax to represent the case... These all are a bunch of cheaters.. It would be better if you pay 1-2k more to your local lawyer near you and get it done, than trusting them as these guys are non reliable and never stick to their commitments. The worst thing here is when i contacted them again, they were like sorry sir we cannot do anything as we don't know what the previous colleague has spoken to you... We have paid the entire amount to register our company Muscaria Health Care Solutions Pvt. Ltd. by using Vakil Search. We had submitted all the relevant documents for registration in the past two months. It has been an endless back and forth by the team who we corresponded with and we've already been delayed inordinately. Further, we've submitted the final form containing all of the director information and the signatures from all the cofounders. On Friday evening, we received a mail asking us to submit the registration paper again, along with a commercial use paper. We had already submitted our rent agreement along with an NOC from the owner and your team had accepted the same and proceeded. Now suddenly, you came back to us asking for these extra papers for office registration without any explanation as to why these are required. If such an agreement was required, then why weren't we communicated the same earlier ? How is it professional from your firm to not have vetted the agreements originally and ask us for additional documents at the last hour. Today, we received another message from your company telling us that this was the last date for submission failing which our registration would be pushed to March. We are a startup at its infancy and we have a number of documents that we need to close down. We are currently talking to investors and are in the danger of not closing out agreements as a result of this blatant incompetency that has been showed by Vakilsearch. We would like this to be resolved at the earliest instead of being sent out mails at the last hour which was essentially because your team could not do their work correctly. Please respond at the earliest. Any losses that are caused due to this gross negligence will lead to taking up the matter with higher authorities.

Hi, I wanted to enquire regarding registering as a company and when I went to the website, it was advertised as 2500 rupees and then after I submitted the form, the total amount came as 15000 rupees. And then, from the next day the calls started to pour in. I attended one of the final calls and was told that for registering as a company that would be the fees, but however if I want to register as a SSI, I can register quickly and at a lesser cost of 2000 rupees, where 1000 rupees is registration cost(which is completely wrong- there is no fees at all). Was told that, as soon as I made the payment, the process would begin and overall the process, would end in three days time. However such a simple process began after three days time and was told, my signature might not be required at all in first place. I find it completely baffling, that while registering as a SSI, the process is completely different and one can go without even an address proof and requirement of Sales Tax, wherever it might be applicable. Anyways, without my signature, wasn't sure how the process would have gone about. I filled up the form myself and submitted it. Today, I got a call asking regarding that query is over and solved. And there is another form, Form II which could be filled from their end. This form is supposed to be submitted after a year and not sure, what was the purpose of the call. I had emailed them on multiple occasions, raising this issue, and I cannot find a Customer Care number for this ALL INDIA consulting services. I have to contact again and again, the same consultants, who in first place had provided the wrong information and got 2145 rupees. Kindly, please look into this matter and resolve. If possible, please provide partial refund atleast for manasaatchis ! Thanks, Mani

My vakilsearch ticket no. is 280291 and i have made successful payment to vakilsearch for providing pvt ltd registration on 26 septmber 2015 but still today i have not got any status of registration process aganist my payment. so i request you to refunf my payment as soon as possible.

HI Vakilsearch.com, I paid 2500 Over copy rights registration, due to their unprofessional way of handling i cancelled my order and asked to refund ...almost sent 20-30 mails ..no one responded .. this is my ticket id #256491 - Vakilsearch.com please check this and refund my money ... i will remove this complaint once we got our issue solved

I contacted Vakilsearch for a service. They called me daily, as though I was their Darling. Once I paid the money, That's it ! end of the story. They did not receive my calls, they did not reply to my mails. They treat you like a street beggar and act as if they are doing a favour for you if they respond to you. Your patience will be tested to your limits and they will harass you till you go mad. AVOID THEM & BE SAFE.
