My token number is 782491. By paying 38k i was supposed to obtain few services. Before made payment i was shared all required documents to get confirm if it is enough to format a pvt ltd company. After confirm on mail i made payment. After receive payment they asked for new documents. Final i requested them to refund my my money by deducting what ever charges.. Even i am tried to get in touch with their team & put many mails mark with ceo harish dattar. But still they are not responding to my mails & call. I really appreciate if anyone can help me

My ticket is 716440, initially one person called me and told me that they are having a special discount for me they are giving One person company+ Gst registration for 4999 rs, Initally I dint believe and read reviews of vakil search there all are written bad reviews still the person from vakil search keep calling me and told that they are fake reviews so later on finally because of there call torture I decided to register for one person company and gst so while mail conversation they said I need to pay just 4999 for all.

After that they asked me to pay extra amount as they are re submitting company name then again after call discussions arguments I paid again I asked do I need to pay any extra amount like that they said nothing to pay this is the final amount.

Now again they are asking me to pay extra 1399 Rs for digital signature . So I asked in the mail now they are giving a lame reply like sorry you can check with other vendors they are charging high so we are charging lesser than them . DONt TRUST VAkil search guys they just take ur money .

It's a big fraud company.
Please do not trust this company.
First of all they are charging 3 times and top of that after making full payment they are not responding. I tried calling customer care... Sent more than 20 emails called shruti (Escalation manager) multiple times, not picking the call. Sent emails to owner hrishikeah also but no luck not responding to emails.
Govt fee for basic lincense is only inr 100 and this fraud company has charged more that 5500. On top that no response for 3 weeks

December 2017 - made payment for company closure.
Followed up every week. No response for two months.
February - provided documents they asked after i complained to hrishikesh datar (Ceo of vakilsearch)
Then till april - i keep following up and ask them to hurry.

1. Their employees are in no hurry to finish the job.
2. They always send emails on friday evening. So, entire week they dont send anything and just a one line email on friday evening either asking for something or informing that we are working. Then again no update next week.
3. After filing the audit and roc, they again ask me for money for closure. But i had already paid for closure in december. I also paid separately all govt charges separately.
4. They delayed the process of closure and now new year financial year has started and they are asking me to pay for documentation for this year. If they had not delayed for two months, the work would have been done last financial year itself.

I paid for the registration of a private limited and until payment the people from vakilsearch kept calling, but once i did, they stopped.

They have taken almost 2 months for the incorporation.
From monday to friday, they do nothing and saturday they would call for documents and delay the same.

Mails weren't even replied properly.

After all of these finally the company was incorporated, and i asked them to send the documents to my correspondence address and the same was confirmed, later when i check they have couriered it to a different one.

They keep calling themselves professionals but none of them are even close to that.

Their workforce is so lame that even people working there blame the people from other teams for the delay.

I would have rather gotten the registration done by paying a little extra fee to a ca.

I am not sure how vakilsearch is into business, probably by looting people who sign up newly to them, because none of the old customers would go back to them again for a pathetic service like that.

My service number from vakilsearch is 685079. It is still not taken up post payment to vakilsearch. I have already made the payment. I have been following ms. Nupur for the same frim past 3 weeks.
After agreeing tax returns for 3 years, person nominated from vakilsearch is not picking call nor responding to my clarifications.
I have mailed several times and followed up too to [protected]@vakilsearch.com hoping to get the service done or the refund. Awaiting a response either by their service or if not, want the refund back.

Dear sir, i place a request on vakilsearch legal solutions as an agent to help on company registration, this company who claim to complete our assignment within 15 days, i paid the fees and govt fees as required but this agent keep on delay and now it more than three months they fail their promise and when i called them they give lots of reason asking me to give them few days but when the day came there is solution. It seem that they are a fake company claim to help young people.

I applied by llp registration using vakilsearch services, they committed to complete the entire process within 30 days.
They insisted me to make initial payment of 4130/- so that they can start the process.
Till the time payment was not made they use to call me 2-3 times a day convincing that they are very professional. But from the very next day i have made the advance payment these guys have started showing their...

16999 was paid in 2015 for a start up company
There was money paid for digital signatures for four directors
We had to re submit our documents enough times, the case was put on hold after speaking to a customer relationship officer with an extention number.
This executive has marked the case closed
Have been trying to contact for many days
It says the extn number is wrong or inactive,
Unable to contact them for getting our signs

We have not received any digital signatures even as of today,
We would be grateful if you could help resolve the issue by giving us our digital signatures, din registration numbers if you have them or please get our money refunded for the services they have not delivered

It is not possible to speak to our contact their offices from your given cell number,. The live chats are robots, so this is my only option.

My it filing was done hastly as these guys could not understand my bank statements. Accounting is still pending.

I have paid already to them and this is what i get.

1. They do not reply on mails...
2. Nor do their extensions work.
3. If the concerned person is on leave for 15 days no one else responds to the queries.
4. Once paid for services they do not care whether it has been delivered or not.

It is really pathetic to co ordinate with vakil search team, their services were good one year back, their services are very worst, no one has any idea of the status of our company currently, they hired only freshers to handle the company accounts and share the status, it will be uphill task to explain to the fresher in the team whenever you have any queries. My ticket no - #383818, i am trying to connect with tara and chandra over phone and mail for the last one week, i am sending the reminder on every day but no one bothers, both (Tara and chandra) used to say that they will come back to me within an hour, but no responses for a week atleast. They will lose the business and will be in crisis after 2 or 3 years if they continue to ignore the clients. I already paid huge amount to complete the tax filing and balance sheet for my company, please request the concerned to revert back immediately. I do not know that founder or senior professionals really bothered about quality of services, ethics and values in the business.

Re: [#575864] ideacarve technologies pvt ltd has already paid the money to vakilsearch for the requirement of 2 mou. We have not yet received the work it's been over 4 days even after repeatedly mentioning our urgency, we asked for money refund none of them responded. Payment was done on july 24, i was supposed to get the documents by a day or two. Its 3rd august now, till date haven't received any document that i paid for. On 31st of july i got a call and mentioned about my urgency of documents and even mentioned i need at least one and i was informed by end of the 31st i will get the mou, even after repeated complaints till date i have not yet received any documents it's been 10 days. I have lost two of my clients due to the delay of the company, i immediately need a refund of the money i paid.

They claim to register a company but once you pay them, they make you do all the run arounds. They also registered the company incorrectly, full of mistakes and give WRONG legal advise. This company is run by interns and should be shut down by the Government and it's owners jailed. They registered the wrong entity and then lie about what they have done.

My ticket is #260291 I have paid Rs 5100 for Partnership firm closure in December 2016 and They finalised the price with Rs 7200 and Suddenly In January they were asking for Rs 12000 for which I asked the reason for price hike and They told that they were unaware of government charges and I agreed to pay them once they finish the whole work.

But they denied and They told in February that they are ready to pay Refund after wasting My 2 months of time and After 4 weeks of follow up they aren't giving Refund of Rs 5100.

Fraud company and Her Employee Diviya is also complete fraud, They don't bother for Clients and cheat us for money.

Don't ever use their Service.

Logged a request in june for transaction services with vakilsearch.com, which provided various company formation and related services.

The requirement was to prepare a shareholder agreement and transfer shares. the ticket number that was raised was #376918

Vakilsearch charged me the full amount upfront but turned out to be extremely callous and unprofessional in its service.

It has been months, several emails and phone calls but the service was not provided in full.

Shareholder agreement was just given as draft and then no correction or updates were followed up.

Since the service was required urgently, i had to get it done from different provider.

I then asked vakilsearch to refund the money for the part that they did not provide any service.

What followed was even more disapppinting and unprofessional on its part.

No refund has been given to me yet and vakilsearch has been avoiding and ignoring the issue that gives the impression of a crooked company that it has turned into.

I want to raise awareness about this issue in general public.

I have lost my money, you please dont lose yours.

It is a shame that some platforms such as occ bangalore recommends vakilsearch as partner company. it raises serious questions on part of the stakeholders at occ who recommends such as fraud company as its partner.

I wanted to open a subsidiary of our parent company in uk. There was a sales guy on the call whom i requested the list of documentation. The document required some notarization from uk lawyer of foreign directory. It was very hard to take appointment of ceo and layer together. Finally i got it done and sent documents to these guys. They confirmed every document is ok (Except 1 was pending which i agreed) and said they can immediately start my dsc application and company name search.

From here the journey started;

I suddenly started noticing they are doing not doing subsidiary and they are doing normal private limited company. After doing lots of follow up (Calls / emails) i was able to convince them i made advance payment of "wholly owned subsidiary company" and not for the private limited company.

Very first time they assigned someone called joseline who called me and i was in meeting.Instead of following up they just dropped email asking best time to contact. I followed up on it and she said my documents are missing. I did a long fight with her saying i have already submitted documents to your sales guys with whom we agreed everything. Finally to kick off i submitted entire set again.

Then they all disappeared, no followup and update for week. I started following up again to check process. I got to know joseline is on leave and no one was handling my case. I requested them to connect me with management as i was fully disappointed. They never did so, they connected me with a new account manager called "shiva". Guess what, he again started crying i have not submitted any documents. I realized the full game and thought lets send it again and i did so.

He again requested me a bunch of new documents from uk company with full notarized and apostles. I asked them why did they not given this set along with the initial request as its very difficult to get lawyer and our ceo appointment together. No one had a curtsy to reply. I escalated it to their other email "[protected]@vakilsearch.com" but no response as expected. Once on friday after a week he called me and i was driving, again a mail saying what is the best time to call. I got busy and couldnt get back.

Again no answer after a week and i decided to call again. I got to know shiva is again on leave same like joseline. A new girl started handling my request and guess what, same question. There is no documentation to process. Wow!

So finally i requested for refund (I could have asked all their 100 employee email and send them my documents to satisfy that i sent documents). Lets see how refund goes. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Totally employees dependent and anyone is going on leave anytime leaving your process un-attempted!

I had started with them on two registrations, where they started with the relationship / account / contact manager calling you everyday, until you have made the payment (Where they have clearly mentioned that there is a 100% money refund policy). They will start the process o[censored]nderstanding the requirements once the actual cs will be handed over the case.

The people interfacing with you are not aware of the legal terms and requirements. They will will misguide you and make you take additional services (Specially if you are very new to the processes). Once i have made the payment, there was no response from their side for a couple of days and i only have to call them back for the inquiry.

They are mislead me to take unnecessary services, which were not even required, so kind of bluffed with me. Once i realized that i am being fooled, i can cancelled my services and asked for the refund. On which they started with take this, take that kind of attitude. Once i rejected all of their offers, they asked me to provide my bank details so that they can transfer money in there.

I told them that i have only a salary account and i don't get the money in that account transferred from any other source except my company where i am working. As a legal advisory firm they should be aware of that, i will be answerable to all the transactions in my account.

I have made the payment with my credit card and as a process i should be getting the money refunded in the same source from where i have made the payment.

They are annoying and troubling me like anything.

So, anyone looking for a professional service for the legal consultation and documentation, just keep away from them.

I paid Rs. 1144 through payumoney on 14/4/2016 for sole proprietorship registration, due to some reason I cancelled my order and asked to vakilseach for refund my money, also sent many emails to vakilsearch for cancel my order but I did get any response from Vakil Search. My ticket id is #375371 - Vakilsearch.com please check this issue and refund my money as soon possible.

Vakil search is a pathetic company to work with, it better to hire a local CA, there services are poor then the Government office, atleast in govt. we pay and get our file moved, Here I want to refer some name with whom I am working :-

Problem:-
1) They do not have good team to understand the client concern, like in my case I want to file a subsidary company with 2 Indian directors only, some times they send me the wrong documentation and say we have filed the same with 3 directors and create a to much back and forth.

2) I have started my request under above mentioned ticket in both of Dec 2016 and is still struggle to get the same completed from them. -- Reason -- they are not clear of documents as multiple persons are handling one case and there is no co-ordination between them.

3)I have repeated mentioned Greeta and Shalini please get me know the all documents in one go, which are to be required from Parent company, but either they are deaf or they don't understand emails, they are repeated asking for the same in a week or so.

4) Employees are laymen in terms of knowledge, they don't know for which needs Apostle and which needs Notarization.

5) One of employee who is handle my ticket and called me sir, you need to get your documents notarized from Singapore, I said why, then she said that your company and you are based in Singapore and I was shocked since I belong from India (Delhi) and the parent company is in Canada.-- These employee will definitely make Vakil search a star.

A) -- Based on our discussion with VakilSearch, we were told that either one " Apostle or Notarization" is required based on the Parent company location, In our case Canada is the parent company and Notarization process is available in Canada.

--Last Call discussion.

1) For Canada as a Country, which is required Apostle or Notarization? if Apostle, please share some reference mentioned by Govt. of India.
2) Does the all documents mentioned in above mailer actually requires a Apostle like Address proof etc? Please share some reference for this as well.
3) All the documents that has been requested has been submitted to Vakilsearch apart from By laws, would like know why the incorporation of company is still pending and by when it is expected to be complete as my request has been started from the month of December.
4) Any direct number to have discussion with Head of Department.
