I ordered a pair of shoes from vefro.com on 15/09/16 with order id:35360.
I want to return the product as it dosent seem to be of good quality material so i raised several complaints on their customer support email, i also tried calling them several times but in vain. No body is picking up the phone or even bothered to reply on my mails.
This is the worst ecommerce shopping experience i have ever experienced.

I bought a pair of shoes from online shopping company name: vefro.com, on date 09 aug 2016 time 16:22:47 and got the delivery at my place on 23 aug 2016, (I took cash on delivery service) i saw the product and i was not satisfied by the quality as well as the size of the shoes, then the very next day, i raised the return request through mail. Since then there is no response from the company side. I called into this no. Several times but no...

Ordered shoes from vefro.com .. but they sent me wrong item. so i kept return request .21days have been passed, But there is no response from them, i have sent mails to them and called so many times still there is no response .
i ordered once again to see their response on ordering, with in minutes they responded and sent me what i have ordered, , , I have searched about them mostly i got the answers was same happened to me...

This is ranjith am not my happy with my product, please take down my product return as soon as possib and i taken this product through cash on delivery and taken down my account number and transfer the money into my account as soon as possible. The shoe is not nice when i see in online it is showing completely different

I have order a shoes online 3 days before they sended me a wrong size now i put a mail tried to cal them there is no response from there side they are really [censored]ing fraud they have provided a contact no but it is switch off ... I bought shoes from vefro.Com, white shoes for 999 amount, i have informed them that shoes i received is not good quality i want to refund it, no calls or email reply back they are giving for the same, there is no number on the official website i tried on this number +[protected], no one picked up please help me to get my money back

Hi sir, I got my delivery of shoes before 5 to 8 days.. But I have got the other brand . I ordered for polo village by Harley blue men and got some other brand.. I would request you to send me that shoes and take this shoes away.. I request for an exchange.. Please do it as soon as possible as its your mistake.. I have already sent you the mail regarding the cancellation of order... Y you did not cancel my order and you have send your delivery boy to my house... And they have took the money from my mother...
