I ordered a pair of shoes from vefro.com on 15/09/16 with order id:35360.
I want to return the product as it dosent seem to be of good quality material so i raised several complaints on their customer support email, i also tried calling them several times but in vain. No body is picking up the phone or even bothered to reply on my mails.
This is the worst ecommerce shopping experience i have ever experienced.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from vefro.com that was cash on delivery, ... and the delivery was late around 20 days .. shoes .. and i got wrong pair and size ...

I bought a pair of shoes from online shopping company name: vefro.com, on date 09 aug 2016 time 16:22:47 and got the delivery at my place on 23 aug 2016, (I took cash on delivery service) i saw the product and i was not satisfied by the quality as well as the size of the shoes, then the very next day, i raised the return request through mail. Since then there is no response from the company side. I called into this no. Several times but no one received the call +[protected] i want my cash back... Ordered shoes from vefro.com .. but they sent me wrong item. so i kept return request .21days have been passed, But there is no response from them, i have sent mails to them and called so many times still there is no response .
i ordered once again to see their response on ordering, with in minutes they responded and sent me what i have ordered, , , I have searched about them mostly i got the answers was same happened to me

i already spoke with Mr.ravi also he said that u receive the product on last weeek friday.still i am not receving .

This is ranjith am not my happy with my product, please take down my product return as soon as possib and i taken this product through cash on delivery and taken down my account number and transfer the money into my account as soon as possible. The shoe is not nice when i see in online it is showing completely different

I have ordered the product on sept 3, 2016 and i get the update regarding my product on sept 5, 2016 that its dispatched and will be with delivered in 4-5 business days.

may be its an issue bcoz my product is cash on delivery

They are frauds, They take money and ship wrong cheap product, they do not have a contact number, and the one they have, nobody picks up the phone, I had requested for exchange or return, no response since then, I have emailed seVeral times but no response. They have looted my money
