    Need to exchange the delivered order because I have ordered Blue/Red shoe but received Black/Orange shoe.
    Called several times to the customer care and owner of the site Dheeraj Gupta on +[protected] and +[protected] respectively. But call was not answered. Also, they are not replying to my emails, sent mail on [protected]@vefro.com and
    [protected]@gmail.com.
    Please case a file against them or inform them to exchange the product.

      I have purchased shoes from online store - vefro.com, however they have delivered wrong and poor quality shoes. My order id is : 10687. I have returned it back on their address on my own shipping cost. Product price is 1299 rs. I have sent email regarding cashback on - [protected]@vefro.com along with my bank account details since last 5 days.They are not responding and picking up call.

      I want my cashback of rs.1299 + return shipping cost - 180.

      I have returned it via maruti courier service.

      Please help.

      It"s a fraud company who is delivering wrong product with poor quality and not giving customer support at all.

      Don't buy anything from "vefro.com"

      Bad experience...


      I have complaint about this website before a week ago here with screen shots.

              I have bought shoes from online shopping website - www.vefro.com worth Rs. 1299. I have attached photo of shoes (right-shoes.jpg) which i have ordered and shoes which i have received (wrong-shoes.jpg). Shoes color, pattern and brand are totally different from what i have chosen on the site. Also, the quality of shoes is poor. I have returned that shoes via shipping company on my own money. Return delivery charge i paid is 180 Rs. I have bad experience with this website. I also have sent email regarding return of product and refund of money with my bank details at - [protected]@vefro.com...but nobody has replied on that email. I want my money back and don't want to buy anything from that website from now. I need justice and should take legal action against www.vefro.com. Thank you!

                        Well I placed an order of a pair of shoe for birthday of my cousin and I must say, this is the bad and the worst customer service I have ever had. Just opened the box and I am writing this email now. First of all, you people don't have any direct number to call on your website and second thing, I haven't got what I have placed. I placed order of black shoe and it is really embarrassing when I opened the box, a different color shoe is in the box. I haven't touched the shoe yet. You have spoiled birthday present and now take this shoe and give me the one I have placed and I need compensation for this. Just deliver me what I have ordered. If you see this is leather show not the show you have given me and most important thing is, now you have increased the shoe price as well THEY HAVE GIVEN EMAIL ON THE WEBSITE BUT WHEN WE SEND EMAIL, IT REJECTS EVERYTIME.

                              Guys i have seen a lot of complaints against these IIT company... i know they will not respond... i have been trying to contact them since long but yet not succeded...

                              So i tried another thing.. i made a fake id and ordered products from there once i got the delivery i took the product and refused to pay them...

                              The courier company will also come to know about such a company and you can some return of your money spent...
