I have booked my product (Dry men neon/black ferrari edition breathable shoe) order no. 20587 on dated 30.05.2016..

Now its showing my order status packing since the 31st may 2016 and nothing has changed till the date.

I have tried to calling you so many times and your company representative was ignored my call after picked up. That is so annoying.

This is a very bad response of your team.

So i want to know that if this site is fake then please block it so nobody can cheated again by this site.

    earlier we i raised the complaint in consumer complaints forum but i couldnt received any positive feedback

    i was wondering why government couldn't block and banned this fake site

      I was ordered bacca bucci cns brown casual shoes size - 10 product no. - 1029 and vefro sent me black casual shoes please replace them. I complained on vefro but they gave no response. I submitted complaints on vefro and doing complain by personal email id but they did not gave anu response or any answer to apologies their mistake. If you will replace my order, i will be very thankful to you. Please take some action on my complain.

        I have placed order to vefro Dry Men Navy/Red Ferrari Edition Breathable Shoe(7) sky blue colour shoes, but received black colour.

        i have try to calling you couple's of time, but i am unable to connect you.
        i dont know why.

        this is a very bad response of your team .
        your products is also bad. it is only appear in good looking when you are upload a pictures of your page, but actual condition of your product known when we receive a materails.

        hope you understand my problem.

        please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

        i want replacement of the shoes and otherwise give me my money back.

          I have ordered Shoes on 02nd May 2016, Order ID: 18026, but i have received one shoe of size 09 and one shoe of size 08, how can i use like that, i have mailed the same to [protected]@vefro.com more that a double couple of times but i haven't received any response from the Vefro web team, as a customer i am feeling very unhappy by this vefro.com people & i want to return the item immediately.

            I placed a order-19374 online using my netbanking information.
            Today, the delivery boy came from some third party and he is saying it is cash on delivery(COD)
            I showed my online billing information - where it is showing Prepay option
            I am attaching the screenshot
            There is request call back option in website for providing the service i requested 8 times no one called me back and I have sent emails to [protected]@vefro.com multiple times to know about the status no one acknowledges that email I am clueless what to do and 548:00 INR is processed

            I returned the product to the delivery boy as he asked me to pay the money which i already paid online

                        I have celled vefro people many times but no one answers the call, also i have request for call back still no response, is this the way these people treat their customers, see every one orders the product as per there need the product that i have received is good but its of small size its not even fitting properly how can i keep it with me, its not not of 100 or 200 rupees its of 1500

                        Printed rate on the shoes 395, Amount charged from me 699.
                        Faulty product, overcharging and misleading the customers. Moreover the contact number mentioned on the website is invalid. I have mailed these guys 5-6 times but there is no response.
                        Kindly look into this matter.

                            I have ordered shoe Roden Gray Men Blue Slip-on size - 7 from vefro website and it was cash on delivery. The product was delivered on time and its not the right size and I am trying to return it but unable to do so.                               I had ordered a shoe from vefro website and it was cash on delivery. The product was delivered on time and its not the right size and I am trying to return it but unable to do so.
