Sir, My shoes is no return and i return request apdate on[protected]. So if you don't take a action, i will go to court.I have ordered 9 size shoes and what they have sent me in return. Infact on upper side of packet you mentioned the correct size and color but inside the packet sent the wrong and default product which is not at all acceptable. what is this non sense I have never ordered. I have been shopping on jabong myntra flipkart from so many years but have not seen such a big mistake. I have all in writing what i have been paid for but what i am getting in return is just not at all acceptable. I want the justification for this mess in written. I recommended askmebazaar tomost of my friends and now i think its time to tell all not to shop on askmebazaar any more because this is sick. Now send me an email with the explanation for this mess otherwise would be complaining this on social network and other platforms I want explanation in writing and my money back immediately.

Dear sir I had order (Order ID: 3143) Dry Men Sky Blue Flag Patch Slip On Loafers( sky blue colour inside yellow) on 10th Sep, so i request you please change my color as per your website color.. so please as soon as possible change my shoes. They send me gray colour product code is 514. but actual order sky Blue flag patch slip on loafer product code 464. so what is this cheating to customer, They are charges Rs 1499, & give product RS 1249.

I ordered Dry men loafers(shoes) from www.vefro.com on 21 of july. I want to return them back. But they are not responding, neither on phone nor on email.I have already sent about 10 emails and almost tried their contact number 20 times. Its cost is 899INR. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible as this company has only 20 day return back policy.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from vefro.com an online shopping website. but i have received a shoes of wrong size.

Payment has already been done. but now i have to replace it with one size higher than they shipped.

I have also called their customer service number, but no one is picking up call over there. I have also generated a complaint on their website and also sent them a mail for raising the complaint for the replacement of this product.

But i am fed up now, as i have been trying to contact them since last 2 months.

please look in to this issue on priority basis.
