On jan 26th i put forth that my lg tv is not working, contacted nagapattinam venus to complaint where i bought it.in my 1st call, very lethargic reply from the shop (Wait for 4 days).in my 2nd call shop manager spoke & a complaint has been raised. Technician took my tv on feb 02 they took away to service centre. Still now don't know what's d bug in it. (Even lg tv technician s jus rolling on d time) & no response from venus electronics, nagapattinam (Very worst after sales support). Hardly 10 days over from jan 26 onwards.
