DTH number[protected] against paytm Order Id [protected] has been charged with Rs.365 through paytm on jan 8 2017. Paytm confirmed that it has been successfully processed at their end and provided reference number [protected] shared by the operator videocon d2h with them, and asked us to contact videocon customer care no [protected]. While contacting them they refused to refund the amount saying that we shoud have contacted them on the same day itself.
