[Resolved] Videocon Industries — smart tv with setup box | |
We purchased videocon smart ddb led vju32hh18x on 15/10/2017 from vijay sales chembur br which has inbuilt setup box installed in it. During installation of dish tv it was said by engineer that the in built setup box is not in a working condition for which we placed request for replacement, its been 2 weeks we didnt received any replacement.. Everytime we call customer service they say it will be delivered in 2 to 3 days. All we want is the product to be delivered asap. Was this information helpful? | |
