I have bought vediocon led ddb smart model on 19/03/2017 at vijay sales goregaon west s v road mumbai at waste service i have ever heard on customer care executive. Harshita/harsha/vishal My issue is speaker is not working made complaint on 24/12/2017 & received sms on complaint no mum[protected] will be serviced by harsat [protected], svc point [protected] provide scode xxxxxx only if satisfactory job done, appt dt-25/12/17, 2:00pm The machenic ia telling to pay visit charges of rs.590 Why shud i pay the charge under warranty @ 3 years during purchase i have not informed such details or else i will file case in consumer court against vijay sales as well as videocon company I am expecting to solve the issue as soon as poaaible without any charges waiting for reply U people dont play with the consumers Bad luck starts from now to u all who do wrong My contact no [protected] Sushila Email addres [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
