Vijay Sales — false commitment of the benefits with product purchase

I am so disheartened due to the bad experience faced at your gurgaon sector 29 store. I belong to a middle class family and was willing to buy a laptop for my father from my savings. Considering long relationship i have with vijay sales and my family has bought so many products from your stores, vs was and has been a one stop solution for me.

I went to your sector 29 gurgaon yesterday and finalized one hp laptop (14-ck0154tu) mrp 24, 990 because of its great features in the price offered with the benefits as explained to me by mr abhijeet (Sales executive) and mr. Prashant (Bajaj finserve). I was told that using hdfc credit card i can avail instant discount of inr 1500. Also, if i club financing of bajaj finserve i can further avail benefits of inr 5000 (Which included netflix 1500, big bazaar 2500 and wallet balance 1000) on paying a processing fees of around inr 500. I was really happy about the deal. I tried calling my father and brother regarding the deal and purchase the laptop but they were busy so didn't respond. So i had to give my contact details to your sales executive and leave the store.

On next day i. E. Today, i called the store to confirm the availability of the model and confirmed to them that i am coming to purchase the laptop so please dont sell to any other person.
When i reached and confirmed to them for the purchase, my dreams were shattered by your team (Both sales and bajaj finserve). Benefits promised were actually a false commitment stunt thrown by your sales team with help of bajaj finserve team.

There was no instant discount using hdfc card. It will be added to the account after 90 days and amount got reduced to inr 1250. False commitment!!!

Benefits using finance from bajaj finserve also reduced from inr 5000 to inr 3500 and reasoning given was that by product lies in 15k to less than 25k bucket. Again false commitment!!!

Further, processing fees for getting the finance by bajaj finserve got increased from inr 500 to inr 2100. And reasoning given for same was that this product is not mapped to bajaj finserve to finance for same will be considered as "vanilla". Again false commitment!!!
I mean seriously. Whom should i consider as "truthful" in vijay sales. Just explain to me. I took the matter with your customer support department. Ms. Aparna was calm enough to hear my complain thoroughly and ensured that bajaj finserve personnel mr. Prashant explain the deal again. Nothing got changed except the fact that additional amount of inr 10 will be deducted to get me inr 5000 benefits and it was decided finally that yesterday commitments were completely false and this is what it is. I called my father and explained him the scenario and asked for advice. Not to mention how bad he felt considering he was the one to tell me to buy the laptop from vijay sales only. I convinced myself that it's okay considering diwali is on weekend, i was desperate to buy something o[censored]tility to my father. So i told ms. Aparna that kindly ask someone to process the transaction. Mr. Abhijeet took me to mr. Prashant to get the payment done. I was asked to wait for atleast 15-20 minutes as prashant was busy with other customers. And then he asked for my credit cards, id proof, pan card and current ncr address proof. I showed him all the documents and then he started scribbling on a blank paper regarding the amount to paid through various channels like credit card, account, etc. Then he explained me that i can not get inr 5000 benefits as the amount of the product is not 25k or above. If i want to avail this benefit i will be charge around 500 additional processing fees. Again false commitment, within a span of 30 minutes your team changes the statement. Why!!! I called ms. Aparna and she had only one answer to this nonsence: "this is what it is, i cant help it. If you wanna buy go ahead otherwise you can leave it."
Feeling betrayed and irritated i had no option but to leave. After spending good 2 hours at your store, i felt it empty-handed on biggest festival of the year diwali.

Extremely dissatisfied and embarrassed to leave empty handed. Never expected this service from vijay sales. I will never recommend vs to anyone.

I purchased Videocon tv in dec17 with 3 yrs warranty. I gave it for repair approx 1 month to them. Till date not get repair no any communication from there side nit given exact idea if repairable or not. Not attend any calls. Vijay sales Vadodara maybe mall fraud co.
