Viral Deal — not received mobile handsets

I booked mobile redmi note 4 (Refurbished) via internet (Facebook) through my axis bank ltd debit card on 17/01/2018 to company ((Viral deal co.) and i got sms that my order no.[protected] and payment made through net to hdfc bank, but they are not responding. I. E. Tried to contact customer care no. [protected] by that not connecting & i have not received any mail / message for order dispatch etc. When i checked viral deal website it showing my epayment received by company till date i did not get mobile or refund amount back.
