Dear sir I ordered the product smart tv in viral deal of ₹6599 on 15 october 2017 still i didn't got any information update about this order please take complain against viral deal if i call on customer care number they didn't receive my call and still not got any information and not return money. My order no for booking refurbished Redmi Note Mobile phone is [protected] on 16 Nov 2017. I have paid the payment for Rs 2749/- through online to federal bank. I got reply through SMS and email that my order has been placed successfully. But I did not getting any details regarding shipment of item which I have booked. Please check it out.
