This is Sekhar Babu from Kolkata.Three weeks ago I have taken Virgin vKwel Mobile from Mobile Store in Salk Lake, Kolkata.At that time they told that, you can access internet from this mobile at no cost.Because of that only I have taken the mobile.When I was accessing internet on 22nd September suddenly it got disconnected.I called call center people and told about my problem.They replied that, they are charging for internet from 15th of September onwards at 60 paise per minute and they told that they had sent an SMS to all the people who are using Virgin service.But I did not get any SMS from those people. At the same time they have deducted around Rs.150 from my balance and also made my balance Rs.392 negative.
There is no problem, if they start charging for internet service and I don't bother about the SMS which they should sent before charging.Here my problem is, after starting paid service I was able to use for a week.If I don't have the balance in my mobile they should have stopped service.But they were continuously giving service and made my balance as negative.
So Sir, please look in to this issue and do a justice for me. Thank You.
