This is a complain against virgin broadband services, that they told me that they would be charging a monthly rental of Rs 500, after a month without any usage my bill goes upto rs 3000 without any notification from them, being a girl im being verbally harassed by their employess that i better clear out my dues, they have fudged up the entire bill, even in case of airtel my usuage would generate a maximum bill of Rs 1200, their employees themselves told me that they fudge up the bills to double their collections, despite all my efforts they are continuously mounting my bill upto 4700, i feel chated as a consumer, a company like airtel never does this...i really don't earn that much that i would just ditch out 4000 on an internet bill! VIRGIN USB MODEM — No customer service
I am using Virgin USB internet modem for past 1 year .The speed is very slow,No customer service center .I made a recharge of 801 Rs for unlimited plan it worked for just 5 days after that net was not working No customer service centre ,when ever i send complaint in mail they will send only mail Stating the below mentioned details .Please friends Dont buy Virgin product total that company is FraudThank you for contacting virgin mobile e-mail support.
