I have bought VFlash CDMA USB Modem of Virgin Mobile 15 days back. The device is not detected in my systems. I booked a complaint with complaint no.[protected], 12 days back fir which I was assured of resolving the problem in 48 hrs. Till now no response My modem continues to be a paper weight though a costly one. I am dismayed at hopelessly poor customer care. So, folks, beware of Virgin mobile.

VIRGIN USB MODEM — No customer service

I am using Virgin USB internet modem for past 1 year .The speed is very slow,No customer service center .I made a recharge of 801 Rs for unlimited plan it worked for just 5 days after that net was not working No customer service centre ,when ever i send complaint in mail they will send only mail Stating the below mentioned details .Please friends Dont buy Virgin product total that company is Fraud

    hi,
    one of the service provider VIRGIN MOBILE, is a cheat company.
    1) I have its connection and their costumer care told me of the scheme that i will get RS.20 on Rs.45 recharge for internet and the scheme is valid for that day. i got it recharged but i never got the balance.i loged a complaint, and to my surprise they told me that they had wrong information about the above from there back end, and the offer expired a day before and can't do any thing.

    2) few days later i recieved a msg saying get Rs.10 on using Vbytes, i opened it , the same msg was flashing there also, i accepted it, but never got the amt. i again complained , but every time from last one month they are telling me that there experts are trying to contact me but my phone is not rechable.....and to the surprise i gave them 2 VIRGIN MOBILE no. to call me. if they cant get in touch with me on their own network that too in delhi.....you all can imagine what a type of company it is.

      i am mobile holder of virgin mobile gsm.i hav started a service of romance tip for 10 days then after 10 days the service is re-activate ok.i send mail at customer care and send many sms for deactivate this service but i found no respose i just lost my money on sending sms. very worth service virgin mobile gsm is raddad company

      Virgin Mobile — Bad Service

      Vergin Mobile is providing NO1 bad service in Mobile Industry. Because I took one post paid connection in bangalore. Whatever the documents the asked I had given. The out let people activated the connection and they told me atpresent this connection in pre-paid and it will convert post paid within a week. But after one week my connection got disconnected. I went and informend the Out let morethan 6 times. and I called more than 100 times. Every time they are asking 5 minuts or 1 hour time. but not cleared. I called costumer care. to connect costumer care 10 to 30 minuts required . they are enjoying me with the new selectio of songs. I dont know what will happend in the next.
      this vergin is very ...very ...very .BAD.

      Virgin Mobile — Doing Illegal Business

      I have purchased Virgin mobile, because I was told my all calls will be for Rs. 0.50 Pasa, but when I confirmed, I came to know daily 1st three calls will be for Rs. 1.50, I was not clearly told about this, nether they have mentioned this thing in their advt. or at website. There should be a star(*) of condition apply. Nether dealer nor the company has cleared this condition to me at the time of selling this mobile. I realy want my money back and don’t want to use this phone.
      its a very bad servicing company. and a am not going to be a jerk any more, so i want to cancel the prepaid connection of my hand set. because i bought my hand set before 4 months now its making me not to recive any messages and calls. what is the use of set anymore. so i booked complaint in company 4 times but they are not responding .. so i am complainting .
      The vergin mobile call rate has given 50 paisa/mnt for all call every day in half an hour, but it has been chargd 1Rs/min.This is a FRAUD with customer

      ve been with Vergin Mobilr for a couple years and a couple phones and phone numbers. For the most part I've been quite satisfied. However, I have had some unresolved problems which which I wish I could get your help to resolve. One was my daughter dropped my carama phone. One of the buttens popped out leaving me unable to retrieve important phone numbers as well as very important and meaningful photos. I received no help when calling Vergin Mobile or going to the stores. I would very much appreciate any help you could be to point me in the right direction to retrieve the information from that phone.
      My nwzt problem is that of feeling misused and actually lied to about payments on the plan I signed for. This was for my new phone:[protected], unlimited calling agreement for $79.99 a month. One month I spoke on the phone with someone explaining that I hadn't got my pay yet. Our verbal agreement was that I could pay part of the payment at the end of the week and the remainder in the beginning of the week when I got the rest of my pay. I sent the remainder of the payment and was told I was good for the month with my unlimited.
      Somehow that got all mixed up. If you check my account I think you will see how they had me bouncing around. One other time I got the Top-Up cards and had no minutes the next day. I called and they said I needed to talk with a represenitive in person. I did that and still had a mess. I would get credited in part but remained unsure and over paying.
      Finally, I've been holding off awaiting hearing from you before switching phone companies. Before spending anymore money I went to "Sugar Mama to earn the free air time. I've earned 15 minutes but it doesn't go on my phone.

          hello sir, iam KRISHNAMURTHY . i bought virgin cdma sim card before 3months but still it is not activated. what to sir.
          i have bought a gsm sim card of virgin from link phone vadodara as per from their side they activated the card but i am not able to make any call neither sms..and they said that a call will come from customer care ..but no response came ..they activated my card om 7/2/2011...yet still its not activated and i cannot make calls ..so please help me out with this problem my virgin gsm number is [protected]

            These companies (esp. foreign) think they can do anything here because there is so much corruption and exploitation of people esp. middle class by govt. and other companies. They play u for a fool. They are , e.g. In virgin mobile GSM when i called for do-not-call service every time i reached tata docomo customer care- both services use same number. and they said keep trying, you may get your customer care after some tries. but this didn't happen. SMS's say unknown....

            Now i went to their website and it asked me to enter my mobile no. My no. begins with 8 and i think most of new GSM virgin does. Unbelievable it was not accepting my no. as it began with 8. Still ads come.

            On their website they advertise for do-not-call service as: hey u don't wanna be woken up in the morning by an ad, u don't want to be disturbed.... I ask them when u know u are disturbing why don't u do it from the beginning itself.

                i have nokia N70 set EMIE no.[protected]. i m using it since last 4 years. now i m using the connection of vergin GSM no. [protected] since last 1 month.
                from yesterday, i cared that on every swich off and restart of my handset, there is deduction of Rs 1/- from my account. after noticing many times it i called to vergin service centre for this complain, they told me that there is no any problem by their side, but it is due to my handset, there are some setting problem. when i contacted to my nearest nokia shopkeeper for bboking in Nokia customercare, he insisted that none problem is by handset, it is due to service provider.
                now i m confuse that where should i complain for it, but it is deducting with me.
                PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.

                  I visited the website <www.virginmobile.in> and got the details of GSM prepaid connection. The details were as follows: If a I purchase a new sim card for Rs. 49/- I will be getting life time validity and my call tariff will be Re. 1/Min. for any local call. And there will be no daily rental.
                  Seeing the above details I purchased the new sim card. The details of the sim card are: (MDN [protected]) (RSN NO [protected])
                  I purchased the sim card by paying Rs. 49/- with the confidence that I will be getting the above tariff benefits as it is shown in the website. But the service provider gave me another tariff in which there is daily rental of Rs.1.50/- and the validity of tariff is 365 days.
                  So I kindly request you to take action against such a wrong representation and cheating.

                    This is a complain against virgin broadband services, that they told me that they would be charging a monthly rental of Rs 500, after a month without any usage my bill goes upto rs 3000 without any notification from them, being a girl im being verbally harassed by their employess that i better clear out my dues, they have fudged up the entire bill, even in case of airtel my usuage would generate a maximum bill of Rs 1200, their employees themselves told me that they fudge up the bills to double their collections, despite all my efforts they are continuously mounting my bill upto 4700, i feel chated as a consumer, a company like airtel never does this...i really don't earn that much that i would just ditch out 4000 on an internet bill! Plz help me out i'm reachable @[protected]/[protected]....shall await your response, thanks ...simrit

                      yesterday on 12 august at 11.30 , when i checked my prepaid account , i found that only 0.04 paise are there in my account . i becamed so surprised because i didn't any call from my mobile and the account was Rs 225/ in my account. when i querry to customer care , one mr karan replied me that there is an international call from my nr. at 11.12 am on 12 august 2010. i am sure that there was no any call rom my nr. and my cell was with me , so there is no any chance for that.

                      you have to update or format your phone this is the only solution and it works
                      checks for free from nokia site to update your nokia n70
                      UPDATE your phone

                      DO IT, IT WORKS
                      the soft is on mobile9 or getjar it's called "free mobile to mobile calls"

                      updating the software of your phone will kill the malicious application because it is installed in phone memory not in the micro sd and it works in background to deal numbers and eat your money

                      even the anti-virus can't kill them

                      be carefull once intalling software

                        I have purchased a vFlash data card on 15th of July 2010
                        I have written ample number of times to Virgin customer care about my complain, but my request is not entertained.

                        My Reference No of complaint[protected] dated 27th July 2010.

                        During time of purchase I was promised a laptop bag as a gift, to be shipped within 7 days. It is already over 3 weeks but nothing has been done so far.

                        Someone Mr. Sunder from Virgin customer care always replies to my mail that within next 24 hrs I will get a call which never happens.

                        It is a pathetic service. I will never recommend virgin vFlash to anybody. Virgin customer care has no respect for the sentiments of there customers.

                        These were the persons who sold me the vFlash and were in contact with me. They all have been mistreating me.

                          I made a complaint for the deduction of balance to the Virgin customer care. i called number of times and finally i send a email to [protected]@virginmobile.in. yet the problem cannot solved by the customer care. they are very irresponsible towards the customers. the mail to the customer care like below

                          iam not satisfied for you and your customer care team. i made a complaint regarding my balance deduction to the customer care on 121. they are very negligence about the customer's problem. i gave complaint on[protected]. i talk to the customer care number of times. i contacted with your superintendent named Sri Charan. he said that the problem will be solved soon. we forward a mail regarding the issue. four days over but the customer care cannot respond to my issue. they said only the balance deduction can be done because of network issue and will be solved within hours. the customer care executives were very irresponsible to the customers. on[protected] i made enquiry about my gprs balance. they said you have 1153mb of data usage available in your account and Rs.13.68 available. after that i try to connect to the internet. it was not done. i tried number of times it was not done. after that i check my account balance it shows Rs.0.00. then i call customer care for my balance deduction. they said that the data usage is over in your account. i said im not used the internet but why should you deduct my balance. please put a complaint regarding the issue. the customer says very carelessly " IAM NOT TAKING YOUR COMPLAINT "." DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT IAM NOT TAKE YOUR COMPLAINT" and disconnect the phone at the time of 11:50 PM on[protected] named customer care "Vaajay". after disconnecting the call i make another call to the customer care. some one lift the phone and the language is HINDI. i said i cant understand the "Hindi" please connect any one of the Telugu customer care. he said telugu customer care available between 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. on the next day i made a call to the customer care they said that customer care will not talk like that. if any one found we will take action to the person. they take the complaint and forward the call to our superindent Mr.Sri Charan. he said that sorry for the issue. we will forward a mail to the technical team. it will be solved on evening 4:00PM. it was not done. i called at 4:30 to the customer care and ask for my issue to plz connect to Mr.Charan for asking my issue. they said he is not available your complaint will be accepted and will be solved shortly at tomorrow 9:00 AM. i called next day at 10:00AM and ask for my issue. they said that Mr. Charan sir is not available your problem will be solved soon. i called number of times i got reply Mr.Charan is not available. on Monday also tried i got same reply Mr. Charan is not available and customer care gave me time to solve the problem on first call at exactly 11:00AM. i called after 11:00AM i got same reply Mr. Charan is not available and customer care once again gave me time to solve for 3:00PM. i called after 3:00PM i got same reply Mr. Charan is not available and customer care i got same reply problem will be solved at 5:00PM. i called after 5:00PM i got same reply Mr. Charan is not available and customer care i got the same reply problem will be solved within 1 hour. i tried number of times i got same reply Mr. Charan is not available and customer care i got same reply. finally i tried at 10:00PM customer care gave time to solve the problem tuesday morning at 10:00AM. iam not able to get patience. your customer care executives will not support the customers. another issue is at the time of connection i submitted my proofs with my signature in application at the mobile virgin sale center. after registration of my account the details shown a fake name and address. where is my id proof. who can do with my proofs. virgin has so many problems. so that i cant interested to continue with virgin mobile. so please "DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION".because iam already taken the uninor connection for usage. iam not satisfied with you.

                            Respected Sir,

                            I am a virgin mobile user for the past 5 months, and simply love its service and all the facilities provided to me.
                            But from last 3 weeks, whenever I recharge my number, and if my account balance goes just above Rs 3, then my balance is deducted by Rs 3 saying that 'you have been charged for wwe wap pack in Divein'
                            A toll free number-155223 is also mentioned there by which I can opt for its deactivation.
                            But whenever I call that number and deactivate it, they say that 'your request for deactivation has been received. You will receive a confirmation sms shortly.
                            I call customer care but they till date they did not provide me with the required info..
                            Please look into it Sir and please deactivate that service. shall be waiting for your reply and your action with anticipation

                              Fraud done by VIRGIN hired agencies kindly check we have received a proposal for installing the mobile towers from virgin and they have taken the amount from us but now nothing has been done as if now these people not receiving our calls also they have given add in local newspaper for the same. The way to the consumer court is never too far if

                              the company in question is as DUBIOUS, WORTHLESS, ARROGANT, HARASSING
                              and as IDIOTIC as yours. I'll be at my best to persuade people around me
                              to de-subscribe from your services. You do know how to mishandle and
                              harass customers and play with their hard earned money. But what you

                              need to learn immediately is DECENCY!!!! Thieves and fools like Miss.

                              priya sharma are a blot on your anyway worthless firm. We are tired and
                              mentally harassed of wasting our time and energy in pursuing the matter
                              in a company where all pleas fall on deaf ears. We wont settle for
                              anything less than the termination of priya who does not even

                              deserve the prefix "Miss." in front of his name. I feel he (like your

                              other customer representatives) has been trained by you to rob people. A

                              RUBBISH, BACKSTABBING and CHEATING firm like Virgin should stop

                              advertising and befooling people. The dog seems to be better trained and
                              more loyal than you. Inspite of my repeated efforts to mend the
                              situation, there has been NO RESPONSE from your side and i am sure any

                                i have recharge my account through online (www.virginmobile.in)sbi
                                mobile banking system 17/06/2010 approx 2.57am am of rs 25/ on
                                [protected](prepaid GSM,kolkata circle).but surprisingly i have seen
                                that my balance has not been credited to my no.it has forfeited .rs
                                25/ has been dedected from
                                my sbi account transaction id[protected].i have attached necessary
                                information to you,kindly solve this serious problem as soon as
                                possible & my no. has been disconnected on 19/06/2010 due to non
                                submission of document. i have lodge a complaint through 121 toll free
                                request id-VRRG09002199 & VCF07097404 RESPECTIVELY.

                                i have attached a copy of print screen of your mail & transaction details.
                                .I have submitted this copies to nodal officer several times but no-balance given to my account still now
                                kindly solve it & back my balance soon.

                                  With reference to the above complain no.we had already discussion lot with your customer care i want to mention some of the name like Sumit, Praveen, Virendra etc.but i didn't get any solution and i m very fedup with the service of custome care and the virgin mobile also.I am very good customer of virgin mobile since last 2 years my mobile no. is [protected].

                                  I would again like to say you the whole story actually i repeated this story to all your custome care since 20.06.10, I got a call from the virgin mobile india by a girl i forgot the name and unfortuanatelly the number from which i got call. In that call the girl said to me that you are the good customer of virgin mobile i just want to know the reason why the virgin mobile sales decreasing day by day what you think what would be the reason, i just said becouse of the call rate you call rate is very higher than the other mobile company than she told me about the offer that if you recharge your phone by Rs.50 in which you will get talk time of Rs.60 and your call rate would be 1 Paise per second within 72 hours.I Confirm about this scheme by your custome care than he told me that ya this type of scheme is there but it is valid till 21.06.10 you can recharge your phone before 21.06.10.

                                  After that i reachared my phone on 20.06.2010 by Rs.50 and i get talk time of Rs.43 and your customer care said balance rupees and benifit of 1 P/Sec you will get within 72 hours. I waited for 72 hours but i didn't get any rest balance and facility of 1 P/Sec.I register my complain on 24.06.10 and my complain no. is VNT07027231 they have given me the time of 24 hours for resolve my problem again i waited but didn't get any benifit.I got a call from your Chandigarh office on 27.06.10 in which he told that your complain is now resolve you can check your balance as well as call rate.I checked it but i didn't get any thing again i called your customer he gain register my complain and that no. is VNT07030739 on 27.06.10 in which he said you definetely get that benifit and all the call made by you after recharged or the extra call rate would be returned within 24 hours still i m waiting but didn't get that.I talk with your customer care but now he is saying that you recharged your phone wrong you can't gaet that benifit and you didn't get any call from the virgin mobile for this scheme......

                                  Now the question is i already activited DND on my Number so how any one can call on my number on the behaf of virgin mobile...and if you register my complain you told that you definetely get that benifit than how you can say that this benifit is not for you...
                                  One side your customer care said you will and one side you will get what is this? What you want from the custome? How will solve this problem and when? Hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        sir, i had been cheated by the virgin mobile company an amount of Rs.5440+15000 for setting up a tower in my land as per company instruction. the representatives were supposed to get survey of my land in the month of april'2010(08.04.2010) but not reached and the given nos. are switched off. the suspected person is mr.nandlal. in this context i would like to inform that the above amounts have been deposited in the bank account of mr.nandlal - having A/c No.[protected] of state bank of india. there phone nos. are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. pls do the needful and save others to get cheated by them and if possible my money to be refunded. sir my contact no. is [protected]. pls solve my problem.
