Pathetic service

I am undergoing the highest possible embarssment for using the Virigin Mobile services. I am sorry about my harsh tone but I have to.

I bought a sim card on May 4 2010 and submitted my documents. I took four days to activate the service and get the FRC done. I had to do 4 rounds of 16 calls to the distributor to just get the services activated. And now, my outgoing calls barred for the reason that my documents have not reached...

Wrong commitment form customer care and sold V-flash data card without full information

I have purchase a Virgin mobile data card(V-Flash) from virgin mobile sales person.Initially he had not given proper information about the internet usage charges and downloading charges.He should have differentiate and clarify that they will be also charging for internet usage apart from downloading.

After that i used V-flash data card from 21st to 26th and from 26th I am getting email and sms of interim...

Disgusting problems

i am really annoyed from one/two months since i am supposed to be expecting important calls and i didn't know virgin mobile just cant be trusted.

( i have had a lot of problems with tring tunes and recharges but it can be ignored atleast )

Firstly when someone called me it used to say that this number does not exist please check the number u have dialed.

Outgoing calls are barred for no reasons

On last 9th March 2010 I purchased a new Virgin GSM SIM card from Univercell showroom of Indiranagar Branch, Bangalore. On 30.12.09 advertisement given on the daily news paper SANMARG for tower fixation on land. Money fraud case.....no work done

I had been cheated by the Virgin Mobile Company an amount of Rs. 5110+15020 for setting up a tower in my land. The representatives were supposed to come in January 2010 but not reached and the given nos. are switched off. The suspected persons are Dheeraj Sharma, Ramnaresh Sharma from Noida, Delhi. faulty mobile

i have bought new moble of virgin cdm where we can not use the sim card with any other mobile.

the set turned out faulty after 5 months and the dealer Arvind cellular , of Vasco the gama Goa, is washing his hands off and we have to go search for the service people .

at alst i found a service person but he is not having the spare part to repair!!!!

Have ground space to rent out for tower installation

I am living in Pennukara, Chengannur in the Allepey district. It is around 5 Kms from Chengannur town towards Mavelikara Haripad route. My house is situated on an elevated landscape , a 100mts from the main road(Chengannur-Mavelikara) , still I have no coverage in anywhere in my surrounding.
