Charged for Caller Tune I did not subscribed to.

On 20/12/2009, I received a system generated phone call from Virgin advertising caller tune subscriptions, user can subscribe to any caller tune by pressing relevant option on their phone set. I did NOT selected any options but few minutes after the call I received a message from Virgin that caller tune 'All izz well' has been selected and deducted Rs. 30/- from my pre-paid account. Excess recharge amount collected

I had remitted Rs.200 from my ICICI Bank account (online transfer) towards recharge of our prepaid mobile phone (virgin mobile) - phone no.[protected]. The company has given talk time of only Rs.100. Generally for Rs.100 recharge, the talk time is Rs.87. When I enquired with the call centre of the company, he says 'you should have enquired before remitting'. no response about tower installation after fees payment

i have submit the security fees on[protected] in SBI in acount os dheeraj sharma.
after that i recieved an agreement letter & according to this i submit Rs 9000 in HDFC bank in acount of satish chander as tax fees according to "telecom act 1972" on[protected]. after that their is no response. their contact numbers are off.

Customer Harassment /Fraud

I am being harassed by virgin mobile since last 2 weeks. I lost my cell phone about 2 weeks before. I took a simcard from the kormangla ,bangalore shop near forum. He gave me a duplicate sim ,taking all documents for Rs 100. The shop is in the ground floor of forum. Cheating Innocent Customers with non existant Free Talk Time Scheme

I am one of those many unfortunate "Victim of Virgin Mobile Company's " who has been robbed by the company by giving "DELEBRATE FALSE, MISLEADING, INCORRECT, ORAL SCHEMES OFFERED ON PURCHASING A CONNECTION"

My Son wanted to gift the connection to my father as he goes for work and due to his old age, we need to keep in touch with him during his hours of travel.

lack of information

when ever i try 2 call the customer care it takes very long time to reach out
all of my battery is consumed just to connect to them
and when it is connected full required information isn't provided
now when i try to contact them via e-mail they aren't replying

my vBeats (Haier C-300) restart when i try 2 send a message and my phone is in warranty( recently purchased )

Connection issues

I recently purchased a prepaid connection from Virgin Mobile. I had recharged the connection from Rs 301. The connection comes with 1000 minutes free local call talktime. However, after making a local call, the recharge balance dropped to Rs 0.59. Tryng to reach customer care at 125999 is impossible because all customer service lines are always busy and you have to try again later. no customer care role for our solutions

i am a virgin mobile customer with no. [protected] and i am on roaming in delhi. once my account got nil and i charged this with 101 top up plan, which was a full talk time plan. i got a msg of 101 charge but didnt get any balance. i tried a 10000 times to call the customer care but i was all fail. there is no one to listen at all. i urge if they cant give us service on time with diligence. they should shut down their company.

Regarding unwanted service

I have Virgin mobile service provider. on 15th of june i got a promotional call from virgin mobile and i heard it for 12secs and then cut the call. After wards i got a SMS saying that i have subscribed Devotional Pack and 7rs has been deducted. While i didnt accepted it. Money loot

I have virgin mobile no [protected].with Life time validity
I did top up for Rs 99 for the talk time of Rs80
But it has given only Rs 5.60
I asked in the customer care .their reply is ..i have done for two month validity
.. I said I already have lifetime validity... What is the meaning of two month validity?

unreasonably barred outgoing calls

I am based in Bangalore and due to some reason payment of April 2009 could not be paid required dates. I paid my Virgin phone bill of Rs. 328 at June 3, 2009 ( invoice no. 1210, Receipt[protected] at forum mall kiosk of Virgin mobile. They promised to start my outgoing within 24 hrs.but till June 9, 2009 they din't. They are saying that your bill is not paid yet.
