On 20/12/2009, I received a system generated phone call from Virgin advertising caller tune subscriptions, user can subscribe to any caller tune by pressing relevant option on their phone set. I did NOT selected any options but few minutes after the call I received a message from Virgin that caller tune 'All izz well' has been selected and deducted Rs. 30/- from my pre-paid account. I logged a complaint (complaint number: VTL[protected], no action has been taken yet, on the contrary I was told that i must have selected some option during the call. And to unsubscribe i have call at some number rates for which are at Rs. 6 per minute.

I have tried to talk to customer representatives many times, but no one cares.

    I am finding troubles in getting my PF money transferred from my previous organization. Below are the details of my claim. I have attached scan copies of PF transfer letters as well.

    PF Account No :- AP/HY/32831/16980
    Company Name :- TTSL, Gujarat.
    Name & Add of PF Trust :- TTSL, Khan Latif Khan Estate, Fateh Maidan Road, Hyderabad

    PF transfer done to below account. Transfer date : 4th Nov '2005.

    PF Account No :- DL/16967/005697
    Company Name :- Bharti AirTel, Gujarat
    Name & Add of PF Comm :- 6th Floor, Skylark Bld, 60, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 19

    I left this organization on Feb '08 and submitted the PF transfer request on 27th Aug '08.

    My company has sent this request to Bharti on 15th Oct '08 but till date there is not revert from them.

    Bharti HR confirmed - on mail - that they are not getting revert from RPFC Gurgaon & Delhi about the same.

    Current Details : PF Account No :- MH / 49207 / 234

    Kindly help me in getting my PF money transferred. Hoping for a positive response from your end.

    Virgin Mobile India — Not sending the Bills

    Sir,

    I have taken virgin mobile connetion from Bangalore on Nov-2008 and This is a post paid connection.Till date i am not received any bills and they are collectiong the monthly charges on 18th every month.On my continous (called the customer care from 16th jan 09 to 27th jan09) request they have send Dec-08 and Jan 09 Bills through emails. after again they are not sending the bills. i cant submit my reimbursement statement to my office becasuse of the non avilability of the Bill. 12th may 09 onwards i am calling every day the Virgin customer care and requested them to send the bills through email.Till this time i am not received the bills.

    Virgin Mobile India — Plam chenging Default

    I call Customer Care of Virgin to upgrate my plan(everyday 100 local sms, 100 national SMS free after 3 sms)and they suggested me to recharge with 14 to upgrate from my old plan after rechagre when i saw sms charges are not applied according to my new plan i called customer care again then they told you will not be able to change your plan and if you want the new plan take a new SIM card.
    We are working in virgin mobile since 2 years, we draws as a salary of rupees 7, 500 per month. But for the past three months ie., december and januray salary we received just 6135 rupees only. We spoke to
    the higher authority but they are not hearing our problem as well. And we are not recieved incentive amount for the past 8 months.

    I have recharged my mobile with net pack of Rs. 125 of data validity of 1 month and 1.25 GB. But sir it din't Worked for a single moment. so please kindly refund the amount as soon as possible Mobile no.- [protected]

      I had remitted Rs.200 from my ICICI Bank account (online transfer) towards recharge of our prepaid mobile phone (virgin mobile) - phone no.[protected]. The company has given talk time of only Rs.100. Generally for Rs.100 recharge, the talk time is Rs.87. When I enquired with the call centre of the company, he says 'you should have enquired before remitting'. But the ICICI Bank site where details of recharge amounts are indicated, the various denominations of virgin mobile are not indicated, while other companies have clearly indicated the same. I was told by the call centre attendant that had I paid Rs.101, I would have got talk time of Rs.87, and for Rs.201 I would have got talk time of Rs.174. Now the company has collected Rs.99 more and has given me talk time of only Rs.13. I had requested the call centre attendant to treat my call as complaint, but nothing has happened.

        i have submit the security fees on[protected] in SBI in acount os dheeraj sharma.
        after that i recieved an agreement letter & according to this i submit Rs 9000 in HDFC bank in acount of satish chander as tax fees according to "telecom act 1972" on[protected]. after that their is no response. their contact numbers are off.
        the address of company on stamp is B-19,second floor, sec. 9 , lucknou , UP.

        I Think Mr. Dheeraj Sharma Making the Fraud at very high level throughout India.
        I & my friend have deposit the amount of Rs.4400/- each for errect of tower of Idea company in the account of Dheeraj Sharma but we have not received any letter as promised by his office and all the contact number are switched off now.             dear sir,
            I am sandeep from jamshedpur and i am logging this complaint because of the negligence in service.I have bought two sets of virgin C5330 on 21/12/08.Since two months i am facing a lot of problem with the charging of the battery. I went to the service center ( bistupur, jamshedpur) of this. I logged a complaint during the service mela organised during the month of october. but they didn't gave me any job no.I ran after them for a month but in vain. when i talked to the area manager he asked me to log the complaint agian. I logged it again on 17/11/2009. till now my problem has not been solved. when i ask them till when my problem will be solved I could not get any satisfactory answer.

              Hi

              I am being harassed by virgin mobile since last 2 weeks. I lost my cell phone about 2 weeks before. I took a simcard from the kormangla ,bangalore shop near forum. He gave me a duplicate sim ,taking all documents for Rs 100. The shop is in the ground floor of forum. For around one and half weeks,he gave me an excuse that the sim is being not recognised by the network. After that He gave me a new duplicate sim yesterday and told it is going to be activated yesterday. Still the ulsoor people did not activate it. Today I went to the head office in Ulsoor and they immediately acted to activate it and said that it will be activated in 1/2 hour as the server is down. I went to my office . I found that it is not actiavted still even after 3 hrs. I have some telephonic interviews.

              Please resolve this issue asap and get me a compensation of atleast 5000 as I lost major interviews due to this irresponsible behaviour of virgin mobile.

                I bought a virgin Data card (SIM No. A[protected]E3 04 V1.0) of cost Rs 2600. It worked only for one month. I did recharge for rupees 350 next month and its gone for ever. Its almost 4 month since i launched complaint about it. My complaint No. was VPR07001517. I made almost 20 calls regarding the problem to customer care ([protected]) every time i got the worst response after the sentence "WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR COMPLAINT AND IT WILL BE RECTIFIED WITHING NEXT 24 HOURS".

                Just because of this worst experience with virgin Today I am bearing the loss. Thanks to Virgin that made me a TATA customer.

                Still trying to activate my Virgin data card for which i have invested Rs. 3000. but unable to do the same.

                  i am using virgin mobile from 1 month and also i dnt have any problem with calls and it services but suddenly something happened to the connection and whenever i am calling to anyone it is replying as "please contact with your customer care"even when i am calling to 125555 number then also it is saying the same so try to help me out..........

                  virgin mobiles — Didn't give the Top up which was promised.

                  On 21/05/2009 I received an SMS from VTalks(Virgin Mobiles Promotional offers engine) telling "Free Rs.50 topup with recharge! Local mob calls @30p/min & 750 local SMS free for a month.Talktime credit in 72hrs! hurry!"

                  On the same day i.e. 21/05/2009. I recharged with Rs.149 still as of now I have not got the topup amount credited in my mobile balance.

                  Luckyly, I have kept both the SMS in my inbox, one which flashed the promotion from Vtalks and other which has my transaction id of Rs.149.

                  I have launched a complaint at their call centre, but still things haven't worked out.

                  Please help me out in this case.

                    I am one of those many unfortunate "Victim of Virgin Mobile Company's " who has been robbed by the company by giving "DELEBRATE FALSE, MISLEADING, INCORRECT, ORAL SCHEMES OFFERED ON PURCHASING A CONNECTION"

                    My Son wanted to gift the connection to my father as he goes for work and due to his old age, we need to keep in touch with him during his hours of travel.

                    Cheating Innocent Customers with non existant Free Talk Time Scheme was offered to me on August 16, 2009 by your SIDHANSH ELECTRONICS - VIRGIN MOBILE KIOSK located at orchid mall mumbai central, where the counter staff named "Asim" in order to get some extra commission or incentive promoted the following scheme to me & my family:

                    THIS IS A LIMITED PERIOD SCHEME AVAILABLE ON 15TH & 16TH AUGUST 2009 ONLY.
                    BUY A CONNECTION & GET 200 MINUTES FREE PER DAY TO ANY NETWORK - MOBILE OR LANDLINE & 100 SMS PER DAY FOR 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF ACTIVATION.
                    IF WE PAY RS. 200/- EXTRA, WE WILL GET ADDITIONAL BENEFIT SCHEME 444 VALUEABLE RECHARGE WHICH WILL GIVE US 1000 MINUTES OF TALKTIME AFTER THE INITIAL 1 MONTH SCHEME OF 6000 MINUTES FREE TALKTIME & IS OVER.

                    Innocently, we fell pray to the scheme which never existed at all. We started using the connection from 16th night itself and on 2nd Sept we were unable to make any calls from evening. When my wife approached the counter on 4th Sept, we were in for the rudest shock that we had exhausted 1000 minutes which were supposed to have started after 1 month. However our Instrument show 17 hours + talktime used which includes incoming calls also.

                    I request you to look into the matter and have the culpits nailed, procecuted, penalised with punishment and warning if such things are repeated, cancellation of licence

                    I am a prepaid user of Virgin Mobile India. I want to shift to Postpaid Plan, just because I require Itemized Bill else I am satisfied otherwise.

                    I have been told that there is no provision of Conversion of Prepaid to Postpaid Plan. I am asked to purchase a new Sim Card, which implies change of Mobile No. This is something not feasible for me as I have given this number to all my clients.

                    Kindly register this complaint against non-provision of this basic facility.

                      when ever i try 2 call the customer care it takes very long time to reach out
                      all of my battery is consumed just to connect to them
                      and when it is connected full required information isn't provided
                      now when i try to contact them via e-mail they aren't replying

                      my vBeats (Haier C-300) restart when i try 2 send a message and my phone is in warranty( recently purchased )
                      also the retailer had given his contact number which worked for few days but now its always switched off

                      (help me to take necessary steps)

                        I recently purchased a prepaid connection from Virgin Mobile. I had recharged the connection from Rs 301. The connection comes with 1000 minutes free local call talktime. However, after making a local call, the recharge balance dropped to Rs 0.59. Tryng to reach customer care at 125999 is impossible because all customer service lines are always busy and you have to try again later. I am even told that I am being charged for roaming call even when I am not roaming. This is the worst Mobile service I have ever tried.

                        I purchased ur Campus Vergin plan & gave payment to your one Executive approached from Delhi having Mobile no. [protected]. his phone keep always swithed off & my connection is still not activated.

                          i am a virgin mobile customer with no. [protected] and i am on roaming in delhi. once my account got nil and i charged this with 101 top up plan, which was a full talk time plan. i got a msg of 101 charge but didnt get any balance. i tried a 10000 times to call the customer care but i was all fail. there is no one to listen at all. i urge if they cant give us service on time with diligence. they should shut down their company.

                          I am a prepaid user of Virgin Mobile India. I want to shift to Postpaid Plan, just because I require Itemized Bill else I am satisfied otherwise.

                          I have been told that there is no provision of Conversion of Prepaid to Postpaid Plan. I am asked to purchase a new Sim Card, which implies change of Mobile No. This is something not feasible for me as I have given this number to all my clients.

                          Kindly register this complaint against non-provision of this basic facility.

                          even i paid ill,my out going is barred from last two weeks.

                            mobile no [protected] is asking several times for the deactivation of the tring tune since 4 months but no action is taken, very poor customer care, we are very unhappy with the service.At least consider this complaint and the service is needed very urgently.
                            mai apne ph m tring tung lgwati hu barr barr par na to tring tune lagti hai aur tring tune lagne ke paise bhi cut jate gai...! so i humble request to u so pls meri lagi hui sari tring tune hata dijiye apse guraish hai

                                I have Virgin mobile service provider. on 15th of june i got a promotional call from virgin mobile and i heard it for 12secs and then cut the call. After wards i got a SMS saying that i have subscribed Devotional Pack and 7rs has been deducted. While i didnt accepted it. I complented about it to them but the way they told me to deactivate the service is not working. Even when i try to use that service i am unable to do so. Now they are deducting 7rs every week and refusing to pay me my money back. I had complented about it through mails even through customer care. But nothing is working out. Please tell me what should i do?

                                  I'd purchased a Virgin VGLIDE handset from an authorized dealer of virgin mobile in mumbai.i was told that the mobile's battery has a standby time of about 3-4 days and talktime of about 5 hours.but this prooved to be totally wrong on the very first day of my mobile.its battery discharged in only 8 hours without even talking for a single minute.another problem is with its radio signals, it doesnt catches radio signals even on the main road and there is no point talking about radio signals in house or offices.
                                  I complained in the virgin mobile service centre about the same but they are now refusing to replace my handset nor even repairing it.while purchasing i was told that it might get replaced with in 10 days of purchasing date.i'd purchased the phone on 19 June 2009.

                                    I' ve recently bought a virgin mobile(ANDHRA PRADESH) with number [protected].My problem is that I couldnt find any recharge card especially message card(Rs.39) and easy recharge(Rs149) anywhere in hyderabad the capital city of ANDHRA PRADESH.And if this is the case with the capital city then you can easily expect the situation in other cities.This company lacks distributors for its recharge cards.So I request you to please get into this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                                    Virgin Mobile top up — Non availability of different top up

                                    Respected sir,
                                    In Barasat area of Kolkata city top up cards like Rs. 11, 14, 18, 21, 31 etc. are completely unavailable. Here the recharges of top ups mentioned above can be made through neither paper recharge nor electronic recharge.
                                    I, would, therefore, like to request you to start supply of above mentioned top up cards.
                                    Rcharge of choises like Rs. 11, 14, 18, 21, 31, 41 are completely unavailable in Barasat area of Kolkata.
                                    Neither paper nor easy recharge are avialeable in Barasat. This causes me in trouble as I can not take the facilities to get full talk-time on top up recharges as per company products. i am compel to use less talk value top ups and it causes me more money and sometimes force me to use other operator instead of Virgin Mobile.
                                    I, would, therefore, like to request you to start the supply of top ups of various choices as early as possible.
                                    hai, mobikwik is a very gud site for recharge bt the fact is that you cant sign up in that and all denominations is not available. Search for some other good sites. There are many sites for online mobile recharge. u can even try to recharge in http://www.easymobilerecharge.com/ easily then mobikwik.com
                                    Well my advice is to dump virgin mobile, its website is bit dodgy and customer care is hardly anything to speak about.
                                    I have a v link and have been cursing myself ever since i have bought it.
                                    The best place for the v link data modem is now my dust bin.
                                    please don't ever buy virgin mobile v flash card...customer service is just pathetic...they promise false deadlines...i bought it days back and as of yet it has not been activated... can also name the executives(Harsh and Vikas) and their numbers but they will never pick up your calls...really really bad service...highly disappointed...they think customer is a fool and helpline executives keep transfering lines...i have missed on my client presentation and had to look for stupid internet cafe...

                                    following my earlier complaint...i was assured by customer executive Mr Raj on 23 march that my complaint will be taken care of and action will be taken n next 24 hours...again a huge lie...u can never trust virgin mobile comany and their employess...if a company doesnt care about the customer is bound to collapse and the executives too who think they can take customers for granted will face a crash down at some-point in their lives...hard luck awaits for all of them

                                      The Service Provider "VIRGIN" are looting the customers. In Rs.199 they provide Rs.180/-. In Rs.201 they provide full talk time. But in Rs.200/- they provide Rs. 103/- only that is totally unfair and Illegal Customer have no idea what is the difference between Rs 199 ,200, 201. Rs. 200/- is the round figure so every body going for it. This is request to everybody please do not recommend anybody to go for Virgin.

                                      There is lot of problem, in VIRGIN like signal problem, sound problem,(Wherever you take)

                                      We m/s. Shree Kirpa Communications, are the retailers of Virgin Mobile in Ludhiana.

                                      Our shop comes under the area serviced by your distributor m/s Jindal Traders, Kucha No. 5, Field Gunj, Ludhiana, Punjab.

                                      In September, 2009, the said distributor offered us the MBO Scheme. The duration of the scheme was 5 September 2009 to 31 October 2009.
                                      Under the scheme, we had to buy 200 Virgin mobile handsets and to activate 200 Virgin new connections. Also, it was offered that if we did not want to buy 200 Mobile handsets,
                                      then the cost of each SIM Card (under the scheme) will further increase by INR 100. We agreed at the increased cost of the SIM Card. Hence, under the said scheme, our responsibility was
                                      to activate 200 new Virgin connections. We also bought 30 Virgin Handsets to promote the brand.

                                      Under the scheme, it was offered that if we managed to fulfill the said responsibility, we will be benefited by:
                                      1. Two months promoter Salary which is INR 4500 per month
                                      2. One unit of branded 32 inch Plasma TV.
                                      3. One unit of branded Fully Automatic Washing Machine.

                                      At the time of entering into the scheme, your executive Mr. Rajinder assured us that he would manage the remaining activations in case we did not sell them.

                                      Since, the scheme looks wonderful, we entered (or got trapped) in the scheme.

                                      Mr. Rajinder charged us INR 7 (Rupees Seven) per activation for supplying fake ID proofs.

                                      Anyhow, we managed to fulfill the requirement and got 208 new Virgin activations.

                                      Also, all the payments related to the Handsets and SIM Card under the scheme has been made and no dues are left. The payment was made partly by Cash and partly by Cheques.

                                      We have fulfilled the agreement on our part but now the distributor is not ready to fulfill his part. According to Mr. Amit Mehta (Mobile No. [protected]), few (about 8) of our activations have got rejected leading to non fulfillment of agreement on our (m/s Shree Kirpa Communications) part.

                                      When i inquired about the status of the said rejected activations at your customer care center, i came to know that those were valid activations.

                                      This leads to the direct conclusion that your distributor m/s Jindal Traders is trying to cheat us by not paying us our incentives.

                                      I talked to some of your officials also, but everyone is speaking in the same tone favouring the distributor. It appears that its a racket run by the distributor and your company officials to cheat the dealers like us.

                                      This has led to the bad name of the brand "Virgin Mobile" among the retailers and ofcourse the customers.

                                      Under the scheme we had to pay Rs. 20000 (Rupees twenty thousand) extra for SIM Cards (Rs. 100 per SIM Card for 200 SIM Cards).

                                      Request you to please intervene in the matter and help me recover my incentives.

                                        I am based in Bangalore and due to some reason payment of April 2009 could not be paid required dates. I paid my Virgin phone bill of Rs. 328 at June 3, 2009 ( invoice no. 1210, Receipt[protected] at forum mall kiosk of Virgin mobile. They promised to start my outgoing within 24 hrs.but till June 9, 2009 they din't. They are saying that your bill is not paid yet.
