I am one of those many unfortunate "Victim of Virgin Mobile Company's " who has been robbed by the company by giving "DELEBRATE FALSE, MISLEADING, INCORRECT, ORAL SCHEMES OFFERED ON PURCHASING A CONNECTION"
My Son wanted to gift the connection to my father as he goes for work and due to his old age, we need to keep in touch with him during his hours of travel.
Cheating Innocent Customers with non existant Free Talk Time Scheme was offered to me on August 16, 2009 by your SIDHANSH ELECTRONICS - VIRGIN MOBILE KIOSK located at orchid mall mumbai central, where the counter staff named "Asim" in order to get some extra commission or incentive promoted the following scheme to me & my family:
THIS IS A LIMITED PERIOD SCHEME AVAILABLE ON 15TH & 16TH AUGUST 2009 ONLY.
BUY A CONNECTION & GET 200 MINUTES FREE PER DAY TO ANY NETWORK - MOBILE OR LANDLINE & 100 SMS PER DAY FOR 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF ACTIVATION.
IF WE PAY RS. 200/- EXTRA, WE WILL GET ADDITIONAL BENEFIT SCHEME 444 VALUEABLE RECHARGE WHICH WILL GIVE US 1000 MINUTES OF TALKTIME AFTER THE INITIAL 1 MONTH SCHEME OF 6000 MINUTES FREE TALKTIME & IS OVER.
Innocently, we fell pray to the scheme which never existed at all. We started using the connection from 16th night itself and on 2nd Sept we were unable to make any calls from evening. When my wife approached the counter on 4th Sept, we were in for the rudest shock that we had exhausted 1000 minutes which were supposed to have started after 1 month. However our Instrument show 17 hours + talktime used which includes incoming calls also.

I request you to look into the matter and have the culpits nailed, procecuted, penalised with punishment and warning if such things are repeated, cancellation of licence

Virgin Mobile India — Not sending the Bills
Sir,I have taken virgin mobile connetion from Bangalore on Nov-2008 and This is a post paid connection.Till date i am not received any bills and they are collectiong the monthly charges on 18th every month.On my continous (called the customer care from 16th jan 09 to 27th jan09) request they have send Dec-08 and Jan 09 Bills through emails. after again they are not sending the bills. i cant submit my reimbursement statement to my office becasuse of the non avilability of the Bill. 12th may 09 onwards i am calling every day the Virgin customer care and requested them to send the bills through email.Till this time i am not received the bills.
