    I bought a progressive glasses, while the price was exorbitant, the quality was way below standards; Objects in the near vision looked distorted. I also developed acute pain & burning sensation. When I went to complain to the store, I was curtly turned away saying that Optimetrics is not there and that I have to get used to specs so come later. In the meantime I got a specs made to the same specifications from a local optician at 10% of the cost Vision Express charged me. It is perfectly fine! Please get your quality standards and work ethics right!!

      Over the Christmas PERIOD -DURING LOCK-IN- my wife and I bought are glasses from your branch at Tesco Greenham Park Newbury. The fit and clarity is not as good as our ten year old pairs? I sewnt a message to them last week but have not had a reply?

        Me & My MOM are the Customers of Vision Express Since 2014 and we are Guiding Your Expensive Products of Eye wear to our Collogues & Relatives... But this Time i have Purchased Half Rim Monel Rectangle Grey Large Activ ACDM01 Eyeglasses from your store @Mysore Show Room My Bearing Order Number-[protected].
        1.The Exact Problem is right side Temple(Holder) is getting Corrosion & very irritating to wear due to rashes are forming & it's getting allergic of the spot near right Ear Top.
        2.Both Temple Tips which are in Blue Color are very Unattached Loose Fittings. Every Day i need to Push Manually temple tips towards Hinges.
        3.Nose Pads are very slippery it's difficult to push towards upward/eye Zone. i think reason will Pad arms may be loose or Nose pads are poor quality.

        Not even used the specs more than 10 days ..issue are very worst not able to accept.. then how ill use my specs up to a year or till your warranty period..

          Dear Sir/Ma'am,
          My son Har Ras Singh ([protected]) placed an order for eye glasses and made a payment of Rs. 13844/-. A few days hence placing the order, we were informed that the frames we selected were not available and we should choose some other frame. Even after choosing a different frame, we were again informed that even that was not available.
          We requested for refund of the amount paid.
          It has been over two weeks and I have yet to receive the refund.
          Kindly look into the matter and respond.
          The concerned persons in the vision express Janakpuri are stating that approval for refund is awaited.

              I have purchased spectacles on 14/07/2019 n received on 20/08/2019.
              In feb 2020, frame was broken, but was unable to go to store for complaint due to my father death. After that in March lockdown started. I complained about the same on 26/04/2020 to [protected]@visionexpress.in
              as I got sms from vision express but not received any reply till now.
              Yesterday I visited vision express store but they refuse to replace.
              I am expecting that here matter will be resolved.

                I ordred prenumbered reading glasses. on receipt i discovered that dispite the label saying +2.75 the power was not correct.
                i complained and after some days they responded that they checked with their lab who said it was correct.
                not anting to argue i told them that i wanted to return it
                they have not responded.
                TERRIBLE QUALITY AND WHAT IS WORSE HOORIBLE CUTOMER ORIENTATION.
                PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THEM

                  Most disappointing and horrific experience at Vision Express Vidyanagar. We went to purchase spectacles for my mother, the salesman has deceived us by suggesting glasses of really high price. When she wore the glasses, there was blurring. When we went back the specs were sent to some place (which he calls a lab). Afterwards when we complained about continuation of blurring, he gives a deceiving version that there might be a problem in retina. The problem is still existing. Please do not venture into this shop anytime.Blatant cheating.

                    I bought spects from vision express, madhapur store 1month before. Spects cost 5000 and it was told that material is unbreakable. Today when we are just cleaning it with a cloth, it torn inyo 2 pcs. I have called to the store and person clearly refuse to listen anything and simply state it is not covered. It is clear case of cheating. Need any action..and also employees behaviour is very rood.

                        I have ordered extremely costly pairs of spectacles (2) and they took the order from home. They kept calling me to the showroom during these unsafe times saying that the order was ready and everytime I visited the store, taking the risk of stepping out, they said that the frame has not reached them from the laboratory. This happened twice and finally after raising a complaint they delivered the pieces home. The quality of the frames and the make was horrible and just not according to the price or according to the make that I had specifically requested. When I told them that this is not up-to the mark they had the audacity to counter me and say that the mistake is on my part. I told them that I have been using spectacles since 12 years and understood what goes into the making of the frames. They still remained adamant. I asked them to replace the glasses which is when they stopped responding to calls. They started recognizing my phone numbers and refused to pick calls. I have had to make calls to their manager from a different phone number each time, which is a pathetic experience. They take more than the designated time to finish their so called regulations which doesn't even end up with the production of a polished product. They have no value for time or money. No consideration for customers regard to safety issues, pathetic service, pathetic customer service, horrible lab teams who seem to have no first hand experience with crafting good spectacles. Will not recommend this store to anybody. Really disappointed with their extremely pathetic services

                          I had selected the pair of spectacles in late October 2020.. and I received them after 5 days.
                          Since my contact lenses were bound to expiry, I wasn't using my new spectacles till 15th November or so.
                          When I started using my spectacles I noticed some opacity in front of my right lens. First I thought it is because of multiple prints. With the fear of Corona, and me being a medical student I didn't bother cleaning with my bare hands.
                          I bought a lens cleaner a few days later and tried cleaning it.

                          To my surprise, the right lens had multiple scratches and a bubble like opacity. I checked for the same on the opposite side and if wasn't there.
                          2 days back, I went to vision express store with my complaint and they refused to do anything about it, saying it is my fault for the scratch.. that I may have dropped it or scratched it.
                          I would have believed it if it was in both the lenses.
                          BUT HOW IS IT PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO SCRATCH ONLY ONE LENS OF A SPECTACLE?

                              Hello,

                              I have an unfair experience today evening (November 2, 2020) at the Vision Express showroom @ Chanda Nagar Hyderabad Manager Name: Chandrashekhar.

                              The spectacle frame has been deformed and visited this showroom(Purchased from here) for getting it fixed but the manager has mishandled the frame in the process of fixing it and when I questioned him, his response is there is a risk that the frame might break in this process and we are not responsible if this breaks or damaged and gave me the damaged frame stating rudely this cannot be fixed and Vision express is not responsible for this.

                              When I purchased this frame from this branch, they explained 2 years warranty for this frame and explained these can be very flexible and reliable but which is not meeting expectations and with simple use this frame is always becoming deformed (Loose).

                              Kindly let me know where I should be contacted to get my frame fixed i.e. any responsible Vision Express Showroom near Miyapur Hyderabad area.

                              Want to complain about the rude behavior of the Manager and foul words using by him while speaking to me. Is this the way Managers are trained and allowed to respond to the customers visiting Vision Express Showrooms? Hope you will address this issue for your Brands reputation because I have been a customer for 5 years and this created a negative impression for future purchases from Vision Express.

                                I bought frame with glasses from R Mall thane & after using a month glasses came out from frame, when I visited for replacment they said replacment not possible & they will send the same to workshop.
                                After some days received product where they fixed glasses with fevi kwik.
                                Again after some days glasses came out & again sent to workshop...again came with same issue ...now it is almost a year & struggling for replacment

                                    My frame which costed me rs.3500 was man handled and broken in the work shop. I gave my spectacle on 21 june 2020 for repair. But they broke my frame which was in good condition, and now they refuse to replace it. Further they are falsely accusing me by saying that i gave them a broken frame.

                                      I had gone to purchase a pair of spectacles for myself at vision expression, banashankari, bangalore.

                                      After doing an eye test, the suggested me glasses which i readily bought and paid rs 4188 for the same. They asked me to collect the spectacles in two days which i did. When i wore it, the power was not correct and i complained about the same. They tested the eyes again and asked me to come the next day.

                                      Again the same thing happened and the spectacles were not good and i had difficulty in vision. I told them about the same but they said your vision will be adjusted in few months and you will be able to see properly.

                                      Even after 6 months, i am not comfortable using the glasses and not able to use it.

                                      I would like to have it replaced and test done by a professional who can take the correct reading.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have taken eye glass from vision express with one year warranty on 12 of jan. But that frame was not fit to me. I submitted frame to kalyani nagar pune store for enlightenment when they delivered to me because i found that frame was loose and little bend. Executive told me that i will received my eye glass on same day or next day. But it wasn`t happen. After taking follow up finally today i got my eye glass. As per executive my frame was replaced with new one. But when i checked they stick plastic with feviquick and adjusted holder of my frame.

                                        I just want to know i paid full amount of on 12 0f jan for new frame and new power lenses with one year warranty. It should be deliver on 16 of jan. But it was received on 17 with fault. From that day i am suffering to fix it. Do existing customer deserve this kind of pathetic service and fake promises for such a big brand? Are you think your customers are fool?

                                        And one more thing i want know what will happen in my case from your end or do i have to involve gupreet singh bhatia or should i have to raise consumer complaint?

                                        From today onwards i am not going to visit to your store to fix my issue. I already visited 5 time for same concern.

                                        I spend 23 thousand on my glasses but they are useless as reading number is incorrect. Number was taken by shop dr, now they are refusing to correct them, from last three months I am asking but nobody giving any response,
                                        They are having staff in workshop who dont know anything ...I received delivery of my new frame where glasses are coming out from the frame & still struggling to get replacment after an year
