This is really pathetic that a big brand like vision express is using unlawful and criminal tactics to earn money. The patient who doesn't have any issues in eyes was prescribed spectacles just to make money.

Due to which a wrong lenses was prescribed and was prescribed to wear it every time this is sheer medical negligence and legal offence. Now because o[censored]sing these spectacles the patient condition has worsened and now she is facing medical issues and separate medical treatment has been started causing a physical and mental trauma for everyone and spend huge chunk of money just because vision express greediness.

Refer the enclosed attachment for your reference.

Hope to get prompt and positive response else i have to take a legal course against this medical negligence and unlawful and criminal activities.

I purchased a complete pair of spectacle (Progressive lens) worth rs.12000 from reliance vision express (Hyderabad - chandanagar branch) in nov 2019. Within 2 months the right side glass came out and i immediately contacted the outlet and went and handed over the spectacle to them. They assured me that they would fix it immediately and delivered the spec within 2 days. Again within a week"s time the right side glass came out. I once again contacted the store manager and asked for a refund but he denied and assured that he will replace the frame this time. They delivered the frame the next day but this time in the new frame the nostril had a sharp plastic bulge which does not allow me to put my spectacle. After spending rs 12000 for a pair of spectacle and receiving this quality from vision express is completely unacceptable.

Worst quality of sunglasses. I have purchased power sunglasses from vision express hyderabad forum mall. Have not used the sunglasses and one day when i opened the box the sunglass frame seems broken at one edge which cannot be used. Couldn't get the replacement from nizampet branch as they have asked me to visit the forum branch. Reached out to them and they have replaced the frame with a new one. When i have asked them the reason for such damage they said its because of melting the glass to fit in the frame and have assured me this incident would not repeat. To my shock here comes the same problem again when i wanted to use these glasses while travelling to a tour as i do not use them regularly.
It's just waste of money.

I have purchased spectacles on 27 th november from vision express, kothrud road pune. Amount 3549 already paid in advance and it was promised to deliver by 6 th december in bihar but till now we didnt get it. Inspite of contacting vision express so many times i didnt get my spectacular yet.

I am very much dissatisfied with vision express commitment and now i want refund.

As i brought an spectacle as they told about so many features and they told about scratch resistant such a quality product and after 2 weeks the scratches as been came on centre of the glass this is the quality as been maintained by vision express. They really cheating people i feel as foolish to buy in the vision express such a bad experience. Such a bad quality

Two frames lying in rajender nagar delhi, since feb.2018 and nothing being done about it, more than 60 emails sent, one damaged by their technician and one frame sold without rubber lining on one side.
Third also shown, side vx falling of, agree and verified by the staff and stated shall come back when they receive the part but till date no revert.

I have ordered two spectacles on last week of october, i got one in the middle of november but with bad quality so i didn't accept the product. They have returned the product with 2 issues, after few days they have given me the spectacle with one issue resolved. So again i sent it back but even though today i did not get them back after 10 days. I have taken this spects at kharadi reliance mall, pune. Persons included in this are jayeesh, vikas, amar. Very poor quality and slow service. Kindly consider this request as urgent and resolve it as soon as possible. They are cheating the customers and making them fools.

I had purchased specs from vision express, vapi. After regular complaints and giving my specs for repair for a month, it's still not good. Its coating is peeling off, glasses are uneven and are now chipping. It's still in the guarantee period of 1 year. Service is hopeless. I had submitted it to the shop for repair and the sales person was too careless to send it to repair for 10 days, still problem not resolved

I have been using spects since last 13 years. Previous i have used spects of titan eyeplus and lenses of crizal. Have bought spects worth 16 thousand rupees from vision express. But the quality of vision express is low. As per description lenses should be dust resistant but attracts dust easily and scratched easily. Lenses are local quality. Not as expected. I suggest everyone please dont buy from vision express.

I have brought a pair of spectacles from reliance vision express kharadi pune outlet in the month of june 2019, after long efforts could able to finalise the frame which suits my face and personality,

Checked with sales if i can get color choice, where he could able find one similar frame with different color, which was was available in chennai location. I ask that can you order that frame for me, surprisingly got to know that vision express manufacture only one frame and they dont keep multiple copies of it. (As explained by sales guy).

After manager intervention, finally decided to bring chennai location frame to pune for me. (This is usual practice reliance vision express follows). Which got deliver to me 1 week later after committed date for which i have no issues as i got the frame which i liked a lot.

After 3 month in aug 2019 o[censored]ses found that color of frame got peeled off
(I had two frame so i use to use this frame alternatively) and as it was in warranty i asked for exchange for which person available in shop told me that i need to keep my original bill with them, i filled unsecured cause i had only one proof of that i have purchase this spectacles from them.

As helpless customer i had to keep that copy with them, they gave me letter which was mentioning that specs are collected by them but reliance vision express, outlet will ownership of item kept with them.

After two weeks got call from sales guy that frame is not available for exchange (Much expected answer from poor sales guy with no energy like he showed at the time of sales).
I have given him option to sent it back to manufacturing plant and get it recolor as i really like that frame and i am ok if they can repair the frame as there was only issue in color peeled off and entire frame is good. But according to sale guy, reliance vision express doesn't have this facility available, i have to select different frame from available option which i am scared of doing as i not sure if any other frame will suit to me.

This complaint is about vision express outlet at ambedkar road ghaziabad. I had a vision check up and they prescribed a report i showed them the doctors report, they said their one is fine i placed an order and after using that i had some disturbances in my vision i called and went to their store they checked and said it will take some time for eye to adjust but even after one month i'm not able to see properly i have squint while seeing. Similarly 7 months ago i ordered 2 spectacles they had some prescription but one of them differed. One of them broke and they just applied glue and took one day and asked me to sign on a paper for just gluing the frame. Now i have order their 3 spectacles in 9 months of time span but none of them is suitable. Also they didn't tell me about the warranty. I will keep the frames but i want lenses mone to be refunded. Please see into the matter.

I wanted to buy a new specs for myself and so i went to their branch at phoenix mall kurla and he forced to buy 2 pairs and said ek pe ek free hai there i saw a board saying 40%off but then too when i asked he said ki sir buy 1 get 1 hai aur 3rd pair pe 40% and kind of fooled me i bcoz its official webste says it has an offer of 40% off and even an offer saying first frame free but i wasnt told any of it and also when i felt that my glasses are bit thicker than what i expected i told them to place a exchange i am not satisfied with the product and it doesn't match up with the frame then didnt even tell me about high index glasses i still remember ki he told his colleague 1.5 kardo and never asked me but i was ok bcoz i felt itna thick nhi hoga website says goods can be exchanged but vo ready hi nahi i don't know about other companies that do they provide refund or not but even if i could get 40% off then too it was ok for me to buy 6000 rs glasses for 3500 or around it then to spend 2 glasses of so much thickness costing 5k

This is my 4th reminder. As of now assistance. This is actually a complaint. I am staying in lodha casa paradiso apartment, sanath nagar, hyderabad-18. Your ameerpet branch had an campus check up at our apartment. I had an vision check up and they prescribed a report. Later on i went to your branch, and had another vision test. Then on the basis of the report i placed an order for vx vp mr16 cln, vx 29376 pplst f dm150 vide memo no. C4829 #0003 dated 18.06.2017. At the time of delivery of the spectackle itself i found some disturbance in it. Later on they checked up two three occasions and they said it was set right. But i continued to have the problem while reading. Frequently i had to adjust the spectacle up and down toget the best vision or i was adjusting the computer raised or lowered often. Then i found that it was difficult to continue like that and avoided using the spectacle once for all andstarted using my previous glass. When i visited recently to salem and coimbatore recently, i took the spectacle and showed it to them.in both the places, i was told that there was some glace fixing mistake and it cannot be rectified. If i use it, i might get vision problem later. Therefore it is my genuine request to your goodselves to return the glass money. You may retain the frame amount. Though the complain is a delayed one, you must take it genuine one.

Ithis complaint is about vision express outlet at ameerpet, hyderabad. I am extremely unhappy with this outlet. I approached them on 2.5.19 and asked them if they can provide me by 4.5.19 as i lost my spectacles and it is very difficult for me without spectacles. They promised they will provide. But when i turned up now i. E., on 4.5.19 at 7.30 pm they told me they have not received the spectacles and are expected by monday and asking me to come on monday. Very very bad experience. I am extremely unhappy. I am sorry reliance and vision express, you lost a loyal customer. Very very unhappy. Bye bye. Extremely unhappy.

I am a kenyan of indian origin. I placed an order for 2 spectacles and paid inr 28, 796.99 on tuesday 16th february, 2019 at your phoenix city mall outlet - shop no 19 6 a lower ground floor, bangalore. Your sales person vishnu served me.

I had only one request prior to placing the order-that i was due to fly back on saturday 20th february and he was to take the order only if delivery was assured prior to that. Vishnu called someone and confirmed that the spectacles will be ready on friday 19th february.

Now on february 19th, he calls to say that one of the spectacles is broken and he can send it to kenya at your cost. That will not work. Even if you send by dhl, it will attract duties and vat taxes when it arrives there. I am completely frustrated with your service and will never buy spectacles from you every again and will pass on this message to all my friends on my facebook page not to ever buy from your stores countrywide. If there was even a shred of doubt that a foreign customers order could delay by such situations, you should not have taken my order

Please deliver one spectacle and make a refund for the second pair. I do not want you to send me anything by dhl whatever. The indian telephone number used on the bill is of my host in banglaore-sandip bhaduri-[protected]

I visited the vision express for free eye test after booking an appointment. I have spent 1 hour for test and when i ask for the report the visio express representative said unless i buy their product i. E. Lenses and spectacles he cant give eye test report. Vision express has not mentioned about this condition. This free test is misleading people and wasting valuable time.
If they are not providing the eye test for free why to mislead people.

I had purchased one spectacle on 2 1 2018. I went to the reliance iscon mall shop about it. As it has developed opacity due to the inferior coating on it. While purchasing it there were lot of promise for warranty and praises. Today they have said we can not do anything... Kindly help me as my 5000 rupees seem to 6in soup.
I had contacted the shop personal in july and they didn't accede to my complaint at that time as well.

That he as optic man can't understand means pathetic...17 th evening said but up to now not done stalf found lethargic and attitude towards the consumers no good... Need to be fired or polished...

Iam revanth kumar goud bolagani, i was 16 years old at that time, i purchased my spectacles [vx29280af] mdnvy. Tur blu in ameerpet vision express center with is located near to sheshmahal theatre last year, the staff neither returned my vasan eye care prescription, nor gave me a new customised vision express prescription, i use it as a proof of my eye sight. I need either of the above as sooin as possible, direct me accordingly as soon as possible ………!!!
