I, Abhishek Biradar, with USN 3PD08CV001, visited VTU campus in Belgaum, for my Degree Certificate Authentication. The examination section took more than 15-20 days to get the authentication. VTU signed & sealed on the back side of the Degree Certificate.

I made an online payment of Rs 400 via UPI transaction on[protected] to get my provisional degree certificate from vtu.
The transaction was successful and my money got deducted from my account but I did not receive the payment receipt from vtu and when I checked the status of the payment in the vtu website It was FAILED but the amount got deducted from my account (400 rupees).
Kindly resolve my issue and get my money refunded....

I have been calling several times to the vtu office with regards to the degree certificate that i did not receive but no one seems to pick up the call. I stay in gurgaon now and it is difficult to come down there to collect it. The person once picked up was very unprofessional and rude and did not clearly helped me with the queries, instead directed me to some other things.
Could some one help me out with the procedure to re apply...

I have already applied for the MIGRATION certificate, but still now I have not recieved the college copy. I have been asking my college they are only replying VTU will directly send to the University where I took admission. VTU eDDTS portal (https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/) that
is preventing me from registering and accessing essential services. My name is Zulfiya Begum Hallur, and my University Seat Number (USN) is 1VE21CS191. I have never registered on the eDDTS portal, yet when I attempt to register using my USN, the system displays an "already registered" error. I have not received any OTP or password, indicating that either someone else has mistakenly used my USN or there is a system error in the portal.
This issue is causing significant delays in accessing my academic documents, which are urgently needed for my job onboarding process. I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue without success:
1. Attempted registration multiple times with my correct USN and verified mobile number/ email.
2. Used the "Forgot Password" option, but no OTP or password was received on my registered mobile number or email.
3. Checked my spam/junk folders and ensured my mobile network is active for OTP delivery.
4. Waited for 24-48 hours, as suggested, but the issue persists.
I suspect this could be due to a system glitch or an unauthorized registration of my USN. I request immediate assistance to:
• Verify if my USN (1VE21CS191) is linked to an existing account.
• Reset or delete any unauthorized registration.
• Provide me with a valid OTP and password to complete my registration.
This issue is urgent, as it is impacting my professional commitments. I have attempted to contact VTU support via phone
[protected],[protected] and email ([protected]@vtu.ac.in), but I have not received a response. I kindly urge the VTU eDDTS team to prioritize and resolve this matter at the earliest.

In order to apply for the transcripter in Eddts portal.i am not receiving OTP to login..
I have to apply for one exam so they are asking transcripter certificate and the exam last day is 20 February..but eddts vtu portal not sending OTP to login.

I have graduated from VTU university in 2022 and did my Bachelor of Architecture. I have applied for my master's degree in Uk, and to verify my degree certificate the Uk visa office has sent a mail to VTU to verify my degree. I have made the necessary payment to the VTU. But there has been no response from the VTU if the verification mail has been done to the UK visa office. I have tried to reach to the VTU by mail and phone, but they are not responding.
