I have not received the OTP while registering on eDDTS to apply for my transcripts. Thereafter, I am not able to request OTP again or try 'forgot password' or anything.

    I had entered my Nepal's number inorder to signup the eddts.I wanted to apply for online migration certificate.However I didn't received the otp yet.country code of Nepal is +977.however in eddts signup portal only 10 digit is allowed.So I had entered my Nepal's number without any country code.Now when I tried to resignup it say as this usn is already registered.Please suggest how can I get otp pin in my Nepal's number and proceed further.

      I signed up for the eDDTS VTU total on Friday (19/01/2024) for the WES Canada transcripts, I have received the OTP and my MObile number has been verified but later I didn't get any message from eDDTS regarding the password. It is kind o[censored]rgent, kindly provide immediate support and looking forward to hearing from you.

        No eDDts portal Password received

        Hi,
        I am Keerthana Bathiri. I had already signed up for the eDDts portal, trying to sign in after a few days. Since I forgot the password, I gave the forgot password to the registered mobile number, but still haven't received the password to the registered mobile number.

        It would be great if you could help me with this issue. I have send my transcripts to the WES evaluation.

        Not receiving OTP to mobile number in eDDTS portal

        I want to issue official transcripts asap but after signing up in the EDDTS Portal, I am unable to receive the OTP. There is no resend option and I am unable to proceed further

        I am preparing for my higher education and application of some colleges are closed. They require official transcripts.

          I have tried to register in the EDTS portal of vtu website. I have entered all the details requested, After that I haven't received any OTP or password. Now I am unable apply or login to my account kindly check and do the needful ASAP.

                Eddts registration- otp not received

                Hi Team,

                My name is Mythri. I tried signing up at eddts.vtu.ac.in with my USN: 4JN14CS059 but as I entered the canada contact number instead of India number, I didn’t receive any OTP
                Its showing account already registered if try to sign up again
                Please help me to get this issue fixed by deleting the account or changing the phone number

                        I am trying to sign up for eddts portal, but says my USN already registered. Then I tried to log in and click forgot password. Its been more than 24 hours and several attempts but did not receive any OTP or password message.

                          Dear all,

                          I am trying to apply for my transcripts, but after writing my mobile number, iam unable to receive my OTP to my registered number. I tried so many times to VTU, but no body receives the telephone call. If they do not even helpline, then better to shut down VTU.
