After submitting PDC application showing Something went wrong

I am Vishwanth VTU graduate. I was applying for transcript and Provisional degree certificate. After filling application and submitting, it showed Something went Wrong...! Please try Again by ReLogin. If its repeating same contact VTU Helpline [protected].
From more then a week i am contacting all the vtu helpline number they are not receiving the call....

Unable to receive OTP for VTU Eddts signup for PDC

I recently registered on eddts.vtu.ac.in to get my provisional degree certificate but i didn't receive any OTP on my mobile number to verify my sign up. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed with my job application.

I did not received password for PDC(Provisional Degree Certificate)

All the final year students need to register for the PDC and I did the same as others did. Registration is done successfully and also the mobile verification was done and after this I need to received the PDC password within 12hrs but it's been 2months now and I haven't received.
My University number is 1SG18CS040, and I have to produce my PDC in the organization where I am placed.
Please do the needful at earliest.

About Transaction Failed after paid amount

Electronic Document Delivery and Tracking System

I have registered on EDDTS portal using my USN in order to receive my transcript. However, I have lost the password shared and am not able to log in now. This is the first time I am using VTU website and do not have any other log in details.

EDDTS registered with invalid mobile number, not able to get otp

I registered https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ with invalid mobile number so i didnot get the otp, now when i am trying to register again it says user already registered and i am not able to login also.
I am stuck here.
I need to get some documents URGENTLY.

Duplicate marks card

I AZERI KENYE(1TJ13CV008) have applied for my DMC through the online process and have sent the application form to VTU Belagavi through post. The post was received on 13 June . It has been more than 1 month and I haven't received my marks card. I urgently required the aforementioned document for my further studies .I will be very grateful if you look into this matter and reply at the earliest.

EDDTS Profile Rectification-2JI15CV419

I made up account on EDDTS portal, got OTP quickly, within 24 hours I got the password also.

But, I have accidently uploaded my profile picture on my signature tab, and now I cannot change my profile and remove and change the JPG image on my own.

Can you please look into this?...
