    OTP not received and no option of resend otp

    I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
    So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
    I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

    I need Medium of Instruction certificate for my visa procedures, Currently I am staying abroad. I registered in EDDTS portal online, But I have not received any otp till now . Its been two weeks and I am trying to contact through the numbers provided in the website,

    I had a very frustrating experience with the college's service. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, I received no response. Eventually, a friend visited the regional office in Bengaluru on my behalf and was instructed to contact Belagavi VTU. With the help of someone who had previously worked there, we managed to update my phone number, receive an OTP, and set a new password. This process was unnecessarily difficult. Even after logging in and applying for the MOI online, I have yet to receive any response. I am still waiting for the document. I hope sharing this experience helps others facing similar issues.

      To get my transcript i need to apply through portal but while registering i am unable to recieve otp, i have emailed 3 time but no reply, at last i was able to contact through phone they told me to register again but the same problem is faced again and again

        Problem in getting OTP

        Address: QFH7+497 Jnana Sangama, VTU Main Rd, Visvesvaraya Technological University, Machhe, Belagavi, Karnataka 590018, India

        I registered in https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ with invalid mobile number (mobile number from Nepal) so i didn't get the OTP, now when i am trying to register again it says user already registered and i am not able to login neither i got OTP verified. I am stuck here.

        I need to get some documents URGENTLY. Please help....

          I had appled for transcripts and paid the fees for the 5 copies requested to VTU on 04-Jan-24 as per Application ID: VTU2334620. But no transcripts were delivered, it has been 3.5 months now. I have sent numerous emails but there was no response to those nor any acknowledgement was sent from their end, and no one picks the phone calls as well. I request for immediate action in this matter, these are time sensitive requests for any user and VTU as well.

                Hi,

                I tried to register on eDDTs website as I needed transcripts of my Bachelor degree. But while entering the phone number, I typed in wrong and I am not able to receive OTP for the verification now. I tried signing up again and it shows that the USN is already registered.
                Please help me with this issue so that I can register with my correct phone number.

                  For the official transcript of my bachelor’s grom vtu, i have registered with my usn and mobile number but u have entered wrong mobile number hence couldn’t get otp and password respectively. Please help me to enter the correct number and get otp for the same

                        I registered to create an account on EDDTS portal on this link - https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ using my USN - 1SP09CS055 but got stuck after entering my US phone number because it did not send the OTP to my US phone number. Now its not able to let me log in to the portal or change the phone number or reset password.

                        Please help fix this. I can be reached at my email - [protected]@gmail.com

                        This is an extremely urgent issue and I need VTU to send documents to WES. The website doesn't have support numbers or chat to help resolve this.

                        Please help fix this problem as soon as possible. I would really appreciate it!!
