Hi,

I applied for VTU official transcript and paid rs 510. RS 510 got deducted but i got payment receipt saying transaction failed .
I need refund.
PFA for details.

I have applied for official transcripts on 30 april, 2021. Today is 24th May, 2021 and I still have not received Transcripts on my address. I have paid full amount for this. There has been no update whatsoever. Nothing at all. None of the phone calls are reachable. I know these are unprecedented times but its been a month now. Some updates will be appreciated.

It's been almost a month, I didn't receive any acknowledgment yet nor my WES status is changed(as its expecting my transcript document). I also tried to contact via the VTU contact number, but calls are not being received. I have applied for PR to Canada and its required withing specific time.

I know during a pandemic it's difficult to Post the transcripts to international address but i dont think any University works are being aborted due to Pandemic. Atleast if i get some acknowledgement from you guys i will be relieved. Now am in a dead end.

This complaint is to notify about my concern regarding medium of instruction & transcript, which I have applied on 22/04/2021 by mail as per VTU NOTIFICATION ON 05.05.2020 successfully.

It's been 23 days, I didn't receive any acknowledgment yet. I also tried to contact via the VTU contact number, but calls are not being received. I have applied for MS from an abroad university and mentioned certificate is required urgently.

I know during a pandemic it's difficult to get the mentioned certificates via Post. It would be great if I can get the scanned soft copy ASAP. My university is ready to accept a soft copy as well. Please help!!

This complaint is to notify about my concern regarding consolidated marks cards & transcript, which I have applied on 12/04/2021 by mail as per VTU NOTIFICATION ON 05.05.2020 successfully with all supporting documents & FEES receipt from SBI payment gateway.

As I applied it by mail to get CMC/Transcript one week ago, but still I didn't get acknowledgement response or any reply.

Since this is an emergency to get CMC & transcript, Please do needful & also It would be great If I know when will be I am getting mentioned documents

Im studying mca in vtu affiliated autonomus dayanada sagar college of engineering In our college they are not giving permission to select an elective subjects .they have choosen 3 subjects in 3 electives and we dont have any choice soo please contact our college

NAME: Anjali USN:3GF14EC401, on 4th of April 2021 i have applied for Consolidated marks card. I have received a call from VTU that the 8th semester marks card is not yet generated, as in 2018 i have passed 8th semester and in 2019 i have passed MATDIP301.I am in urgent requirement of the marks card for submission to a Job that i have been selected .I cant go to college as it has been declared as a containment zone in kalaburagi .I have paid full amount for the consolidated marks card and sent the details through the mail .Hence i request you to release my Marks card and solve this problem of mine in an urgent basis as my future is depended on this. Please consider this request and take the necessary action as soon as possible.

India is leading in corona cases throughout the world. India is running in a worst situation. For the past few days karnataka is facing more than[protected] covid cases per day., in which bangalore holds the majority of cases.
Even at this worst situation colleges are planning to reopen offline classes .
Kindly take action against this against our college Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, bangalore.

As the covid19 cases are spreading all over bangalore vigorously, the college named "rajiv gandhi institute of technology" is still announced students to attend the offline classes from April 19.im a student of the above mentioned college and im currently in 8th semester.as im in 8th semester im scared of studies and attendance.also im a hostelite im scared about my health.

So i kindly request you to take proper action about it by keeping the students health and studies in mind.

Please provide us time to study for finals students of 1st semister are suffering from depression anxitey and tensions due to lots of pressure of exams are very near and theres no complition of portions in colleges many students are getting suicidal thoughts who are going to suicide ...im also student who got panic attack due to this theres no gap between exams and they maded 6 months of semister to 3 months half was online and half was offline nothing we could understand please we all students beg you to postpone the vtu 1st semister exams and there is rapid rise in covid-19 thank you

I am the student of MCA at University of BDT college Davangere.I hereby like to inform you that the lab is not good and the leacture of DSA (Chethan Kumar) is not suppose to Give Us for Program Execution and the bad teaching. The lab has become the timepass for them.

Dear Sir, this is to inform u that we, the diploma students who took admission in the Sapthagiri College of Engineering, affiliated under Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) have been betrayed by the college itself. The college admitted us thereby charging the total amount, provided us ID card and promised to provide USN as soon as possible. They conducted all internal exams, made us write all the records for practicals. A week before external exams, they made us sign a form that stated some conditions. I would be attaching the form in the photo section. On the date of our first external exam, ie, on 19th March, they called us ahead of the exam and after quite some time, informed us all of a sudden that our admission is not approved by the University and told us to join again from next year. We are all in a state of havoc and depression, we lost one complete year and the college did not even bother to give any valid reason. We paid the whopping amount of One Lakh and fifty thousand for our admission and they wasted our entire year. On the very same day, they returned us Fifty thousand rupees without printing any receipt of it and said to return the rest amount within a week. We tried to negotiate with the Principal of the college, Dr. H Ramakrishna, but he was not cooperative at all and was also rude to us. We all diploma students are in a deep state of havoc and depression as our complete year is wasted. I would be attaching certain proofs that we were admitted to the college which includes admission card and fee card. Kindly look into the matter, Sir.

I have paid the money for consolidated statement of marks card which is about 1000rs. I have sent a mail to [protected]@vtu.ac.in with the attachment of fees paid(1000rs), application of issue of consolidated statement of marks card and scanned copy of all 8 semesters on[protected]. Still I have not yet received my consolidated statement of marks card. Why? My USN no: 1tj12cs104. Please VTU go through this and resolve the issue ASAP.

They are starting collges so early than vtu notifications
Vtu notified all b arch clg to open on 29 th April but
Our clg is asking us to come on 15 march itself
Nearly one month pirior to vtu dates

I am writing this mail Seeking your Help or Justice.

I am Chethan Gowda G, perceived my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Automobile Stream in Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore, Affiliated to Visveswaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, of Lateral Entry year 2012 batch, bearing USN 1AY12AU408
here the issue is, I am still left with two pending subjects 10AU63 & 10AU65 of 6TH Semester, before completing my degree
As per the Norms of VTU for 2012 Lateral Entry Students, last August/ September 2020 examination was the final attempt with Extension of Duration to complete same Degree, but I personally experienced COVID Crisis during same examinations were conducted, I had a personal loss for which I couldn't take up One Subject's Exam out of two & in other subject I couldn't Secure passing marks,
I was also lacking Tutorials or Study materials related to same subjects at that point of time, & I was not in situation to attend Classes, either they were not available.

On the other side, the Regular Student's of Terminal/Final Semester who belongs to the same University (VTU), who took examination with us in Aug/Sept 2020 are allowed to take / Repeat theirs same Exam's again in November/December 2020, in Order to improve their performance/ Marks, irrespective of Result's (Pass or Fail) by Considering COVID Pandemic of same Terminal Student's, then why don't same Rules are Implemented to 2012 Lateral Entry Student?, that to at such Critical Situations.

Why we are not Concerned, while you could show your Concerns/Justice to Regular Batch Student's?

I do request your kind Intervention & provide Justice for the Issue which I am personally Facing,
I also briefed my situation in my College & in the same University, but I couldn't find any Justice towards their Responses.

I believe in my Countries Education system, to support us at these difficult Situations.

Dear Sir, mail attachment is for your kind reference, the Response which had I received from VTU Registrar back in September 2020 after briefing my difficult Situations during exams were conducted, but now they are not keeping up their words.!, also the Hon'ble/Current Registrar is Changed now.

there is neither Justice or proper response received for the same complaints registered at VTU university through UGC portal.

I expect your kind Intervention on the same Regards

Please provide only One Last attempt to face my two Pending Exams by considering COVID Pandemic at that point.

Without the Degree, I am losing my Current Job which is on Temporary Role/Basis, my entire carrier will be in Vain, I have my own Responsibilities to fulfill by keeping this Job.

Please help in seeking Justice on this Regards.

Sir your help needed. We were cheated by the principal of Ekalavya Institute Of Technology, Ummathur, Chamrajnagar, Karnataka 571316. We took the admission on 27/10/2020 for my daughter after paying the fees Rs 50K. But after few days on 20/01/2/21 they cancelled the admission stating that they don't have full staff, lack of basic facility like hostel, security, water teaching staff, current bathroom etc. Also MR. Subhash principal of the college said that my daughter has to stay in boys hostel at our own risk as they don't have ladies hostel and warden . So because of all this the admission cancelled. And they had given in writing that they will refund the full amount. Now just they are ignoring and daily they are giving new dates. Now Mr. Subhash Chandruk Principal of the college said go and give the complaint or go to DC Mr. Ravi.
So pls do the needful to get our college fees refunded without any further delay. Also I request you to take the serious action against the principal as they are playing with the future of children.

I had applied for VTU transcripts on 14th Jan 2021 and its almost more than a month and I haven't received the transcripts. I had already paid the fees and mailed the required application form along with the fee receipt. Whenever I call the examination section helpline numbers [[protected]/2498136/2498156/2498147] to know the status of my transcripts, nobody receives the call or nobody responds correctly.
So, I am finding it difficult to track the status of my application. Kindly help me get my transcripts quickly as I need them real urgent.

As i have applied for PDC and Transcript in November 2019. The reference number is DUC3652298 . For both the documents i applied together and gave same address for both. But unfortunately till now i received only PDC. Transcript is still pending. When i call VTU they do tell me it got returned because of wrong address. If PDC got dispatched on that addresses what was wrong with transcript. I request you please look into the matter. So that i can get my transcript.
