I have placed the order for Harry potter Box Set at Rs. 1, 270 with Order ID No.: 1651588. It was prepaid order and which was cancelled by me on 8th July 2022 due to failure to give order on time. Till date i have not received any refund.

Every time i am getting the same response that, within 2-3 days you will get your refund. but unfortunetely in havenot received any refund till date.

Looking forward for your support in getting this amount refund on my bank account.

Its been a very harrowing experience with Vlebazaar to get my order dispatched to me although it is a Pre- Paid Order. I have been contacting Vlebazaar customer care ([protected]) since last 3 days with only promises from their executives. Lastly, It was told to me yesterday[protected] that my order will be dispatched in the evening and to my surprise it was published that "Customer has cancelled the pick-up" when i saw the tracking order in the night.

I am calling them since morning 9 AM up to 11:45 AM today with no proper updates.

I purchased brother printer on 12/04/22.they sold used printer to me.that's why i returned that product.till date i didn't get any refund.they try to cheat me.

I had purchased HP Deskjet printer 2 months back, VLE bazaar was not able to deliver the product. I asked for refund, every time I call the call center they it'll happen 4-5 days & it's been a month I have not received my refund. This portal seems to be cheating & harassing thier customers as there is no escalation chain as ones is only speaking to the 1st level who are not helping at all. I feel some government organization should raise a complaint against this portal & take necessary action. Please help in getting back my money.

I ordered gamepad and box was broken and dongle was missing without which gamepad was of no use and they are not responding to my calls now. No return or no refund.

I ordered a printer from VLE bazaar on 2nd May costing 11988.00 and I received it on 10th May, the printer I received is a used one, its ink tanks are clogged and it is really e-waste. I raised a return and refund request on the same day, but they only started the return pickup process after May 19 after contacting customer care. It was picked up by courier people on 31st May. The returned item reached the VLE bazaar on 6th June but when I contacted a customer care executive on 10th June I did not see any update on my refund process. Contacted customer care executive on 10th June and initiated refund process same day. The amount has not been credited to my account yet.

Puchases airdopes model no 641 on 03/07/2022 cancelled order by talking to customer care after 50 times calling i got mail it is cancelled requested to refund still they have not cancelled order they put money in wallet(their site) still order is not cancelled, called to their partne razorpay mailed them they told to report the bank or consumer forum, after doing all this still shipent is carry on with their site i got product on 07/07/2022 at 4 pm mom took the product and the deliver boy gone when i came home before opening product i made a video product is used and airdopes which i ordered cane different and its used product in that 1 ear has not came. Now if i give them product they would not send money according to other reviews this has happened same with others they wont gove you money plz sir look at this fraud site who is fooling peoples like this way hope u can take actions we respect our police and our country that they will look after

I am not receiving my product, what should I do to get it faster?

After 15 days I tried calling them but there was no response.
After 1 month on 3 June 2022, I wrote to the customer care (ticket 61516) and request to process my order. Got respond on 6th June 2022, that they will call me in 24 to 48 hours. but did not received any call.
On 23 June 2022 created another ticket (65537) and requested them this time to cancel my order and refund my money back.
Got response on 25 June 2022, said they will process order in 4 to 6 days. but till now no progress.

I request you to please help me out and do the needful.

I booked one order on 13/06/2022. till the date my product was not revived.i make calls to customer care no several time every time they told to me just two days the shipment delivered. and many time i send mail to the support mail id, but no replay. if i cancel my order the refund will be given after one month..please help me to receive my product or money. other wise please advise to the legal procedure to me.thanking you.

I ordered microtek automatic voltage stablizer model no EM4160 orderno.1641559 on 26/06/22 but product is not delivered yet and customar care is not responding as well and advance payment is done and cash on delivery option is not available as well as no cancellation option is there in app and customer care is also not cancelling the product. Overall according to me this is a Fraud company .
This company is doing fraud and government is not doing anything .I request to take strict action against this company .

Vlebazaar is fraud company. They send me diffective product and didn't return it.

My order id is 1580576, I am looking for my refund from last 2 months. i have not received any product, according to them product is not available now, but it is still showing to the website, and vlebazaar not refunding my money to my bank account. I have submitted my all bank details to them. I called 100 times to them, but they are not listening me.

Dear VLEBAZAAR,
As per my order no. 1571846, I ordered Zebronics MLS750 UPS and you delivered APC600 UPS.
Eventhough escalating the matter on same delivery day through mail and Generating return request no.18779 on 16/06/2022, No pickup/refund done by you. Everytime call at customer care number same answer get that pickup will be done by 48 hours and no actions done by you.
Eventhough you dont have any escalation matrix for raisimg the comcern for customer service support which is rediculous in nature for fair business policies requirement.
Kindly arrange return for the wrong APC Ups Delivered and Fulfill the prepaid order for Zebronics MLS750 at ealiest.

Order was placed on 9th June 2022 and was expected to be delivered latest by 14th June 2022.

I have called them 3 times to check the delivery and they are just saying wait for 2 more days to dispatch.

I tried to cancel the order online, but it is giving error.

There Im deepak gupta from Gurugram, Haryana . i was buy a dizo by realme blutooth Headset rs 854 in may they are send use and old product i already try to and refund but customer support are say your product deliver in 48 hours but almost one not replace my product and refund and and company pick up already pick these product at my home

I didn't receive the ordered product, also received product is defective.
I followed so many calls, messages, and emails, But no response past 18days from VLE Bazar

I purchased processor through Vlebazaar[protected]online on 14 may still my order is not delivered and no response from the customer service I need my money back please refund my hard earned money

I ordered for desktop ram, package label is also same, but inside it is ram for laptop. They sent wrong item (order id-1574629. Even after return request and many calls they are not picking up back the product.
I request the Vlebazaar to either replace the product or refund my money back to my account.
