I have ordered, 5 items under order number (#1548983) on 2nd May 2022. till now not delivered. (paid Rs.13144/- via SBI net banking)

After 15 days I tried calling them but there was no response.
After 1 month on 3 June 2022, I wrote to the customer care (ticket 61516) and request to process my order. Got respond on 6th June 2022, that they will call me in 24 to 48 hours. but did not received any call.
On 23 June 2022 created another ticket (65537) and requested them this time to cancel my order and refund my money back.
Got response on 25 June 2022, said they will process order in 4 to 6 days. but till now no progress.

I request you to please help me out and do the needful.

I booked one order on 13/06/2022. till the date my product was not revived.i make calls to customer care no several time every time they told to me just two days the shipment delivered. and many time i send mail to the support mail id, but no replay. if i cancel my order the refund will be given after one month..please help me to receive my product or money. other wise please advise to the legal procedure to me.thanking you.

I ordered microtek automatic voltage stablizer model no EM4160 orderno.1641559 on 26/06/22 but product is not delivered yet and customar care is not responding as well and advance payment is done and cash on delivery option is not available as well as no cancellation option is there in app and customer care is also not cancelling the product. Overall according to me this is a Fraud company .
This company is doing fraud and government is not doing anything .I request to take strict action against this company .

Vlebazaar is fraud company. They send me diffective product and didn't return it.

My order id is 1580576, I am looking for my refund from last 2 months. i have not received any product, according to them product is not available now, but it is still showing to the website, and vlebazaar not refunding my money to my bank account. I have submitted my all bank details to them. I called 100 times to them, but they are not listening me.

Dear VLEBAZAAR,
As per my order no. 1571846, I ordered Zebronics MLS750 UPS and you delivered APC600 UPS.
Eventhough escalating the matter on same delivery day through mail and Generating return request no.18779 on 16/06/2022, No pickup/refund done by you. Everytime call at customer care number same answer get that pickup will be done by 48 hours and no actions done by you.
Eventhough you dont have any escalation matrix for raisimg the comcern for customer service support which is rediculous in nature for fair business policies requirement.
Kindly arrange return for the wrong APC Ups Delivered and Fulfill the prepaid order for Zebronics MLS750 at ealiest.

Order was placed on 9th June 2022 and was expected to be delivered latest by 14th June 2022.

I have called them 3 times to check the delivery and they are just saying wait for 2 more days to dispatch.

I tried to cancel the order online, but it is giving error.

I followed so many calls, messages, and emails, But no response past 18days from VLE Bazar

I purchased processor through Vlebazaar[protected]online on 14 may still my order is not delivered and no response from the customer service I need my money back please refund my hard earned money

I ordered for desktop ram, package label is also same, but inside it is ram for laptop. They sent wrong item (order id-1574629. Even after return request and many calls they are not picking up back the product.
I request the Vlebazaar to either replace the product or refund my money back to my account.

I order for New Jabra 75t true wireless ear buds. They delivered old and non working product after 10 days of committed delivery date.
When i called and raised complaint for the return they did not respond when i explained the issue. After lot of research i found the return request form online and raised issue in their portal and contacted them and asked for the update. after one week of the return pick done from their side, when i called they say they will return the amount after 15 days once they receive the product to their warehouse and not giving the time line for when they will initiate the the return. Also they are not providing the product received status which i returned.

Worst shopping app ( or website ) that I have ever seen ! Completely disappointed with their services . I have ordered a product on 15/03/2022 ( Order ID # 1473884 ) and had made complete payment . Still it's showing " processing " status, no customer support, not able to cancel the product and demand for refund . I'll strongly recommend all the new buyers not to visit their app or website . It's totally a waste of time and you'll gonna waste your precious time and money .

I ordered a mouse from this website on 02/06/2022 received it on 05/06/2022. The package was open i ordered a red mouse but received a blue one that too a used one with turmeric marks and old batteries inside that.i had placed the replacement that day only but didnt heard back from them. I contacted call center they said it will be done in 4-5 working days still i havent received any update from them till date.

As per your CEO who says "you might be having trust issue as we are a New Indian Company I request you to give us a chance to Serve you and we will never let you down" Trust is earned and definitely not by nationality, I am an exserviceman and also a veteran, so please spare me this callous attitude of yours and complete the return process.
