I had ordered for a 25 Inch LG Ultrawide monitor from Vlebazaar. However, they delivered a beat-up 24 inch LG monitor instead, which is in non-working condition. When I tried to return this, the return order was generated by no action was taken.
I tried writing to them many times, called their support (which never connects - disconnects after waiting for almost 1 hour).
Regret buying from this fraudulent company. I wonder how these scammers are legally allowed to do business in India and no regulators control these fraudsters.

    I ordered a pair of earbuds from Vlebazaar on 23.03.22 . And right after making the payment of Rs.2000 through UPI, I cancelled my order immediately. And according to the Guidelines of Vlebazaar my money should get refunded within 1 day if it is made through UPI. But yet i have not received my payment. If I would have got to know that this a totally fraud website I would have never ordered from Vlebazaar. My order ID- #1488424 and I am requesting you personally to give my payment back.

        But Abhi tak Mere Amount Refund Nhi hua. Jb Call krta hua to sirf Schedule Time Diya Jata hai, abhi tk (6 times) Schedule Time Diya ja chuka hai. jiska Cal recording hai mere pas.. lekin Amount Refund nhi kr rhe hai is bajah se mere credit card ka Fine Bhi lag rha hai..

              I am Debasish Ojha. I have placed order vide order no 1457728 on 07/03/22 for new hp 3636 printer on vlebazaar.in. Today they delivered an old and used hp deskjet printer in damaged condition. Parts were scattered in the packing. I was shocked to find a purchase invoice from Amazon India for the same printer dated 20/9/20. It means the printer was purchased from Amazon India by another Customer and that used printer was delivered today by vlebazaar.in to me. How pathetic it can be? Vlebazaar.in is deceiving innocent Customers like me. That printer is full of dust and scratch. I have paid my hard earned money for my son's educational activities. Kindly help me to get replacement or refund as early as possible.

                I ordered a 'Zebronics ZEB-NC3300 USB Powered Laptop Cooling Pad with Dual Fan Dual USB Port and Blue LED Lights (ZEB - NC3300) on 30th March, 2022 (Order ID: 1499696). I canceled the order on the same day. They refunded Rs. 399 and it is still in my Store Credit. After 2 days they have notified that they shipped the order. It is a complete mess created by vlebazaar. They should refund the amount immediately.

                  I have placed an order for Black+Decker BD BXIR2202IN 2200-Watt Steam Iron (Grey) online and paid money of ₹1, 950.30 on 09/03/2022 and received a wrong product /Defected product of Orienta Iron that does not work and is of inferior quality .. I have placed a return request stating that I don't want a replacement but return and refund my money.. the same has been pending for 20 days. looks like a fraud company and needs necessary action

                        Hi,

                        I had ordered an APC Power Back-UPS on 6th March 2022 from Vlebazar. However, due to excessive delay in dispatch, I had cancelled this order on 15th March 2022, while it was still not dispatched.

                        However, even after 2 weeks since that day, I still have not received the refund. When I tried repeatedly to ask about it, there is no response. Could you please help me getting the refund.

                        Updated by prady79                         Looks like there is no limit to deceit with VLEBazar. After 2 months of promise to refund, they again started to ship on their own, without asking. Total disregard of consumer. I wish they used their creativity in a positive manner rather than how to screw the consumer. I am sorry to say, I am losing any hope of refund. Most likely they will come up with some new trick. Anyway, if you value your money, just stay away from VLEBazar. And also forget about this forum, as it is now clear that it is totally useless.

                            Ordered a laptop cooler from vlebazaar 1 month back on 27th feb, 2022. They sent me a wrong product which is way cheaper than the product I ordered so sent it back for the right one. They send me updates only after i call them, after 10 days of them receiving the product and me calling every 3 days for updates still no product received and they wont refund either. I ask them to refund they say give us 24 hours which happened twice now. Oh and to talk to someone you have to wait atleast 30 minutes. And since the product was received to them they wont pickup half the time. I have wasted atleast a day worth of time and waited 1 month just because of a stupid laptop cooler which i could have gone to a store and bought in 5 minutes. I want a refund.

                              Vlebazaar is a fake ecommerce company. They do not have a warehouse with goods.

                              The website lists fake products and when customer orders them they just steal the money,

                              I placed an order for Jabra Talk 45 on 12/03/2022 for a price of 3199 INR (paid with UPI through pay u).

                              My order id is 1467166. The seller cancelled the order after a few days and refused to refund my money.

                              Any calls to the customer care were met with hanging up after a few minutes.

                                  My daughter S.Aishwarya has order one bajaj iron box dx2600 and pay the Rs 378 order no 1470056 dt 13.03.22. After lapse of 12 days you are not shipping the order, why are you late 12 days.hence i request please cancel the order and return back my daughter money, other wise i will take serious action against you
