I have ordered two below products for which full advance payment also done,
1) Boat Stone 620 portable wireless Speaker
2) eScan Anti-Virus with Total Protection.

But to my surprise, Vlebazaar has delivered wrong product - Boat Stone 650 speaker & second ordered product not yet delivered.

Now when I calling customer care support, wait for some time. Your order is in dispatch status.

Even complaint request ID # 80587 Dt. 14/09/22 is closed without correct delivery of both two products.

Grabbed the money of 2399 by showing product is available on 29/7/22, later cancelled on their own stating no product. Refunded the amount and kept in wallet of vle bazar, not refunding to my source account since 2 months even after 17 reminders over call. Please arrange to cancel the registration of this firm. Cheating the people to the peaks

This company clearly doesn't understand how to refund money when I clearly mentioned them to refund amount in original mode of payment which I made through UPI. I want money in my account and not in some stupid wallet. And now I'm getting emails of my order being shipped. They credited amount in the wallet and debited it. And now they are not responding to any of my tickets that I raised.

I need to get refund for my first Order, and get my 2nd order delivered. Or if not then give me refund for both the orders.

I had ordered online for a hp printer and paid 1700 rupees for it. Order No - 1560302. They did not give me but after two months they canceled it without my permission. Even after requesting many times to refund my money to my account, they are not refunding it. when I contact customer care every time they reply that today it will go to your account. Till today they have not refunded the amount to my account. I did not ask them to refund in the wallet.

I ordered router and tried cancelling it within 3 hours of purchase but I faced an error and it was not getting cancelled. Next day I called and told the issue, one of the staff member said it will get cancelled within 3 hours and I didn't receive any cancellation mail. Now I'm still receiving msgs amd emails of my order and they are not picking up the call or either diconnecting it. I have added screenshots of raised tickets as well.

I have placed an order for samsung evo plus 256gb but I received 256gb sanddisk which is defec and corrupt .please help m÷ e to return and refund amount

1 Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 gb ordered from vlebazar vide order No 1713403 on 13 Aug 2022. But the item received was Samsung 960 Evo 250 gb. Accordingly take-up case with their web site for replacement or cancel order. But inspite of repeated requests the issue not yet resolved and calls are not being attended. Also complaints forward to their directors yet to be remain unattended.

I have received wrong product .
I got Cosmic byte Oberon product but I have ordered Cosmic byte Europa .
Also in this product there is no mic available. Only I got headset that is also old. They have cheated with me.
I want to return this order and want my money back. But they are not doing anything.
Their service is worst.
It seems that they are fake, totally fake.
When I call them, they first do not pick first. After 2-3 hour if by any chance they pick it up they will say return will be done in one day but nothing happen. I everyday call them but in vain

According to their policy, I should have received the refund amounting to Rs. 19799 to my card (original payment mode) on cancellation of order but it's being added as wallet balance on their dumb website without my consent. And on contacting their support, I'm being asked to wait. While it's been more than 2 month now, they are giving me a false reason that payment gateway is not working.

I placed ordered on 30th July 22 through vlebazaar and received damaged and used product on 10th Aug 22.
I spoke to Mr. Abisekh and Ms. Shivani and sent email with all photo evidence. Then i am not able to connect through customer call and they are not ready to respond the mail which sent by customers.
With all effects, based on the direction by vlebazaar, i returned the same product by Delhivery courier. But still i have not received return money.

NEITHER NOT RETURNING MONEY NOR REPLACING.

I have ordered honor 8c mobile phone 2nd july 20222 for vlebazaar applications, but so many delay to long time that resone I will cancel that order, but still I am not receiving the money, I will call more the 100 times customers care but he told fake commitment every day it's fraud company please take action sir

I ordered a Cuzor Mini Wi-Fi UPS from VLE Bazaar, to my surprise I received a Resonate UPS that too was not in a working condition. I was utterly disappointed because it was not working. I tried calling customer care for assistance but to my surprise no one answered and after multiple trials they received my call to say "Server is Down, call after an hour" and hung up on my face.

I have ordered ordered Logitech K400 Plus Wireless Touch TV Keyboard on 5/5/2022, order number 1555134 and price Rs.2749. They delivered but without USB receiver.
So, I returned that item. I had requested for refund but did not refund and did not answer the email, phone. Kindly help me to refund the amount. their address and contact number is below.

I had placed an order for a Panasonic tab 8 HD tablet on 10.2.2022, which they said would be dispatched in 3-5 business days. As at 15.3.2022, the item was still not dispatched. Continuous followup with CC yielded no results and they kept assuring me that it will be dispatched in 24-48 hrs, which did not happen. They even at one time removed my login ID, either from my email or mobile #. It was then reinstated with a reason that it was a technical error. My phone calls after that to CC was cut off as soon as I gave them my order ID, which compelled me to cancel my order. As the cancel option too was not working, I got my order cancelled through the blog. As per policy, refund will be initiated in 7 business days, but they have given me a date that the amount will be refunded only in 5.6.2022. So much delay.
AFTER 2 COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE NOW REFUNDED THE AMOUNT BUT INTO THE VLEBAZAAR WALLET???AND NOT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WANTED A TOTAL REFUND INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
