My order id is 1000976. I ordered jiofi from vlebazaar website. They sent me a product which doesnt work. I returned the product on 18th sept. But till now they haven't refund my money. What should I do now.

I ordered a jiofi from vlebazaar. The product is completely fake and doesnt work.So I initiate the return process. But I haven't got the refund till now. On 18th sept courier service shadow fax or something like that picked up my order. I am still waiting for my refund.

I have ordered PTRON BULLET PRO CAR CHARGER WITH order number 10010060 on 15 Sep 2021. I have made at least 5 calls to customer care number and the answer was we are sending it in 24 hours. It has been 9 days since and there is no option to CANCEL THE ORDER in their e-commerce website. This is against e-commerce rules.

My order number is 989034. TP Link wireless router was ordered on September 05, neither they delivered the product nor refunding for last more than 15 days. Call center people are disconnecting the call

I ordered a laptop on 24th Dec 2020 and they itself cancelled the product and didn't even return the money back it's been so long I have been waiting till now I haven't received my refund and now the September month is about to end. And whenever I call them the only thing they will tell is that the refund will be done within 24 to 72 hours or within 7 days. Something they don't even receive the call, even I emailed them many times but no response.

I had ordered a pack of 50 frontech blank dvds on vlebazaar.com website. Till date they did not deliver me the product. I also tried to cancel my order, but there is no cancellation option on he website. I also tried o call them on their customer support helpline number but no one received he calls. I sent them complaint tickets and email on their customer support email address but every time an automatic computer generated email is sent back to me, which is not helpful at all. I want my money refunded.

I hav order watch which is defective not working I hav return back but I don’t get my refund since it’s 1month please take some action my order idis951712

I order earphone and paid amount online for order no. #972830, dated[protected]. Till date Vlebazaar has no send my order. I contact many times but no any response. So, I say on this basis Vlebazaar is fraud marketing company . I think, if my order no send in two days, I lodge complain on many platform.

I have ordered a iball blue tooth speaker on 3rd Aug, but got the product delivered 8th aug which was defective. the speaker was not working and accessories missing.. Charging cable and manual book missing..
the product was defective and not working.. so i raised replacement or refund request on 9th Aug.. but till date no response from the company . i have called to customer care many times, they promise everytime it will be done in 2 days... its one month now since refund request raised...
i doubt the genuinety of the company.

I had ordered SAMSUNG Level U2 With Type-C Charging Bluetooth Headset (Blue, In the Ear) on 24th July on VLE Bazaar website. Order ID – 889601. I called and cancelled this order on 02nd August, due to lack of communication about my order status. I was assured that order was cancelled, and refund is in process.
Till date, I have not received any refund and on calling them several times, I am just told by different agents that I will receive it in a day, in few days. This same answer is repeated by all the agents and on asking them, to be more specific, the agents very rudely disconnect the call.
Kindly need assistance in filing complaint against fraud company called Vlebazaar and help in getting back my refund.

With Order ID: #956123, i have placed an order on Aug21st. Until today shipment has not started. I called customer care and requested to cancel the order. But they are not doing it. Every day when I request the status of my order, they say "order is not canceled, we will initiate cancellation now, with in 24 hours it will be reflected and with 7 days you will get the refund". Every day same story.

I am surprised to see such shameless fellows. This is my first ever complaint against e-commerce web portal. I never come across this kind of weird experience in my last 10 years of shopping.

Please help me getting my money back.

I purchased a Lenovo charging adaptor online from https://vlebazaar.in on 23 Aug 2021. When the product got delivered on 26 Aug 2021 by Courier Delhivery (AWB [protected]) I found the product was completely different from the picture and details which were shown on their website. It was very disappointing and frustrating for me as my laptop was not working from last one week due to my existing faulty charger and when I bought one, I got duplicate, substandard and not compatible to my laptop. When I tried to make a return request, I could not find my product or any option to get it returned and claim a refund. When I called their call centre ([protected]) they picked my call after 20 minutes of waiting. I told them the issue they asked me to write a mail for a return and refund to ([protected]@vlebazaar.in). The executive also informed me once the mail is received, they will arrange a pickup from my place and refund my money after 8-10 days. I wrote them mail twice but they did not revert my mail. Till date I have not receive any information or resolution from them. I am feeling being cheated and looted in broad day light. Kindly help me get this issue solved and penalise them for cheating people with wrong and duplicate products.

Order placed 30/7/21, but no receive delivery related messages so i call vle bazaar customer care .he told 14/8/21 in my order delivery but no deliver my order so i call back to vlebazaar care .he told upto 24 hours your order deliver. i am wait for 7 days did not deliver so i cancel my order in 21/8/21
i call back my refund in 5 to 7 working days get refund.but did not refund kindly make it fast transcat my refund

Totally wrong product defective product I have received and order I'd is 913631-C and product is Quantum Qhm9600 wireless keyboard and mouse cambo.

I raised this issue with vlebazaar but they couldn't respond upon this issue.

I have received the product totally fraud and damaged product and I loss my amount 799/- please replace my product or refund my amount.

Quantum Qhm9600 wireless keyboard and mouse cambo.

Vlebazaar .Com totally fraud and scam there is no support to customers.
