I ordered a hp printer on 30th September 2021. There was no option for Pay On Delivery. So I had to pay Rs 4239/- via "RazorPay". And even after 4 days, the order is "processing". There is no option to cancel the order even though they say so. There is no invoice provided. There is no dispatch date. There are no customer care services and they blame the Covid-19 pandemic for it. Instead of that, they have provided another way to complain. Via "Tickets". They are nothing but emails, just through their own website. But even that doesn't work. Literally, nothing works here except for Payment. I searched google and found out that the site is actually a fraud. I just want my money back. That's all...
