I have ordered an HP Laserjet Pro M126nw Multi-Function Direct Wireless Network Laser Printer (Print, Copy, Scan, Black) at a price of ₹15, 999/-, on VLE Bazaar on the date of 23/10/2021. It's almost 16 days but still, I haven't received my package still. I am not able to cancel the product. Kindly resolve this issue and take strict action against this company VLE Bazaar, 688, Grace Road. Saraswati Vihar, Sector 28, Gurgaon 122002.

I have ordered a book from this online store on 23 October and paid the amount. They have not yet dispatched the book yet and today is 7 nov. I called them three time and each time the response was that they will send next day which still did not happened. This company is a fraud... Dont buy anything from them.. Its my mistake i did not check the review until i lost my money..

Totally fraud website, they are delaying my order and no proper response from customer service, it os very difficult to reach customer service, even if i got the chance to talk with the customer service after long waiting queue, they are just telling they will ship it that moment and disconnect the call themselves. I am going to complain against that VLE bazar (fraud company) to the consumer forum. I will see the end of it. That type of fraud company should not be allowed to stay in indian market.

I have placed an order from the portal on 16th of this month and its a prepaid order of 25k. I have been calling them continously and they say it will be dispatched in 24 hours. Finally I requested for the refund. Now I see the status as package is ready for shipment. When the courier is attempting to pick it the courier updated the status as shipment not ready. This is a scam

Dear Sir/Madam,

Take stick & immediate action against VLEBAZAAR, Gurugram sector 29, Contact Number ([protected]). This very fraudulent.

I placed a order on 24/08/2021. After 20 days order cancelled due to not dilivered.
Refund raised on 09/09/2021 but scheduled given of 30/10/2021.

Now customer care said will refund on 02/11/2021. Called several times every time different statement given.

Till now passed 70 days but not get anything.

My order No - 1027067, product Zebronics Zeb - CU5013 UPS was damaged badly with its start button broken, LED's misaligned from their slots.
I informed them about this damage with image of damaged product but still I haven't got any replacement or refund.
They are asking me to send the product on my expense & time to Gurgaon, Haryana at their warehouse.
They say we do not provide a reverse delivery from Mumbai, which was not informed to me in any of their policy.
The product costs Rs 1849/-
The product was delivered on 4th Oct still I haven't received any refund or replacement.

I ordered Reliance Jio Wi-fi Data card from VLEBAZAR website in the first week of September - 2021 and the price was 2899.00.

after few days, I received the Data card but the model I received was different from what I had ordered and also It was damaged.

I returned the item back and though I received a mail about Item being received by Vlebazaar, there is no any action taken on that.

neither new item is sent nor my money is refunded.

I tried to call customer care number many times and once I was lucky to get connected a week back. They told me new item would dispatched in two days, but till now no update and i tried calling but no use.

I am really fed up with Vlebazaar's service.

I ordered a JVC bluetooth speaker from this website on 17/10/2021 via online payment mode. Later, I wanted to change my decision and cancel the order but the website is showing no facility of cancellation of the order. My product hasn't been processed further yet but the company claims to dispatch it after 24 hours. Customer care isn't picking the call. I've called them several times. Neither they are raising my ticket so that I complain on the website.

I Ordered a product (graphics card ) from vlebazaar app on 15/10/2021. I paid the amount (15, 299) through debit card as cash on delivery option wasnt available. That time I was able to see my order ID and the status was processing. I called the customer care and asked when it will be dispatched. They said it will be dispached on[protected]. I checked on that day and there was no update in the order. I called them again and asked the same question, this time they said it will be dispatched till[protected] evening. again there was no update in the order on 19th. I called again and the executive said It will be dispatched in 24 hours. Now I am unable to see the status of order in the app itself. Also I am unable to connect with the customer care. Everytime I want to talk with the customer executive, I have to hold the line for at least 10 minutes. This is total fraud. I want my money back.

I have asked to cancel the order as the option is not available on website as well as on the app, they told me it is cancelled but I didn't get any confirmation mail, I called again and they say it will take time and I called again after 6 hours and now they say that they are cancelling it. I don't understand why for a order cancellation we need to call multiple times and each time waiting for it to connect to them for 30 mins and no response on mail sent to them.
