I made order online but product not delivered yet and also can't be tracked.

Payment made via credit card and refund option not available.

I also read review about it. It's totally fraud company.

Please do needful for the same.

Redmi note 8 pro is not delivered nor refunded. They are not responding even after multiple trials on email and calls. its been 2 months.

Not sending the material for 10 days

There is delivery or refund for my order #578992 dt. 20.07.2021 and no response till date. The support line no [protected] always busy and you get connection after 30 minutes and they disconnect without proper answer. Hence they used to give false information that wait 24 hours.

I have ordered iphone 7plus for 29399 on 8th July’21. And figured that in next day that vlebazaar is fraud company by checking reviews etc..then i canceled my order next day itself on 09/07/2021. Customer care told that I will get refund on 15th July which is very late for UPI transaction but still did not get refund on 15th. Now they are keep postponing the date to next day. And customer care guy is so unprofessional, he always tell that you will get refund next day and hangup the call everytime. I also opened new ticket #16435 is still open status and no response so far.
CANNOT EVEN IMAGINE HOW NO ACTION ON THESE COMPANIES TILL NOW. SO MANY PEOPLE AFFECTED LIKE ME. NO CLUE HOW HARD FOR ME TO ACCEPT THAT MY MONEY WILL NOT COME BACK😞 SOMEBODY PLEASE TAKE ACTION. People save money penny by penny to get something and these companies are looting without any clue what hard work behind the money.

I AM NOT SURE EVEN SOMEONE WOULD SEE THIS COMPLIANT. But please beware these kind of companies before buy anything. I learnt from hardway. Please save your money.

Please do not loose your money. There is delivery or refund for my order 852803 and no response at all. The support line always busy and you get connection after 30 minutes and they disconnect without proper answer. Hence they used to give false information that wait 24, 48, 96 hours.

I had ordered a laptop cooler and the wrong product was delivered on July 9. I immediately raised a complain request at [protected]@vlebazaar.in and called the helpline number.
I received a auto generated response in an email that your request is acknowledged and a support representative will contact.
It's been more than than 21 days and I have still not got any response from anyone at Vlebazaar.
I have called their helpline number 4 times during the last 2 weeks but everytime they say "We'll initiate your return request immediately" but they never do. They are saying we haven't received your email. Please send an email again.
I don't know what to do.

This is Rajesh Kaliki. I have ordered the products on vlebazaar.in, order id#859113. on[protected], and paid ₹. 9, 149 for the order. They have accepted the order. Still the products are not shipped. It's been 16 days still the order in processing. We are not even able to cancel the order.
I tried contacting them through customer care number mentioned in the website, but there is no response.
I mailed the issue to the given mail id in the website, no reply from vlebazaar. I need either products or money back.

I placed order for laptop on 18th July, 2021. The order number is 872648. I had done the advance payment already of Rupees 23, 499/- on the date of ordering through net banking. After I placed my order they only sent confirmation message with order details and didn't get any type o[censored]pdate. I kept calling them on their customer care number for multiple times a day, but didn't get any response. On 21st of July, they finally received my call and I requested for refund, they told me that it will be refunded by 25th of July. But its not yet credit in my account.
Kindly do the needful to get my money back.

Those startek fm220 devices were booked at before 22 days but they were not despatched yet and for tracking they were not updated before 4 days of despatched date

I ordered a Keyboard from https://vlebazaar.in/ and made online payment. but since 1 month they have not delivered my goods and neither canceling my order. I'm unable to get refund. Every time I call their call center, they just say that your order will be dispatched tomorrow. and that 'tomorrow' never comes. and if I try to talk anything further, they immediately disconnect my call.
This company is definitely a FRAUD.
