I placed my order No.843712 dated 07 Jul 2021 for New OPPO
Mobile As3 16 GB Red and the cost of the same Rs.6990/- has been prepaid as per your instructions.
But the product received old one and in used mobile vide consignment No [protected] on[protected]. Hence the receiver product is to be returned. My return request already submitted through your website on[protected].
It is therefore, requested that I may kindly be refunded the amount of Rs.6990/- as early as possible.
Otherwise, if it may be replaced with the original product which I placed the order vide No 843712 dated[protected] i.e., OPPO As3 16 GB (Red) in New Phone.
It is hereby reported that this type of irresponsible service is not good. You may please be responsed, how, this type of mistake happened and take necessary further action taken by you and confirm the rectification.
