I had place order of mi tv stick with pre-payment for Rs 2499/ on 19 August 2021

2 weeks has been passed but yet no any update on portal or no any notification receive. Numerous times raised complaint through phone call but getting any fruitful response.

Kindly arrange to cancel my order & credit my deducted advance payment on priority basis otherwise I may escalate the complaint on social media, Digital media and consumer form.

    I have ordered an mi tv stick with order I'd 953711 on 19 th August 2021. But it is not getting delivered by vendor.i have already paid for it. It is of worth rs 2499/-. They didn't even dispatch the product nor refund my amount. I have called them many more times. But did not getting any answer from them. Kindly help me for getting my amount back

      I've ordered jvc bluetooth speaker on July 21. It's been a month and Its not delivered yet. You are not valuing my money and time. I've mailed you several times and contacted customer service regarding this matter. As it's a paid order, I've paid you 1899 rupees and it's not shipped yet.

        I have placed order of Lenovo Ego Watch Amounting INR 1099 on May 3rd, the product was delivered around a week but was defective and had finger print marks on the same, so I placed return order and the product was picked the very next day. It was delivered back to Vlebazaar by 9th June and since then I have been running after them for refund, finally by 3rd August they said that refund is initiated, but another month is coming to an end but there is no sign of refund, now they have stopped responding all together.

          I ordered a mobile for 7999RS on 14.8.2021. Vlebazaar did not deliver the product even after 15days. Now I don't need the product. I called customer care, but nobody picks it. They are not returning money even after cancellation. My order no is 941166.

              Epson l3100 printer order placed on 19 aug 2021 but order not dispatch/ ship/ delivery till date. Daily i am calling in customer care number they was saying order dispatch within 24hrs but order not dispatch till date. As per vlebazar instructions order dispatch within 24hrs at the time or day of place of order.

                Order 6 items in 2 transactions on 1/7/2021 and 8/7/2021. First transaction 3 items were never received. Filed refund, money is not received yet.

                Second transaction has 3 items, received one used item, returned and asked for refund for 3 items, all refund have not received yet.

                Nearly 2 months, no refund yet.

                Order I'd: 828585 and I'd 847600. It's a cheating company! Very bad

                  Had booked a headphone on vlebaazar in June'21, later while checking more details the pictures of the product on site confused me - a few of them were headphones, but a couple of them earphones. Tried to cancel order, but there was no option to do it on the site. Contacted customer care and they advised not to accept delivery and return it. Did so, and waiting for a refund for almost 3 months.
                  Made a few calls to customer care, no one would attend most of the time, but when they do they would commit that it would be done by Monday - this is what they say everytime.
                  Emailed them multiple time, but nk response. Should ve bought it from somewhere else instead. Lesson learned "NEVER BUY FROM VLEBAAZAR".

                    I ordered an Jiofi 4G hotspot M2S wifi data device - order id 928415. But when i received it seems to be an already used product. So i returned the product. I have returned the product within the timeline mentioned in Vlebazaar return policy. But still didnt get the refund even after 10 days.

                        I have order for Sennheiser PC 8 Over-Ear USB VOIP Headphone with Mic on 2nd August 2021. Till One week it is showing processing. After repeated attempt able to connect customer care people(9-Aug -2021) and they said it will deliver. But nothing happened. Again called on 13th Aug 2021, they said it will deliver by 18th August 2021. I have raised the online ticket in online also on 18th. On 20-Aug- 21 it is showed as order cancelled. After calling them and blasted then they initiated refund process and till 24th Aug not received any refund amount. They assured me that by 23-Aug-21 I will get my refund. My complaint is if they don't have product why they have taken order and after taking order why they took so much time to cancel/refund. It clearly show unethical way of doing business and it is a SCAM. I should get compensated for this cheating business.

But, I did not received any update from you for delivery. Then, on August 26 I have requested you to refund my money but still you have not replied to me.
                        I also tried to call you from last 21 days. They said we will give your refund in next 2 days. Again I have called so many times they are saying the same thing that your issue will be solved soon. But ot was not. Can you please take it serious? I will be really appreciated.

                          I ordered a MOTOROLA E7 POWER (4gb ram 64 rom blue)on 23/08/2021 which cost me 7999 via bank payment. I should have been extra careful and should have read the grievances of consumers who shopped on Vlebazaar. I have got to know it is total scam and a fraud website which is up and running.It is showing processing and I cannot cancel the product nor have I received the refund. There ticket system is not working too.They arent responding to my calls nor attending the mail. I want my money back at the earliest.

                            TRUKE Buds Q1 True Wireless Earbuds with Environmental Noise Cancellation was to be delivered on 26 July 2021 but the product sent was TRUKE FitPro of lower cost. Requested, complaint, mailed also but there is no response yet. We contacted the costumer care number but still the conversation was not taken into consideration.

                              I have ordered (in the month of may) " WESTERN DIGITAL WD GREEN 240 GB 2.5 INCH SATA III INTERNAL SOLID STATE DRIVE (WDS240G2G0A)" order ID: 664781, but the delivered product was the wrong item.
                              request to replace the product immediately.i have returned to the product to VLE bazaar.later they have not send product to me.
                              after several mail communication and discussion with customer care .the will refund my payment.
                              till now payment not refunded and no further response from VLE bazaar (no mail reply and no customer care response)
