I had purchased the WD SSD Amount Rs.2889. order no.630237. product was supposed to be delivered on 20/04/2021.but the online status showing under process...called Customer care they keep saying it will be delivered soon. Today i am not even able to login to their website ...they have deleted my account...Its Fake company and its fraud...

              I ordered for Technotech 3-Way Audio Video AV RCA Switch Selector Box Splitter for Xbox XBOX360 DVD PS2 PS3 with AV Cable - 2 Year Warranty (attachment1).
              But what has been delivered to me is a “PS/2-USB adapter(attachment 2) !!
              Worst part is that the shipping label on the sealed packet mentions the actual ordered product.
              To me, this is nothing else but clear cut cheating.
              But Vlebazaar is not responding to my repeated mails now.
              Kindly take some action.

                so requesting you pls refund my money asap & no need your order.

                  I had placed an order on March 7th, afternoon with you.
                  The order status is still shown as processing even though it is a completely prepaid order.

                  Can you kindly confirm by when it will be shipped.

                  When I reached out to customer support they asked me to check in the app, to which my order is still not confirmed and status is shown as processing.

                  Today when I called their customer service the number was not available.

                  This is appalling and creates serious trauma on the consumer.

                    I have bought Redmi 8 Emerald Green, 64 GB, 4 GB RAM on 01/03/2021. After getting to know about the website, I have cancelled the product. After, I have received an email that my amount is refunded on 07/03/2021 but I haven't received any credit in my bank account. I have raised tickets and also sent mails but they haven't replied.                               Order id is 514426. I purchased a product from your website on 4/02 2021.but the product delivery delayed. Then I cancelled my order and requested for refund. Now it's 20 days after request nothing happened. several times contacted your customer support, they told as it will done tomorrow. But no result. You people fooling customers.

                                it has been over 15 days, and my orders shows "processing" from the day one.. if i call the support center the IVR says i'll get a call back and call disconnects, and i never got any call till now.

                                their system wont even accept new case, the previous case i opened, some one responded saying "it will be delivered in 3 days" and today it has been over 8 days and no one responds again to the case.

                                Please help me get my money back. i've paid ₹5, 500 for this product (Creative Inspire T-6300 5.1 Multimedia Speaker System (Black))

                                  Payment Made : Rs.1699 Through Credit card
                                  The product is not despatched till today(3rd March'21) I have been following up with them ( Helpline Number- [protected] ) 95% of the time call does not get connected with an excuse that "All our executives are busy, we have noted your number and we will call you back" - THEY NEVER CALL BACK. At times when call gets connected the executive promises that the product will be shipped today ( this has been happening since last 7 days.
                                  I have also raised a ticket through their website ( email address not available)
                                  I am helpless, they do not even have provision to cancel the order on their web site.
