I had placed an order on March 7th, afternoon with you.
The order status is still shown as processing even though it is a completely prepaid order.

Can you kindly confirm by when it will be shipped.

When I reached out to customer support they asked me to check in the app, to which my order is still not confirmed and status is shown as processing.

Today when I called their customer service the number was not available.

This is appalling and creates serious trauma on the consumer.

I have bought Redmi 8 Emerald Green, 64 GB, 4 GB RAM on 01/03/2021. After getting to know about the website, I have cancelled the product. After, I have received an email that my amount is refunded on 07/03/2021 but I haven't received any credit in my bank account. I have raised tickets and also sent mails but they haven't replied. Please help me get back my amount of Rs.7199.00. My order number is #559055.

I have ordered a headphone on 11.2.2021. till now no updates/info on the status. I tried contacting their customer care no. But nobody picked the call.

Now it's 20 days after request nothing happened. several times contacted your customer support, they told as it will done tomorrow. But no result. You people fooling customers.

it has been over 15 days, and my orders shows "processing" from the day one.. if i call the support center the IVR says i'll get a call back and call disconnects, and i never got any call till now.

their system wont even accept new case, the previous case i opened, some one responded saying "it will be delivered in 3 days" and today it has been over 8 days and no one responds again to the case.

Please help me get my money back. i've paid ₹5, 500 for this product (Creative Inspire T-6300 5.1 Multimedia Speaker System (Black))

The product is not despatched till today(3rd March'21) I have been following up with them ( Helpline Number- [protected] ) 95% of the time call does not get connected with an excuse that "All our executives are busy, we have noted your number and we will call you back" - THEY NEVER CALL BACK. At times when call gets connected the executive promises that the product will be shipped today ( this has been happening since last 7 days.
I have also raised a ticket through their website ( email address not available)
I am helpless, they do not even have provision to cancel the order on their web site.

I have ordered a wireless earphone with ID 526607 worth rs 419/ on 10/2/2021. I got information that my payment received and shipped the same on 13th february. But I didn't get the product yet(18/2). on 18/2/21 wednesday around 6 to 6.15pm I called customer service many times .two times call attended.one lady picked call.but not at all listening the problem. I heard a lot of people talking in background like market place. I said that not at all hearing.she said something and suddenly cut call.again I called, she picked up the phone, when hearing my voice she again cut the call.she was busy in talking with collegues. Again called 2to 3 times but got response that executives are busy.They are simply talking with friends and not all bothered about customer. what a poor customer service.Shame on the company. I need my product other wise return the mony. This is for the first time I ordered a product in your company. very bad experience. I will complaint it to higher authority if you are not taking necessary action not to my complaints.

I have been continuously calling customer care, my refund is under priority, every time they tell "Today the amount will be refunded". I haven't got my money back since one month. My Order ID : 467388. If I don't get my money back within 1 day I will make a police complaint.
