My friend has order some mobile in vlebazar and he has order it long back ago but till now there is no progress. I want to know whether this online website is fraud or real. If fraud then many cases has been arisied or if it is real then he need the order to deliver.

I have ordered Philips SH450 headphone rs 399/-.payment was duly paid online .But compeny had send faulty and simple headphone. On the same price. Fraudest compeny of the India
Also I had Ordered A mobile phone of rs 9299/- on 20th sept before this order.
Till today that product was not received or they had responsed my mail.

Purchased 2 refurbised laptop worth Rs 28000/- in VLEBAZAAR on 7.9.2020. But till today my orders are not entertained

I have purchased redmi note 7 pro mobile on16/09/2020. But i didn't received till date 26/09/2020. I tried so many times to contact through mobile phone and email. They didn't reply anyway. So i cancel my order and recover my amount

We have not receive mobile samsung a20 or not refund money from last three months. We have complain to vle bazaar helpline number so many times but no reply from there. The amount of mobile we have paid online Rs.10000.

I had place order of Redmi note 8 with pre-payment for online classes of kids but due to your pathetic service they are still unable to join online class regular basis.

2 weeks has been passed but yet no any update on portal or no any notification receive. Numerous times raised complaint through phone call but getting any fruitful response.

Kindly arrange to cancel my order & credit my deducted advance payment on priority basis otherwise I may escalate the complaint on social media, Digital media and consumer form.

I purchased a go-pro 8 black holiday bundle pack from vle bazaar on the 14th of august. Till the 18th they showed status as processing. I was scared that they cheated so i tried to cancel. They didnt even have a cancel button. Then after 4 days of horror, on the 18th they suddenly emailed - product shipped. I called support and emailed on 21st asking for a refund and cancellation. Then on 21st it was delivered. I called support and emailed again. They told me cancellation can only be done on call, as the site does not have the provision. I requested a cancellation. Then on 28th, when we still heard no reply, pick up or status, we decided to keep it. Meanwhile we had already purchased another. It was supposed to be a gift. Then when we opened, we were horrified. The box was ripped, contents missing, parts missing. Taped. It was either refurbished goods, or stolen, or re-packed. God only knows what. We have been trying to return it since. It cost us 33, 000/-. Not a joke to get somehting which doesnt even work for that huge a price.

I ordered a earphone on 10.06.20. Order id 152644. Payment done but not deliver the product and not pick up the call. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon

Order #70124 for headphones was placed on 27/4/2020 and was cancelled on 28/4/2020 because order was going to take long delivery time, but there is no refund initiated till now, it has been a month. Refund this asap.
Tried to contact their support at [protected] but their support is always shown busy. and they promise to callback, but they don't.
First, they said I will get my refund before 3/5/2020 and after that they are just saying just wait for 2-3 days for a month.This is not acceptable.
Refund the order amount as soon as possible

I have contacted the customer care and they told that the account will be deleted but no such action has been taken till now.
I will not be using vlebazaar and kindly delete my accout.
I am aware that deleting my account will no longer give me access to use your services forever....
