I have Ordered the Reliance Jio Wi-Fi JMR540 Wireless Data Card (jmr540Black) from vlebazaar however they sent me refurbished items, used and also not working. hence I have submitted refund request and want my money back. Still they won't proceed any refund request.

Now they denied to refund my money.

Please someone help me get my money refund

I ordered oneplus bullet Type C earphones from this website on 11th of feb. I received the order on 13th of feb which was a damaged and used product without any bill or packing except for the packing done by the courier company. This a total fraud company.

I bought a Nokia mobile from this site on Sept. The mobile received was faulty and hence I returned the mobile. It has been 5 months and I still have not received the refund amount. I have raised multiple compliant and tickets on their app but no response. They said it will be done and after that there has been no response at all. Such app cheating people should not exist. There are multiple reviews pouring in the playstore for this app where people have lost their money and have been cheated. Please take an action on this.

I no t received my order though paid in advance for my order no 483026. Further no customer care pick up phones only IVRS machine said we noted your mobile no we will call back. I found that I am get chited from VLEBAZAR site. I am also posting my complaint on social media to avoid such poor response sites for online shopping.

I placed order on[protected] for JioFi 4G Hotspot M2S 150 Mbps Jio 4G Portable Wi-Fi Data Device (Black) and made online payment of ₹ 1499, I received a used product and dead product on[protected], immediately I applied for return, then after receiving order no one responding to return request. Nether they answer any call nor they reply to any Query.

I am not able to cancel the order i placed today after payment they are say payment is processing

I bought a smartphone worth Rs.5399 from them and when I received, the phone had huge battery back up issue. They initiated a refund in November 2020 after they received the returned phone within 7-10 days as per there return policy but money has not been returned till date even after calling them several times. They only say I will receive the money in 48-72 hrs...

I logged in to vlebazaar by mistake and i didnot intend to sign up to vlebazaar.
Kindly delete my vlebazaar account from your database.
I have contacted the customer care and they told that the account will be deleted but no such action has been taken till now.
I will not be using vlebazaar and kindly delete my accout.
I am aware that deleting my account will no longer give me access to use your services forever.

Main velbazaar se mi basic earphones order kare te par original nhai aaye or jab main return dala tho uska sms ya koi information nhai mil or call bi nhai lagta this side is fake please don't by any product this app

I placed an order for samsung ssd 2 qty with order number 444044 on dec 15th, 2020. But since then on website it just shows order is processing. No one picks the call or call back on their customer care number.

Today i found some other number [protected] on some other wbesite and called where the person told me the order is been cancelled and refunded already. But true caller identifies this number as online banking fraud.

How can i get my money back?

The product is not working They have initiated refund on 22th october 2020. Not refunds till date _dec 14.

I was calling last 3 month on customer care number but i have not received my amount yet and he always said that you will receive your amount by today evening. My order no is 266875. What will I do.

I ordered a product on 14th November, after much wait there was no news of my product, so I called their customer service. I told them to cancel the product as it was not possible from their website (it was only when I could receive the product that I could return it, this was the system of their website) but then I still received the package on 6th December. When I opened the product, I found out that I have received a different product.

I ordered a product from vlebazaar.in, on 19th November 2020 and then I cancelled it on 20th November 2020, I called them on the same day and they said that they will refund in few days but no refund was made till now.

I have ordered mcafee antivirus worth Rs. 99 on Vlebazaar.in. I received mail for the order. In that mail they given link to download mcafee software & not mentioned any serial number(activation key) that is required to activate the plan. I raised comparing 7 to 8 time but they are not solving my problem. Its totally fraud portal.

I have ordered a fingerprint scanner for Documentation services from www.vlebazaar.in . i have clicked my desired product and proceeded to the payout section, entered all my details and paid the respective amount via a UPI payment. everything was normal till then . It prompted me that i may receive my order late because of website traffic and orders was handling at that time. I waited, then few days later a mail was sent to me from that website. it said the exact following "Order ID: 420178

"I was not guided or even prompted to input any serial number, I just don't understand why my order was cancelled "

after that no reply was given.

then another mail was sent stating the refund process

since then, i have not been able to access the website and the money has not been refunded to me ( bank ) .

I order the mobile phone from vlebazaar.in and made the payment online. I made the purchase on 1/11/2020 but not yet received the product. I have been reaching out to the customer support team, but they are lying to me and their response is not satisfactory. Please solve my grievance and do the needful.

I have ordered (Order ID: 389360) Barbie doll on 15th October 2020 and received the item on 19th October 2020. You have given the wrong item (Cinderella doll) with low quality and also did not send other items such as headband/hair clips etc which was mentioned in the description section in your website. I have contacted you so many times by mobile but didn't get any response. I ordered this item for my daughter's birthday, after opening it she was so disappointed. Kindly collect your wrong times and return back the correct item.

I had returned my product 8 days back and I haven’t got my refund yet. Also i called them and they are not providing any details to me so that i can be assure regarding refund.
