I ordered a Adidas Men's Lower Size M from www.vnaaz.com on September 5, 2016 (Order #7728), But I received Size XL in different colour on September 9, 2016, In the reference to Order #7728. The product is not genuine.

I dropped e-mail to there customer care([protected]@vnaaz.com) two times and tried there customer care no.(+[protected] several times but no one is giving reply and no response of mails. br...

I ordered for JBL(Pulse) blueooth speaker from www.vnaaz.com on 28th August, 2016. I received a duplicate Pulse speaker(not a JBL one) on 1st September for which I paid Rs.6499. After that I called customer care number of vnaaz([protected]) 10-15 times and every time they say they are checking the status with the seller. When I am trying to login to the website and check the order status it is still showing as 'Processing' and I am not getting...

They have sent a faulty and fake product and named it as a Bose product (Order Number: 8001). The customer service number that is provided on their website is [protected], and they are not responding to the calls even after calling so many times!
This is clear cheating and they have to be punished for such frivolous cheating to the Customers!
I wonder as to how they can use such a brand name as Bose and cheat people this way,...

These people are bloody cheaters and thieves who rob your hard earned money...they cheated me for Rs.1200
they give you garbage products which dont work and money back which never exist !! they tell you cock n bull stories to place an order but when you try to reach them about any query...unko pakadna mushkil hi nahin...naa mumkinhai...bloody rogues...

Hi I have ordered an adidas long + short pant combo of Rs 1200 order number #7929 but they have delivered wrong product i am tring to call customer care but first 2 days it was ringing but no one is picking the call and now from 13th sep morning even that number is switch off . order no was 8526, I have received on 11-Sep-2016 at evening time, Glasses was damage, I have made exchange complaint & I got new Ray-Pan Sunglasses within 5 days from vnaaz.com seller, but reason is that return & exchange time is very late, I was worrying about my order till time I have not got new product

I have purchase Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth Speaker, I got delivered on 10-Sep-2016 at 02:00PM, Speaker is good as well as I got my cashback.

I have call several time on vnaaz.com customer care before product got delivered to me, for taking information about my Item.

After 12 hours of making order i got a call verification call, kindly do some think for customer care, there not picking call, if we are giving...

They are cheating the customers by giving the fake and completely waste products, I booked two Rayban sunglasses of Rs6, 999 my order no is[protected] and[protected]and and they gave me the fake and BS product with completely different and damaged product.

I have ordered bose bluethooth speaker and also received but it's faulty sound in not coming from speaker. I am also not getting wall charger which is mentioned with product.

I ordered adidas shorts+lower combo pack. I got the fabric of shorts right but the lower is a total fake.The material mentioned in site for lower is polyster but i didn't get polyster, instead i got a fake one. Even the logo is not fully attached.
I request the concerned authority at vnaaz to look into the matter and resolve it.
I want the product to get exchanged and if you can't do that then i want a refund....

I have placed order of rs 1200 for a headphone.

I have tried to reach the number (+[protected] multiple times, this seems to be a mobile number, the person picked the call first time, when i demanded the cash back of 70% and return of product, the person on the other side failed to receive the call, even on multiple attempts.
The product sent to me is in tampered condition and looks like a used product.
