[Resolved] Vodafone — 15 years customer & poor customer service

Dear Vi,

I am a customer for last 15 years. Same number, and same home.

I have been treated so badly by your network team in closing all my 100+ tickets on poor & inconsistent data connection for the last two months. So far the issue is not fixed. My work, life and things were totally disturbed for the same.

I have even tried to give up the battle by port out and someone called me to fix it, I too blindly accepted it with no fix so far. I am trying all possible channels for the same.
