[Resolved] Vodafone — 3G connection Fraud by Vodafone India in Mumbai | |||
Dear Sir, I have bought Vodafone 3Gstick from Croma store in Rcity mall by a Vodafone representative. He has told me there is an offer at that time with I have to pay 2000 Rs and will get 3G services for 3 months. Later I may have to pay monthly bill of 650 Rs. HE told me that the connection will be activated within 3 days But after buying the connection it is not activated for approx. 2 weeks later when it is activated it was not communicating/transferring data with my Macbook but it was working ok with Windows computer. I have complaint to Vodafone on 24th May with a complain number of [protected]. As per them my complain will be resolve in 2 working days. But it was almost 1.5 month my complain is remain open and in the meantime these guys are not giving any solution of my problem. I have visited to their gallery in Mulund (W) but the manager of that gallery is highly rude and she didn’t care of any customer complaint. Now even I am managing somehow with the 3G connection suddenly Vodafone disconnected my connection on 30 June without prior information. I have paid an extra Rs 267 in June for their service charges which I never received. And currently there is no amount is unpaid from my side. When I talk to customer care as per them they don’t have any information. They are asking me to visit dealer to resolve the issue. I asked them please give me the reason for disconnection they don’t have answer for it. They are just repeating that I have to visit the croma store. I am a working person do not have time and money to visit Vodafone store again and again. I am going through mental stress because of this 3G connection. I am not able to do my office/ other work due to non-availability of internet connection. Please look at the matter Was this information helpful? | |||

same thing is happening with me...i am fed up with this type of executives from vodafone and croma... i have paid 5100rs. for 6 month 3G post paid plan from vodaphone... nobody is answering...i lost my money...i have taken new no for internat. i am about to file a case against croma and vodafone company after two days.
