Vodafone — About billing | |||
Date: 10/11/2015 About paid bill entry or system problem of vodafone. Every month vodafone billing section calling to pay the bill for the last generated bill even for the online paid bills .And then they stops the service. Why should they activated online payment services with banks, paytm, mobikwik etc.if the customers has to suffer lots. For example I tried to pay online but vodafone server problem was for about 15 days more, then I paid my last month bill through Paytm on 09/11/2015 @0945 pm.Then after vodafone executives calling to pay the same bill amount saying that paid bill summery not updated or showing in their system. Now they stopped my service. WHY? Please take the strong Action against vodafone regarding these issues. Was this information helpful? | |||
