[Resolved] Vodafone — About Network. | |||
Hello, My name is Rohit Goyal. Recently I switched from AirTel into Vodafone in search for better network quality because When I used to stay in London I used Vodafone UK as my default carrier and had no problems. The issue that I am facing at the moment is that I do not have enough network signal in my home to properly consume my plan. like I have a Vodafone RedX plan which apparently is expensive inclusive of taxes, I get priority connection. It works fine in my workshop but I have terrible signal where I live. I have either one signal bar out of four or at times my phone shows No Service. I own a Samsung S10+ and that might be the best phone in the market I think. So I have the latest technology and the most expensive plan but I am unable to completely use the benefits that I get. I have complaint over six times and the respond is that they will solve the problem and after a few days I get a message expressing my problem has been resolved but it clearly has not been done.
