[Resolved] Vodafone — Billing issue for [protected] | |||
i have take vodafone connection with plan 200 RS in which company sales person say Plan for 300+300 Calls, and 500 MB data for one month, but when i receive bill then 300 call and other charges implemented in bill.But another issue arise for first month bill approx 250 rs bill for wap services when i asked then CC person say this is for WAP Services so i pay this amount.But in next month bill received for 2700 RS and 2200Rs of WAP service when i asked then again CC person say this is WAP services.When i checked bill then 1900Rs found in just one hours services but no data download in my mobile and surprise that in duration of 11 second 5 services was download how it is possible when i complain then vodaphone CC say you should to pay for this amount.So i deny for this extra amount and agreed to rest amount but company disconnect my number so send forge mail/call to pay entire money in bill.i am not agreed to pay entire amount and need to file complain against company.
