[Resolved] Vodafone — change of postpaid plan without permission | |||
hello, myself Dr. Biswas i have been using vodafone postpaid number [protected] registered since march 2013 with plan 225 FnF in which i get a local family vodafone number of my choice free voice calls 24x7. however i have received a sms stating that my free family number will now be charged at Rs. 0.05 / min and my plan will now be called as plan 225_rev. this is a new plan the company is offering to new customers and they have no right to change my existing postpaid plan without my consent. this is plain cheating. how can they change my plan as per their wish.this is criminal. i have tried talking to customer care but its of no avail. i am already in talks with my lawyers and i will try one more time explain my issue to customer care before filing a case in district consumer forum. Verified Support Nov 13, 2013 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello Saif Ali, We would like to inform you that your plan will be revised to 225_rev in which you will be able to make calls to one local Vodafone number at 5p/min. I am using post paid plan since 2009 but in last month October 2021 vodafone has changed my plan without out my consent and notification to me. I want to file their complaint before consumer court what to do. I got to know about this cheating When last month's bill generated.. and I was shocked and surprised seeing this.
