No activation of data card connection

On 25th Oct 2013, I called up Vodafone customer service to get a new 3G data card. Accordingly your representative came to my residence and collected my documents i.e. photocopies of my passport and a photograph. He delivered me a SIM card and told me that the dongle will be delivered nexst day. On 26th Oct 2013 the same representative came to my residence to deliver 3G dongle. He collected Rs. 1000 from me and gave me receipt as well....
