Vodafone — Content Download charges

Dear All
Vodafone care - I have been associated with you for donkey years now and utterly disappointed with the recent services
First time I am being charged for some content download whose details I am not recieving than giving me the details of what I have downloaded I am being told it is just a payment method, which means vodafone is ready to pay for something on my behalf and tells me I have subscribed something in playstore but not what, attached please find screenshot of my subscription and activity which says I have not subscribed to anything. I am asking him to give me some justification If I subscribe something and agree to pay it should also reflect in my playstore but it is not it is only reflecting in my vodafone bill
Upon asking for a clarification from Naeem - customer care executive, he tried to explain but unfortunately he says it will reflect in your playstore and I cannot tell you what you have downloaded, I am trying to explain it to him that its disabled and there is no activity or subscription in my playstore I cannot find it he is not willing to understand and hence attaching screenshot here. If as per your executive I have subscribed by agreeing to pay thru vodafone shouldn't vodafone send me a message at least asking for my permission and if for some reasons I did agree and forgot all about it or lost my memory after subscribing it Vodafone should other have some record of me agreeing or it should reflect in my subscription list which is not the case please look at it for yourself
After wanting a solution, the person says we cannot do anything I told him I want to disconnect the service, your person says First I need to pay my bill and discontinue from my family plan and then only I can discontinue the services, if I wanted to run away with your money, I would not have paid my bill maybe that's the reason I am getting this pathetic treatment since I have already paid for it. I even asked him how to iI unsubscribe since it is not in my list he says I need to connect with playstore for this where as I also have other payment mode in playstore but I am only being charged by vodafone

I am from Service Industry and Regional head fro Centara Hotels and Resorts for West and South India, All I can say is this is certainly not the way you resolve the issues and then repeatedly tell the customer that we are clarifying you don't want to understand, I wish to port to Airtel and do not wish to continue using your services if this is how I am being treated but before that please provide me facts for this above and if something is subscribed please share details and ways to unsubscribe as I cannot unsubscribe what I cannot see in my playstore else you will charge me for this month too saying I did not unsubscribe
