Vodafone Corporate Care — Postpaid bill

Respected Vodafone I use your post paid connection last 10months ago I paid every month bill, last two time your service man came to my house and I paid him your bill and 1st time I request him that please block my sim card for my personal problem, and he confirmed. Me he blocked it next month he come again and charge me to paid bill and I again pay bill with with written application. To blocked the sim I told him that I don't use it, he confairmd me that he blocked it and I paid the bill again and I am not use it last time now today one man come to my house and he claimed 1720/- rupess something with cort paper I am not in my home today that for I don't collect that paper but again bill what for ?

i ported from jio to vodafone last month.the executive dint mention or ask my permission for postpaid connection and activated the same.as soon as i received the message of postpaid activation i called and raised complaint to your customer care.they said we cant change for next 3 months.why do i have to pay so much unneceesarily?they said you can go to the nearest vodafone centre, they, ll asisst you.i visited the centre and the guy said atleast 1month bill should be generated so come after one month.i visited again after a month and he said we have technical issues come again after 2-3days.when i visited a week later he says you have to pay around 400 to clear it..Now its not my mistake to activate postpaid or delay because of your technical issue.and i cant keep visiting your centre again n again leaving all my works.I am not paying anything for someone else's mistake! It's upto you how and what you wana do.
Several times I tried to activate a callertune but still now didn’t activate. Kindly activate to basic caller tune plan

we have requesting for international roaming for two of our director on 02/08/2019 to activate it from 09/08/2019
in U.K. pack the number is [protected] and [protected], we having corporate connection with vodafone . how ever when they return back on 25/08/2019 we ask vodafone girish avenu br to deactivate the international roaming instead of that only one number that is [protected] is deactivated but the other number till having i-Roam FREE AUTO and charge Rs 2396.00 and there is no corporate customer care number for kolkata is available
if we call 55666 it goes to other state. and they have no answer about our queree. please call me in [protected].

Porting My Number [protected] Due to Un-used Additional Charges added on my bill from last year 2020 Continuously

Every month i am paying around 2000 to 5000 Approx

Insteaded of complaining serveral time on ur customer service no positive reply or refund i have received

I am a very old customer of Vodafone and had hope the i will get help and refund of my excess paid charges amount form ur end

This is the only reason i was paying the Bill so long till now

But no respond from ur side anyway now i dont want to continue the same

This is the reason i want to port my number to other service provider

i Didn't international call but why still got bill

I use this vodafone prepaid sim since 8-9 years ago but now i m facing too my problems regarding this . When i received any call or outgoing call then on sound is here to me . I m in police so i need this sim network very much please solve my problem as soon as possible..thanku.
i need to change the plan from the existing Corporate Plan to individual.
We have submitted all documents required but NO ACTION has been taken so far.
Please do this at the earliest

We keep getting calls from Vodaphone Idea backend number [protected] from an employee called Praveen Bangle at odd hours like 8 am and 10 PM and on Sundays. He will call 10 to 15 times in a day. Even after requesting to pass the case to someone else, he continued calling. Has Vodaphone lost all code of conduct? 25 to 30 complaints but no action. Have requested an enquiry into this employee but no action. So disappointing. They do not resolve complaints. Missed Call Alert not working since 2 months. Vodaphone Charges money but doesn't activate the service. Spoke to seniors at Vodaphone Support, yet no action.
