As i lost my cell on 29th Feb evening, i went to Vodafone stores at TTK road chennai on 1st Feb, for getting a new / duplicate SIM. they said stores will be opened at 10.30 Hrs, only. So, at 14.00 Hrs, i went to vodafone mini stores Surabhi at saidapet on 1st Feb at 2.00 p.m., and applied for new / duplicate with Govt. officers ID card copy with Res. address.

I have no idea when this plan was activated in my postpaid connection. Its just for past few months that i noticed an unusual hike in the bills. I used to get bills around Rs 900. Presently they have shot up to as high as Rs 1800!! Rs 600 prepaid balance was not carry forward during the conversion from prepaid to postpaid of my father's Vodafone No. When I visit Vodafone Care they told me that there is no prepaid balance but actually there was Rs 600 prepaid balance.
