I want to inform you that I have a sim card of vodafone which mobile no. is [protected] is damaged by me by mistake. But I want to keep continue my mobile no. So I provided my ID and Photo in your Mini Vodafone Store before one month but no action taken by them. Your vodafone store attendant totally failed to take this matter.
