Hello, My name is Jince George. I am been with vodafone for more than 5 years. Till 2013 I was getting good services from vodafone. Day before Yday ie, 6th of jan 2015 49 was deducted from my mobile without my knowledge. The same amount has deducted on 7 th jan 2015. I called the cx care vexecutive on 8th and explained my situation. I told him am in roaming and my father is in hospital and you people took money without my knowledge. He told he will refund the money of 99 ie 49+49+1which was dedcted on 8 th jan 2015 that makes a total of 99 will be refunded..after sometime i got the mssg saying that 1 rs will be refunded back to me. Again I called the cx care and the lady was so helpful and she told she cant refund the 6 th Jan amount because its more than 24hrs and she can refund only total of 50 rupees for the ticket number [protected]. I got the 50 rupees back to my account as she promised. But later again 49 got deducted after 2 hrs..When I call the cx care people they told they don't know.The call went to firstsource Company guys working in Ecospace Pritech building. I ask them 3 times to trasfer the call to the manager they transferred but none of them pick the call and then disconnected the call. Now wht should i do if vodafone is deducting the amount every day. Can I go with any other service provider. I am scared of recharging my mobile. Is this the way you treat your customers. Every week this will happen and i need to call them for refund. Thje executive doesnt know to handle calls and they don't even ask the customers permission before placing on hold. No call structure. Now i need my money back. So pathetic services. Firstsource guys spoiling the value of customer service. Regards Jince George [protected]

    Hi I am not able to use your 3G data service due to some technical issue at your end. This happens at-least 15 days in a month for 10-12 hours a day. All the people in my office are facing same issue. I have already logged complaint in past for the same also new complaint on 06/01/2015. Your customer care told that it will be resolved in 48 Hrs. I went to Vodafone Mini Store (Infront of IT Tower Kharadi Pune) they said that they are also facing the same and can’t take any complaints as they don’t have any network, The person behind the desk, shamelessly suggested me to PORT OUT. I have recharged with 451 Rs. Which says that I will get 3G service for 28 days, but due to your technical issues I don’t get the service. Which is deficiency in the service, and I should be entitled for extended validity of this pack. I called on your customer care and talked to senior executive Ganesh Mothe, He refuse to acknowledge this and didn’t even took the complaint for deficiency in service. (On date 07/01/2015 at 4:30 PM). He Just say “Sorry Sir”, for 100 times but didn’t provide any reason for not extending validity when there is no service. Can you please tell me why? Legally you are bind to provide the 3G service for 28 days, but for half of my validity period I get no service. Prepaid validity don’t mean that you will take money but not provide any service. Please respond with the reason, why can’t you extend the validity for no service? All the below mentioned numbers are facing the issue.       Hello - I am Ramesh - [protected]. It just came to my notice that my balance had got too low. i checked my Vodafone Account And Came to know that a amount of Rs. 30 had been deducted in the name of "HelloStore". I had done nothing but the Balance had been deducted. I tried Customer Care But Nobody Responded. To Vodafone - I want my balance back as it had been deducted without my Notice.         Dear Sir, I'm JaiKumar Belani currently in Dubai bearing Vodafone prepaid number +91-[protected]. Inspite of requesting several Vodafone Care Customer agents over the call center number and also visit to their office. Its been 12th day and still I don't have international roaming. Emailed Nodal Officer as well but never heard back from them also. I request authorities concern to highly take action and fine Vodafone for the unprofessional and unethical practices.

          Dear Sir, I am working in Ministry of HRD Department of Education, New Delhi. My mobile ([protected]) was fallen somewhere after that I was file a FIR for the same. Yesterday on 7th January 2015 I went to Vodafone Store Sector 18 Noida for issue duplicate sim. As per direction by executive I give the all document including FIR, Photo, ID proof and 50 Rs. for activation charges. Executive give me New SIM and give me assurance that myr mobile number will be activate after 2 hours. But yet now it is not activate. In this regard I call to your customer care and live chat but not solved this issue.             I received a call from Vodafone about an offer of different plan. I listened to the same. The guy at other end told me that I will receive a confirmation call and only after my confirmation, the new bill plan will be activated, if I agree for the same. However, without any further call, my billing plan was change to the new plan (which I didn't want at all) and I got SMS regarding the same. When I called the customer care, they told me to send an email to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com. But even after sending email, my plan is not yet changed. Now I once again mailed to the same address and following up the matter. It is really a harassment for the customer. It seems that even if they revert my plan, they will charge for the new plan for the period I made to use the newer plan. Makarand Padhye. [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com

            After repeated calls and visits, I couldn't succeed. But after posting complaint here at www.consumercomplaints.in, I really got the result within 2 days. The communication was forwarded by this forum to the VODAFONE, of which I got the intimation also. And within 2 days, my plan was changed back to the previous one. Though the charges for the period of changed plan were charged to me and the bill was sent accordingly, at least for future period I got my previous plan restored.               My problem - The worst kind of customer care experience ever. I moved out to US from Mumbai in September and wanted to change my postpaid blackberry plan to a minimum monthly rental (99/-) without any Blackberry services active. I have sent them more than 15 emails since October 14 2014 trying to request this in a manner that would MAKE SENSE to their dense bovine customer care reps - however till today - NO SUCH LUCK. The email is dressed in fake courtesy - and simply reflective of the truth that they just DO NOT read whatever the heck you wrote. It is bordering on a limit where it feels like they are just intentionally harassing me now and am VERY tempted to file a harassment case on them. Not only did they assure that they have changed the plan (after about 8 or 10 emails) - but they continued charging me 500+ for a blackberry plan I clearly requested them to cancel - and now they wont cancel a very clear cut request to cancel the plan with a response straight out of a mental agony scene: ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Me : Kindly cancel the number 98202 ***** (Number masked for review) . Permanently. I have left the country permanently and not residing there any more. I am no more interested in continuing with Vodafone. Vodafone: With regard to your e-mail, we request you to please mention the full description of your query or request in order to process the same for the above mentioned Vodafone mobile number. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ How much clearer can I get while requesting a cancellation of the number? Do they want to hear that "I am frustrated out of my skull with the incompetent and exasperating response and want to NEVER EVER hear from them again hence please cancel my number". Simply amazed at their overall ignorance towards customer care - Shame.

                    I Pran Kumar currently using two Vodafoneconnections which is [protected] (prepaid) and [protected] (post-paid)...This isjust to notify you about your most ridiculous billing process of my post-paidconnection where I was charged INR 1800/- for this month for the excess usageof internet (1 GB 16 MB.)...which is a complete malpractice...to furthertell you, I already had a 1 GB data plan active on my no...And I mostly useWI-FI at home (if you can track this). I only use mobile data forwatts app and facebook to an extent...I am just disappointed with the way mywhole billing process was treated..I have paid INR 700/- consideringmy plan on Dec 26th or 27th...And again I have paid INR500 as my services were interrupted on 6th Jan. The stupidest surprise came my waytoday when I visited your Vodafone mini store (Mahipal Pur)...and got to knowthe fact that apart from all the payment that I have done I still have anoutstanding of INR 2434 to clear. There should be an intimation if oneuses more internet than to ones data plan, no notification...I havenot got my bills for last 3 months (i.e. do as you wish to do) I will most certainly proceed toconsumer court/police to lodge a case of malfunctioning if this issue does notget resolved in next 24hours.                       I am Sameer Jain from Goa. Phone number: [protected] I am using a postpaid and in my bill I found rs 99 downloading charges. Upon talking to customer care they told me that I have been charged "On 09/12/14-21:18:12 you have downloaded d2c_ndtv_valu****** Rs 99" which I actually never did! This may be some mistake and hence I request vodafone india to please refund me the said amount.

                          Dear Team, On 16 Sept 2014 one of vodafone person name Sandeep (Contact No. [protected], [protected]) Collected document from our Gurgaon office and provided us two sim cards. None of them worked yet. And the numbers which he given us are activated to another person's name. So they have stolen our information one of his NCR region manager Name is Vivek Nanda (Mob: [protected]) not responding on my calls and also not giving us back our documents. So they are fraud and we would like to charge case against these people. Please do the needful asap. Regards, Gaurav

                            Hi, I got a call from vodafone service center that why are you porting out we give 1 gb 2G data in 101 monthly rental a special pack for you then i said that activate in next bill cycle .when new bill cycle started i got the message and its said that 1GB 2G data pack activated in your number with monthly rental o 175 rs then i call the customer service number (111) and said that please deactivate this service and he said it deactivated after 24 hours no charges apply for that. When my bill generated then 175+service tax is included in my bill and i also pay the bill. Please do the needful

So I provided my ID and Photo in your Mini Vodafone Store before one month but no action taken by them. Your vodafone store attendant totally failed to take this matter.                               I have been associated with Vodafone since last 10+ yrs now and it is really very annoying that i'm being directed to various departments to sort such a simple issue. I have been trying hard to get a some help from the respective sources of Vodofone, but unfortunately failed. Firstly to start of with my concern couple of months back i have requested for a 3G data plan as per the promotional phone calls by the provider, then I was not given any disclosure related to the settings not being compatible or even that i will not be able to get my old 2G (with [protected]@Rs 99)data package back. If there is any evidence of me accepting these or being educated on the same I would like to have the call sent to me. Later when i called in i was told that I have been charged additional as i have exceeded by data package usage of 500mb as per 3G plan which i could never enjoy the services of. I asked them to change the plan back to the original 2G and check for refund of the charges or adjustment but I was directed to write a mail as this is a cooperate account. After few days again i had to followup as i never received any response nor call after my follow up I got a call today from Richa Chaurasia (Vodafone Corporate Relation). She was not able to communicate properly nether understand the detailed email sent by me either, I really had a very hard time conversing with her on repeated enquirer she was asking me the address to see the connectivity issue. I mentioned her in detail that it has never come till now it not about the place but she could not resolve the issue. Later on 15th Dec again I walked into the store over their again I raised a complaint SR No:-[protected], He also was not able to help me as this is a cooperate connection. As per my understanding I have taken this plan as it was considered that you might get more attention to the concerns as we understand the value of time. But this has made to run through almost all the departments wasting my time explaining the issue to everyone and getting a negative response. There he even educated me that the 3G package was not yet removed and I will not be able to get my old 2G pack back. There i was told that I need to write a mail to ANDHRAPRADESH.[protected]@vodafone.com which I wrote immediately once i was back home. There after got a call to give 2 days time and issue will be resolved which did not happen. I repeatedly called customer service and waited on line for almost 25mins but could not get hold of anyone. On 27th again I walked in to the store at punjagutta. There on explaining the situation again and waiting for almost 1&1/2 hr a mail was again send from their end now they said they will reverse the package to 3G but the additional charges as per the 2G package which can be covered will not be reversed. In front of me he drafted an email to the concerned team and send acorss stating this is taken care of and i will get a call in 30mins which i never received.Along with that i was also informed that he will get the 2G pack back. They were not ready to give me any proof of the same. When questioned why was this not done on 15 Dec the day i sat for almost 2 hrs he said he was not sure that i was really serious about my complaint then. Again on 4th Jan 2015 i walked up to the store wherein the thing which was promised didnot reflect on the bill. I wanted to make a payment excluding the reversed charges but the executive told met that nothing of that sort happened on my again. Now im back to square one.

                                Dear Sir, This is really frustrating that Vodafone network in Pune is not working in many popular areas. Issue : call drop, zero range, no data access with 2G/3G I already complained for my residential area, Dhayari many of Vodafone users facing Vodafone network issue. Since yesterday same case happening in office hinjewadi area, same issue with all Vodafone customers. Why are not you so serious about customer problems. Many of my friends changed their network. Please do see this issue as early as you can. Vijay

                                    The following complaint via email on was sent on 4th December 2014 to Vodafone, however no reply and/or action taken. Kindly help. I have been repeatedly getting high bills without any explanation and recourse of my complaints. Dear Vodafone Team, I regret to inform you that you are going to lose this loyal customer soon, thanks to your unscrupulous ways of changing my data plan at your own whims & fancy. Since last two months, the bills for my number [protected] are crossing Rs.1500, which previously used to be only around approx. Rs. 500 odd. I was shocked to receive the bill for the period 18.09.14 to 17.10.14 amounting to Rs. 1517.76. I spoke to your customer service executive Mr.Sayed on 7th Nov'14 and he informed me that some Mr. Irshad had apparently called me on 3rd Oct'14 at 6.45 pm and taken my consent to change the existing Rs.199/- unlimited internet plan to Rs. 399 plan with some slabs of internet usage charges!!! How very fraudulent of you guys to claim this at your long term customer who is definitely going to end her loyalties with you soon. Why will anyone want to change from basic unlimited internet plan to something which is expensive than the current one. Had I wanted to, I would have proactively done so to suit my requirement. Post my conversation with this Mr. Sayed on 7th Nov'14, he changed the plan to previous Rs. 199/- plan with immediate effect and assured me that I will not get another such bill. Nonetheless, I made the payment of the said amount trusting you guys. However, to my shock again, have received another bill for the period 18.10.14 to 17.11.14 amounting to Rs. 1612.44 and I have no words to express my disgust. I hold another number [protected], the plan for which had been changed to Rs.250/- w.e.f 24th May'14 at your own end. When I had got my [protected] number converted from corporate to personal in the month of June'14 last week or July'14 first week, I had also got the tariff plan of my [protected] number changed to Rs.99 plan simply because I wanted to retain this number. And though I wanted to switch to prepaid connection, your executive had been successful at convincing me to remain at postpaid assuring me that the bills will not cost beyond Rs. 150/-. However, even at this number, I am drawing bills for approx. Rs. 350 or 400 every month, without any usage!!! Had spoken to Mr. Azar on 7th Nov'14 about this number and he had informed that this was due to Rs.250/- Internet Data Plan I had subscribed to!!! What the hell is this going in your company????? I am shameful to be a customer of such a fraudulent company & if corrective measures are not taken, I will be approaching consumer Court soon. Sheetal Bhatia

                                      Hi, I had a web conversation on 16 Dec 2014 as I was getting a better Plan from Idea network the executive Abhinay offered me Vodafone Red 899 plan which i accepted and the executive promised me it would be activated in 2 hrs however when i checked the next day it was not yet activated and the executive Ruksana stated that they are raising a ticket for the same and stated the plan may not be activated till the next billing cycle date. I had informed that i was promised by their executive Abhinay it would be activated within 2 hrs and now they are giving a different answer. I informed them that incase my bill is high i will dispute he charges as had a much better plan with Idea, Now i have been sent a bill more than 3000 which is more than double the amount i normally pay. I want Vodafone to reverse the charges for data or charge me as per the Red 899 plan as promised on the 16th Dec 2014 as per request ID [protected]. Incase it not done i will dispute the bill and not pay the same and file a complaint with TRAI for giving false commitments and misleading customers. Thanks, Dsouza. Vodafone Number [protected]
