Cheating customers by issuing wrong pamphlets and charging higher

I took Vodafone postpaid connection 3G plan for Rs.750+tax ( 5GB/month and 0 charges post quota benefit ) through a vodafone stall in my TCS siruseri office premises. Pamphlet said its special plan for TCS associates. But later a month I got bill of Rs.850+tax for the same plan. Fake charge

wrong service packs.

My vodafone no [protected]. I have just received the invoice for December and found that Vodafone has charged me for d2c m gossip pack 49 (2 times)and wapvilla 99, totalling Rs 197.00 plus taxes. I called 20 times on customer care but no respond from them.i also mailed to nodal officer its now 24 hours no response from officers also. very bad service from vodafone....

2G internet is too slow

I was using Vodafone CUG plan for 6 months. I had free data and talk time plan. For first five months internet speed was normal. I was getting 25-30KBps downloading speed. Suddenly the speed dropped to 2-3KBps . I raised complaint and escalated it to their nodal officer. But they accepted their fault and gave no solution to the problem. They gave reason as in your area not enough infrastructure is there from our end so i am facing problem....
